I have added a native sip calling account and it worked for a while.
Then I changed this account's settings (tried another port number). That action seems to duplicate the account though and ever since the sip calling stopped working (it doesn't ask me anymore if I want sip route, even for sip calling, even though I chose use sip calling for all calls). On top of that, cannot delete any of those duplicate accounts.
I assume this can be temporarily solved by factory reset. Does anyone know of an easier and more permanent fix?
The alternative is to use a third-party sip calling app, I have tried csipsimple and sipdroid, they both work for awhile then it's mostly a matter of chance. Is there another sip app that works better for you?

Try Zoiper Beta this is by far the best SIP-Client and the interface looks very good. But make sure you install the beta the normal version looks just awful. Sorry but I can't post links since I'm a new user.

Btw. Which Rom do you use? I tried CM13 and now I'm running Sultan's Rom. But I can't use the native SIP client, because I always have a lag of 5 seconds or more. That's why I switched to Zoiper.

Zoiper beta works fine here. Hopefully it stays that way. Thanks for the idea.

Btw. I had the same issues with non deletable SIP accounts. After a reboot I was finally able to remove them. On which time did this happen?

I am truly disappointed. I used to watch stream series through my browser on my phone but now I can't anymore because of this. I just don't understand why they would remove flash.
Nobody has removed flash... Adobe just won't be releasing NEW versions of it. The current one will remain for all Android versions.

As far as I know they did not remove it , they just stopped supporting it and only on devices that doesn't have it pre-installed.
And you can still install it as .apk .

You can stick with ICS rom forever. Then you can watch any series for as long as you like.
Or you could side load the app on jb it will still work.

First of all, it was adobe that killed flash.
Secondly, I'm glad it happened. Flash needs to die. On all platforms.

You can side load and run it forever but it will be removed from the market soon (if it hasn't already been removed).
Also, with adobe officially dropping support and removing it from the store, it won't be too long before browsers stop supporting it as well.
I agree that flash needs to stop but it can not happen immediately. So lets hope the transition period will be swift.
HTML 5 doesnt need Flash anymore, so it seems to be legit to stop Flash Development.

Using your browser as before.
The page author uses the <video /> tag.
Flash is dead - good riddance.
It was proprietary to Adobe.
It wasn't really meant to be for video per se, but for vector animation. Good, and clever technology - but that doesn't make it good for the masses and for openness.
HTML5, whilst not perfect, simply declares a video, and expects the browser to render it - which is the RIGHT way to do thing.
The sooner Internet Explorer dies (or conforms to standards in a manner comparable with others) the better too.

Keeping it going only makes things worse. The quickest route to 'dropping' something is to kill it right away. That way, more web developers jump to the new technology quicker.
Web developers are STILL having to develop for IE6 sometimes!... many MANY years old. It's for the best that most platforms kill it off as soon as possible.
<troll>
Yes, Good Riddance from flash. Adobe plagues our computers & smart-phones with s#it.
</troll>
I was glad Steve Jobs made the call to not support flash in iOS when I had the iPhone. And after all these years with Android Manufacturers promoting flash as a selling point, look where we are now . Besides Flash hogged battery
While html5 can support videos and even animations now, its much more "heavier" than flash, that's one of the reasons why html5 hasn't caught on so much. And there not being good tools present to create animations from html5. Google is doing a really good job with the doodles though .
Youtube HTML5 mode has been there for MONTHS. But you don't get all videos in html5 and the videos you do get might be buggy & there's no full screen(unless your browser is on fullscreen mode) to check it out go to youtube.com/html5
Check this link out for stuff that html5 can't do and flash can:

I hate flash because it always messes up my browsing experience on Linux. ALWAYS. We should rid ourselves of this proprietar shi7 that developers depend on. The web should be open. Its because of dependence that we're forced to download flash add-ons.
Killing it from iOS and Android is getting rid of that dependance. Considering more smart-phones will be using the web than regular computers in the near future, its a good step imo.
Please. I have extracted the .apk from ICS ROM, and it works perfect on Jelly Bean.

After experimenting with a few roms, I've decided to go back to stock, but unfortunately I cannot find a working Google Wallet app. All my googling points me to Wallet_1.5-R79, which will not install.
Any advice?
Shameless bump. The versions I find all demand to be updated.
Latest wallet was on October 3rd ....

I used to use calling services for international calls and always copy pasted my ID and phone into the dial pad. Doesnt work with my new phone. To clarify: I want to paste a number to the dialpad during a call. Is it me, or Verizons caller App?
Definitely not you. When in a call, I verified that I cannot paste a number either. Have you tried the Google dialer?

It works with the Hangouts dialer. Not sure if that's an optin for you or you could try to install the Google dialer. There are some tutorials floating around the web that desk specifically with KitKat roms but I'm not sure if it works with lollipop roms. Basically requires root and either a custom recovery or the ability to push directly to internal system files.
---------- Post added at 04:07 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:02 PM ----------
You could try this tutorial.http://androiding.how/lg-g4-google-dialer/
Just to be clear, I don't have this dialer so I can't confirm that what you want works but I do know that it works with the Hangouts dialer which leads me to believe that it should work with the stock Google dialer.
When does google finally stop LG, Samsung and the rest of the murderers with their bloatware. I just wanted to use googles much much better apps.

Honestly, thats why Google makes the Nexus devices man. Using a regular device subjects you to the whims of the manufacturers attempt to differentiate their product from the rest of the competition. I personally like LGs skin, but in the past I only used Nexus devices or AOSP ROMs. If you want pure Google then you need a Nexus device.

I only used nexus devices with different roms before. The truth is the Nexus 5x and 6 is the death. Google didnt manage to deliver.

Slow response time and SD reformat
This ROM was very slow and unresponsive. It's slower than most ROM's I've used. The screen response time took more than 5 seconds to change in between apps. It also forced me to reformat my external SD card for the phone. These are only bugs I've noticed and there are more that I haven't mentioned. I've used ROM's that were bloated with many features and they've outperformed better than this. There should be more beta testing on several phones before making it official.
---------- Post added at 08:07 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:50 PM ----------
I've noticed that it doesn't auto detect the current country you're located in. I'm in the United States and it's telling me I'm in Moscow or some other country. Plus it won't let me access Google services such as YouTube or the Playstore. The Swype feature is also nonexistent. It works then it stops for no reason. What's the deal with this losing network when I'm trying to watch movies or play games that require connection? I swear this ROM is bipolar!?! Deleting and restoring original ROM.
coming from a note 4 it seems that s note had a lot more features than the current one.
the one i used most was insert photo note, where u could correct the skew of the photo so that presentation slides would appear straight even if you didnt sit dead on straight to take a picture of the slide on screen.
other functions eg insert chart, pie chart, map, sketch etc are all missing
anyone have a apk version of that s note that has these functions ??
thanks
Hey you want the 1st apk released by apkmirror.com
Most of samsung apps are gonna be pushed eventually by google play store. You want version 5.1.00-95 (the oldest version). It has actiom memo in it with the kunk to action stuff etc.
In the versions after that 5.2.00-13 and now 5.2.00-23 (the latest) , i know at least action memo is removed. Not totally sure about the areas you want but I would try that version.
Most likelt your Note 7 doesnt have the S Note apk instalped but rather just the Samsung Notes. Like I said go over the apkmirror.com and search S Note then look for the version i stated which will be from like May or something. Then after install , of this is corrct version you wanted, go into play store and search s notes then select 3 dots and unclick auto update.
Hope I helped

The only crappy part is that screen off memo's (which I use the heck out of ) go into that junky Samsung Memo. I truly hope that Samsung looks at it and makes some changes.
Someone in another thread posted version 5.1.02-18/4.1.61 apk (he doesnt say they version #., just says SNote (Action Memo)
I understand what you are saying. The action memo woth link to action was Great. I would show people the feature. Some who had Note ohones 4 or 5 didnt even realize it was there. Once I showed, they loved it.
