Just flash any custom rom, should be fine.
You cant install stock with twrp,if you want install stock you can adb sideload or using asusflashtool.

For whatever reason I can't root my OnePlus 3. When I flash SuperSU my phone will always bootloop until I wipe and install the ROM again without rooting. I've tried flashing SuperSU over stock OOS 3.2.7 and 3.5.4 and I've also tried flashing FreedomOS with the SuperSU option checked and I still bootloop. Does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong or am I just out of luck?
buddy just try with different and fresh download supersu . maybe thats work.

I tried flashing this over Oxygen OS 3.5.4 and I'm still getting bootloops, does it not work on the community build?
Just a wild guess here. Have you unlocked your bootloader?

Make sure the system partition is mounted in TWRP before you flash. That could be your problem.
I was on Oxygen Os 4.1.4. I flashed Open beta 17 in TWRP. Then rebooted my device in recovery and flashed TWRP bluspark v33 and then flashed supersu 2.82. Then i rebooted my device and after more than 6 mins it was still on the Animation screen. Even after rebooting again its still there. Pls help me at the earliest.

If you still are able to go into recovery mode...just wipe the system, data, cache
reflash ROM, flash 2.79SR3 Supersu...
Have seen a few reports about the latest supersu files, making issues.

Latest SuperSU isn't stable.
Use 2.79
So I tried to go back from O dp3 to nougat, flashed a rom on twrp and now it doesn't boot. I can access recovery, but I can't boot any rom. Is this the bootloop?

Download the June factory image, run the flashall script and let it wipe the entire phone. Then try booting up.

I have the Honor 7x BND-L24. I tried to install the Havoc-OS rom. I unlocked my bootloader, installed twrp. After that I wiped everything with twrp and installed the rom and gapps but something went wrong and my phone was in a bootloop. Now when I goto twrp it only lets me use it for 5 seconds and it exits out on its own and goes to the Huawei eRecovery. I did make a backup before wiping everything but I cant restore it because twrp only works for a couple of seconds. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You find a fix? I'm in a similar situation where I can't get to the bootloader and TWRP 3.2.1-0 Pretoriano80 Edition is stuck in the loading screen.

Yeah I fixed mine. I used the same TWRP but got the "twrp_honor9_lite_0.2_test.img" He has both of them on his thread.
