Help! Failure about root

When I follow the guide(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1822308&highlight=guide) strictly, something strange happened.
next is the failure on Odin:

help me, i need pit files for S3 t999,plz

I always get an error like this:

And on the device screen when in download mode, I see in red, "unsupport dev_type".
now i need pit files for t999, plz help me, thankyou !

can you give more details on what you are doing? Like the ROM your using, does your T999 end in a L or V? Are you coming from a 4.3 OTA or Kies update?
More info might be able to get you more help.

Help with this error

A friend gave me his S6 Edge (SM-G925T) becuase of some software problems he had. The phone have the lollipop 5.1.1 and when I try to flash a stock ROM Odin give this error:

I downloaded the stock firmware from here in xda (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/general/sm-g925f-s6-firmware-thread-t3078841) and know I'am downloading it from Sammobile but I'am downloading 6.0 and I takes a long time and I don't want to wait like 3 hours for it to download
HELP

Can't install TWRP (FAIL! (Auth)) Error

Tried installing the latest TWRP (twrp-3.3.1-0-serranoltexx.img) and got the following error. I tried switching out the USB cable and tried a different port with no luck. any suggestions?
