Simple answer, no you don't need F2FS.
If you want F2FS you have three options, both of which can be found here. I know the title says Beta 8, but Beta 9 install works the same.
Stock Beta 8 and 9 supports F2FS in /data partition only.

Hi XDA I bet you heard that a week ago a lucky guy received Oreo update for his S7E and since then users kept asking him for a system dump So he finally uploaded, and i have extracted it successfully.
This is just a system dump for now, later i will try to upload boot.img (kernel) too

You can't unless you remember what the password is (of course presuming this is your phone that you set your password on to begin with).
Also I would suggest you avoid asking for help on a totally unrelated subject matter then that of which a thread was created for. You should try searching for an answer first because you might just find it faster. If you can't then make a new thread and ask for help on an issue. It helps others find similar answers to questions like the one your asking and keeps the forum nice and tidy
