Vibration doesn't always work - ZenFone 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys
So as the title mentions, after I installed the MM beta ROM a few months ago, I have experienced this issue, the vibration on my phone works when it wants to, the error code is 1910. I now have the latest MM ROM. And my phone is rooted.
I appreciate anyone of you guys to help me fix it.
Thanks in advance

Are you stock unrooted, stock rooted, or custom ROM?

Would love to suggest something, but you need to provide a little more info:
Did this happen after you tried to root the device?
Is the ROM stock or...?
Has this been going on since you unboxed or since you accepted an OTA update?
Is it really EVERY app that is FC'ing or just a few (and consistently)?
Give us some details to work with and the quality of your answer will be better than "RMA it".
After an ota update when I rooted it it was all okay

SOLVED [q] help, phone 4.3 does not send any instant messages unless on wifi

Hi all.i have just updated to slim ROM 4.3 but I realised that none of my messages on whatsapp or viber gets sent out on 4g unless I connect to a wireless network connection.
May I know what could be the issue? Do I need to flash a certain modem or?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using Illusion ROM 2.6 stable (android 4.3 slimbean) and I'm having the same problem. Please help!

You will need to use @Savoca 's Furnace kernel with any 4.4 AOSP ROM with the exception of AOSPA as I hear they have the still-to-be-determined fix in there. (Meaning it's fixed but I haven't been able to narrow down yet what specific fix(es) did the trick to add to CM kernel.)

[Q] WiFi won't turn on after update and franco.kernel

Earlier today I updated my rooted nexus 7 (2013) from 4.4.2 to 4.4.3, and then to 4.4.4 using the method described in this article
nexus5.wonderhowto.com/how-to/update-your-rooted-nexus-android-4-4-4-without-losing-any-data-update-0155334
It seemed that everything went perfectly. Then I changed to franco.kernel r16. I'm not sure if it was before or after I changed my kernel, but now my WiFi will not turn on! I go into settings and flick the switch to turn it on, but it just stays grey and gets stuck if I don't close out of settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Had the same problem, and I found out my kernel was for 4.4.2 and I was running a custom ROM 4.4.3...
That was my problem but I hope it helps

Bluetooth because of kernel?

I am on the viperone Rom version 2.0.0 and I have just noticed that my Bluetooth isn't working. I did some research and found out that this could be a result of rooting and the solution would be to flash a different kernel. Could somebody please give me some suggestions on how I could get Bluetooth to work and if my kernel is the problem. All help is appreciated ? (also firmware is up to date 2.22.401.4)
