PHONE NOT ENTERING DOWNLOAD OR RECOVERY MODE?
I HAVE FIGURED OUT THE SOLUTION FOR THIS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX ISSUE.
I WILL POST THE TUTORIAL LATER AFTER SCHOOL.
THIS METHOD WORKS FOR P930 / LU6200 / SU640 MODELS.

This is the way I fix it sir.
TURN OFF the device, remove and reinsert the battery. Don’t turn on yet, hold VOLUME UP BUTTON then connect to your PC, release button when download mode prompt is displayed.
Tested with two units of SU640 and an LU6200.
I think you can also do this with adb and fastboot.

Step2: - Root and Install CWM Recovery (Already Posted in Forum)

thank you! but i already pay for jtag.. how sad..
i have one bricked p930. it is on a wierd connection mode. pc reads device a HID(not comport, installs right away) and ids are qualcomm but instead of 9008 like lu6200 and su640, it is F006. any ideas? already posted a topic in general section asking for help. i have jtag tools but i will do that as my last resort.

not getting download mode,
1: remove battery
2: plug in the usb cable (should be connected to pc also)
3: while pressing vol up insert battery
you should be in download mode now
if while in download mode the bottom 3 lights blinks or you just get 3 blinking lights, dont worry, charge your battery using external charger.

i thinks have the same problem with my device it says error when entering on cmw recovery and its stuck there...
i try your suggestion but it stuck again in download mode...

Ok relax if you can connect in download mode 90% chances are your phone will be recovered.

What kdz are you trying to flash? Broken kdz file also results in extract error, try downloading some other kdz specific to your phone model.

what i understand is you successfully flashed jelly bean kdz but after that you are stuck in bootloop? If that is the case all you need is to wipe your phone and itll boot

I dont find any recovery mode in my phone to wipe and reboot...
and why it is not updated to kitkat through kdz, it is shown file extract error....Please help.

Pleas switch off your phone. Press volume -- volume down key and press power button together. On screen display you will get option for hard reset your phone, click power button twice, then your phone will boot after 5 to 10 seconds after a hard reset..

8) If the phone is stuck at the booting up LG/Telco logo, you will need to manually wipe the data partition.
9) Force the phone off by holding the power button for appx 15secs.
10) Put the phone into recovery mode by holding the volume up and home button concurrently, then press the power button. Let go of all the buttons after you see the LG logo on screen for the 2nd time and the screen goes blank thereafter (backlight may still be on). The phone will kind of reboot and then enters recovery mode. Repeat the process if you did not get it the first time.
11) With the phone in Recovery Mode, connect it to the computer, wait for the drivers to load (if doing it for the first time), unzip the wipe batch file downloaded earlier from step (4), double click on wipe.bat to execute the wipe command.
12) Your phone will auto reboot when wiped and (hopefully) boot as per normal.
Follow this procedure and download wipe batch file from here http://www.mediafire.com/?ru7erfxsz7p7s3p

Extract file error could be because of a broken kdz or once a kdz larger than 1 gb is flashed using kdz updater it also gives this error

No IMEI means you need to restore EFS backup ,which i doubt you did not make
I didnt know anything about EFS backup....!!! Is there anything wrong with my phone.!

Another interesting thing is that, in my phone it is shown F180S but when i connect it to computer via usb, the LG support tool software shows it LGV500.
What about the matter Brother???

If you've lost your imei without making EFS backup , you've lost it forever. There's no fix for this i guess. Best bet for you is use your phone as it is.

You can try flashing stock kdz for your modle, it may help you but nit guaranteed.

your phone is bricked and theres nothing you can do about it
take it into a service center or your carrier shop and tell them the problem happened when you were applying the lollipop ota

Its sad to know that all you guys cant go to download mode or facing security error or stuck in lg logo or in fastboot mode
And some guys stuck qhsuab bulk 9008
So the solution is here.
If you are unable to get into download mode then you need to force your g3 into qhsusb bulk mode by shorting the test point.
I will help u all guys.....

I need your help on a problem. I've been away from Android development and I can not find a workaround for this. The problem is LG G3 d855 is stuck at boot screen and the led sensors lighting up. Here's what caused the problem:
Today I wanted to upgrade my phone to stock 6.0 to try. I installed a stock 6.0.kdz file by LG Flash Tool 2014. But somehow at installation it said can not connect to server, so I quit the application which I shouldn't have done so. I should've just sit and wait. Anyway, then I lost Download Mode and phone wasn't booting up at all. When I tried to boot up I got the error "boot verification Fail -cause MISMATCH_SIG_LEN". Somehow I managed LG Flash Tool 2014 to see my phone as Qualcomm device and started to install again (it took me briefly 3 hours if anyone ever face some problem or need help, I'll be posting a guide about it) the server error popped up again and I just ignored it and boy it was loading both on my phone and on my computer as well!
However, on the phone the process stopped at 4% and on pc it stopped at 13%. Then I got an error saying something like unexpected error. I tried retry countless times but it didn't work. So I had to say exit and quit the application but somehow, as I disconnected frustrated the phone started to boot, a little droid came up as if it came after each update then the normal screen.
I was quite happy because even the led started to beam up so I was hopeful it would start but however it's stuck now. I tried going into download mode and now I get "boot verification Fail -cause MISMATCH_SIG_LEN" error on there and it just restarts again.
I searched for hours and hours to find a workaround and I'm really desperate! I know if the screen boots up at least, it can not be so bad to fix. Please someone help me!
update:
somehow I can get my pc to see the device as qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 (COM3) but BoardDiag now says "device was not found in dload trying flash programmer"
and still no answer from anyone.. I am still trying please someone help me out...

I am also same situation but i can enter download mode try to enter download mode.....turn off your phone just press volume up and connect cable....try it...

What happend? you can enter fatboot mode or not.

LGFlashTool fails, so does LGMobile Support Tool.. I am stuck on download mode right now, weird huh?

If you are on MM you have to use lg up to flash kdz...choose upgrade option in lg up select kdz....than select refurbish and flash.....

Also lg flash tool shows error but it's not a problem. Just ignore it or do nothing flash tool do it's work. Lg flashtool error is a known issue.

no the error I'm getting isn't server error, it gives an error and without even me clicking ok or retry it just stops..
It's been 36 hours now. And still no luck. Dunno what to do at all..

You tried lg up... Try to use lg up for flash
So, first of all: I bought the phonr from ebay, he said that he tried to install 6.0 and now it has a bootloop. I thought easy, but he had done something very strange, because I can't enter the download mode. I tried it with boardDiag 2.99a, but when I try to start somethinf it says "Therr is no partition file(rawprogram0.xml) How do I fix this and what to do after??

EDIT: I SOLVED MY PROBLEM, DIDN'T HOLD THE VOL+ BUTTON LONG ENOUGH

Yeah, I already was on this website, but I get a different error " device not found in dload mode", I never opened my device and did the things he told me, because my PC already recognizes my lg g3 as qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 port 8. Thanks

Are you able to enter download mode....if you can then download lg up.....and flash kdz according to your phone model..

That is my problem, I cant I get an error which says boot verfication failed, so I need to repair it with board diag :/

Actually when i am on boot certification error i can enter download mode...

Also not sure but try to change com 8 to com 41....and you need to downgrade lolipop or kitkat first...

I already changed the port, but how to change to port 41? I tried 3 ports 13, 8 and 6.
If I connect the device to the PC and hold vol+ the error comes and then it should say something like software update.... but for me black screen appears and the led is red and blue. then I´m connected in qdloader 9008 too

Okay I changed the port to 41 in the device manager,but now I get the error "serial port opened FAILED! can you help me with this?

Thanks for the link, I solved my problem... I didn't hold the vol+ button enough long xD I'm now on cm13 nightly
