4.2.2 official china

I found a china site with 4.2.2 official for e985t. i have flash this rom on my e 988 and it s work great. first i have flash rom then i have flash baseband for e 988, then i flash and update su and i have a 4.2.2 official and rooted. who want to try i put some screenshots and files for everyone.what i see in this rom it not have nfc. F240KLS E988 E985T10A.zip this is the name of rom. search on google . i don t know how to upload a file here. when you get the file flash with cwm but before format everything, cache, system, wipe cache etc then baseband and then update superSu. after this i have uninstall every china app and VOILA!!!

I try to upload the download link. I work on this. But i wrote the name of file you can search on google and you will find the download link

I forgot to tell. After flash rom you need to download and flash in cwm gapps 4.2.2 for google play and rest

E985T10A outdated already out E985T10E.
I after flashing kdz from 985T get a black screen on the 988. Tell us how normal flash.

It s not a kdz file it s a zip file and you have to flash on cwm. This file it s compatible to e988. Battery is very good

Does it have the knock on feature like the G2..?

My Procedure:
~ Wipe Everything
~ Install ROM, Gapps, Baseband (India, in my case), SuperSu Zip
~ Reboot ► Weird 4G something bootanim and logo instead of LG
~ Booted ► Everything in Chinese, chose English, Still some Chinese apps and Chinese lang here and there
~ no significant app updates, no knock on/off, no extra lockscreen(LS widgets available), no font selection, works pretty smooth but looks like a unfinished ROM
attatched: Daydream modes: Clock ► Analog, Digital
EDIT: All the Chinese apps can be uninstalled

does this Rom work also on a e986,of course after flashing the right baseband?

Installs fine on the e980 for all those interested. I only tested for a few minutes to see that it worked. One thing I noticed was that it wouldn't allow you to sign into your Google account without a Wi-Fi connection.

You need to set your apn

4G lost
the installation is smooth,
just flash the rom, GApps, SuperSu update and HK baseband. and it boots up straight away.
but I noticed that I lost my 4G connection. is that becoz of the HK baseband? what can i do? I'm using M1 Singapore postpaid 4G line.

Can someone upload Contacts.apk and Contacts.odex files here please?

You need root and root explorer, files are in system/app and their names are Contacts.apk and Contacts.odex

Heres the odex. Rename it to Contacts.odex.

Stock XL ROM
Does anyone have a stock XL ROM (if it is legal to have and provide one)? Can they provide it to me?
I installed gapps temporarily on my XL in order to active Google Play Services and download my purchased apps. Next, I tried to uninstall gapps, and find it has infiltrated my system to such an extent that I don't know how to get rid of it.
I wish I had made a backup using TWRP before installing gapps!

i am on rooted kitkat currently
if i flash the deodexed rom i will probably loose root access... or is is pre-rooted?
will framaroot work for rooting? i have heard it does not work on kitkat. if not what would u suggest?

Nubia ZTE Z5S Mini NX403A - Android 5.0.2 CM12

Hi
I have new Nubia ZTE Z5S Mini NX403A, there was hard to find information about upgrade and root so here it is, all in one thread!
When you buy Nubia ZTE Z5S Mini its came to you with Android 4.2.2.
When you plug in phone to computer by USB cable you can install USB drivers right from device. Make a backup of this drivers because after upgrade you will be not able to access it again.
There is a copy for you: USB drivers for ZTE Nubia Z5S Mini -> download
When the drivers will be installed turn on USB Debugging mode. (Settings->About Device, click a few times in Build Version to turn on Developers access. Now go to Settings->Developer options.)
First step is to root your device.
Root ZTE Nubia Z5S Mini – download
Download it and extract. Run íżbatROMdiyí┐╣Ąż▀¤ń.exe file.
Wait till your phone will be detected then choose option "05....." from the menu in CMD window.
If the installation will be completed then you will find two new icons Link2SD and SuperSU on your phone screen.
To install TWRP Custom Recovery you need to install Flashify app.
Download, extract and copy TWRP 2.8.6.1 Recovery into SD Card and also copy to SD Card file ui.zip with theme for TWRP with English language unless you know Chinese (more themes for TWRP here on XDA)
Install and run Flashify app. In app menu click on Choose File and select TWRP2.8.6.1-Recovery.img file from SD Card.
Confirm.
When your phone will reboot go to phone memory and inside TWRP catalog create new one called "theme" and put there ui.zip file.
Download an copy into SD Card these two files:
–Android 5.0.2 CM12 temasek-v9.4-nx403a.zip
–gapps-lp-20141212-signed.zip
NEW UPDATED ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=62249397&postcount=4
Run phone in Recovery Mode. (Hold in the same time: Power button and Volume Up.)
From TWRP menu choose Wipe (Wipe your phone to factory settings before you will install new Rom)
After wipe choose from TWRP menu option Install.
Choose from SD Card temasek-v9.4-nx403a.zip file and confirm installation of new ROM.
Reboot your phone and enjoy your new system
If you want Google Play Store and other Google apps install gapps-lp-20141212-signed.zip file the sam way you installed ROM from TWRP Recovery.
You need root your phone again. Download and install SuperSU from Google Play
Go to Settings->Developer Options->Root Access and choose Apliactions and ADB
Run SuperSU, accept root instalation and choose CWM/TWRP option.
If you get "soft brick" of your phone you can recover it with this instruction.
Rom do not have any bugs or errors. Works fine.

When I upload it here it was free, now file is deleted, so you don't need to register, because there is nothing at all to download there. At the top of page there is info: "File no longer exist" and under that there are some ads about create account for money. So before you say something is spam, read it carefully please.

thank you so much. and may I know what is the best rom for this device? i've been flashing many roms but each rom has an issue, even the original rom has bug and when i play videos on youtube or facebook it's black and white and distorted. which rom is stable and has the least bugs?

I've seen it but it is for Nubia Z5s i think, because it's written nx503a. my device is nubia z5s mini which is nx403a.

Some basic ones work like the file explorer and such that ive tested. But some other might need a MIUI rom to work.

For me the mi file Explorer app doesn't install. Downloaded it from apk mirror

i need barcode scanner miui for mi a1

I have extracted gallery apk from my redmi note 3 (MIUI 8.5) because i want install It in my mi A1 but, during installation i recive the error: app not installed.
Why?

Same for mi A2 lite. The downloaded apk give me the error: app not installed. Help! Thank you!
