[BOOT ANIMATION] The Matrix Boot Animation

I've been looking for a good Matrix Boot Animation for long but never found one. So decided to make one for myself.
Finally , here it is.
The matrix rain, followed by 'The matrix has you' message and then loops back to the rain.
540x960 at 30fps
Code:
Root Explorer required
[B]Imp:It is recommended to make a backup before trying to change system files
,just to be safe.[/B]
Instructions​
Using your explorer go to /system/media and rename the existing 'bootanimation.zip' to 'bootanimation.bak'
Copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media
Set permissions to rw_r_r
Reboot.
Preview: Just a small one.​

im not able to copy the zip to system/media . im using es file explorer and it doesnt copy

I have tried but seeing only android logo no rain. boots fine.

I had also tried but doesn't work, I am having Moto E with stock ROM and trying to apply your animation with CWM but it shows installing aborted

It's not a flashable zip. You need to copy it manually.
PS: I know it's late. I've been AFK for some time.

Credit for original design goes out to the original authors,without it this thread wound't exist

whenever i reboot Nokia boot picture comes after that any installed boot animation is coming,it was taking a lot of time to reboot so i wanted to remove . if i install any other boot animation same thing happens .

its an bootloop if the bootanimation is endless

[MOD] [30 MAY] Splash Screen Flash

**EVERYTHING IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK**
You can use the file I have attached below to change the splash screen when you first boot up your phone, note this is different from the boot animation, which appears after the phone has done the initial boot sequence.
The stock black bg is based off the photo below, credits to HussainQ for the original image file that I used view his thread here to see how to get a boot animation on your phone.
Make sure you have SuperCID or check the android-info.txt in the zip file for accepted CID's
These must be flashed in RUU
Steps:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip splash_stock_black_bg.zip
I would have resized the image but I dont actually know how to :crying:

His are boot animations, I tried flashing it to my phone, not sure if it comes with the splash screen as well, but it didnt work so I had to replace the exisiting boot animations manually. Though this now meant that my phone would turn on, have a white with green logo during initial boot then after that phase would change to the black with green logo for the boot animation which I did not like, so I'm sharing my flashable file for those that want the preboot and boot animation to be changed. Hopefully that clears things up.

Not true, I do have splash screens in my thread, as the title implies.
Posts 1-3 are for bootanimations and post 4 is for Splash Screens. :good:

There are many ways to do so though the easiest one is by using Motorola bootlogomaker.

You just have select a pic of ur choice with a solid background colour.
The tool will create logo.bin or the flashable zip according to ur need.

the 2nd one with the new google logo is in wrong size and placement on the screen, i assume you took it from a post of mine so here it is in both bmp and jpg to do it again..
