The flipcover screen appears but I do not have this accessory.
My screen blinks with a circle in the middle.
I already gave the factory reset but it did not help

Hmmm... I just looked and the only rotation isn't called smart. Please elaborate seeing as how it rotates with "rotate" turned on or off?

Under Display > Features there is an option that says Smart Rotation.

Have you tried Going into Settings/Apps/All/T-mobile Name ID? Force stop it, wipe cache, data & uninstall updates.
I hadn't done that yet but sure enough that fixed it. Cheers.

Glad to hear that.:good:
Does anyone know if there is a way to disable the 2.4 band on our phones? I want to force my phone to run strictly 5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Set your router to 5ghz only.

I'm not looking for a router solution. I am looking for a solution on the phone. I shouldn't have to set my router to 5.

I don't see how forgetting the network SSID is going to resolve what I am trying to do. Is there something that I am missing here?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
I should add that my previous Samsung phone allowed me to strictly use the 5ghz band in the advanced WiFi options. This phone doesn't seem to have that option or capability unless it's hidden elsewhere.

When I look into battery stats there is Process 99017. Anybody knows what that is? For me it's fine but my friend has much higher usage
