I installed ARHD Rom one month ago it was working fine until two days ago i installed few apps and after that my phone screen keeps waking up on its own sometime i put it to sleep and it wakes up after few seconds and sometime it dont i uninstalled all the apps that i installed but it didnt solve the problem please help me out its annoying the hell out of me.
What apps have you installed prior to the issue?

i had installed few facts and jokes apps like 7 or 8 of them if you want i will provide u more details but now i uninstalled them but it doesnt help at all i m thinking about flashing the rom from scratch.

Recently i opened my HOX to change the battery to a HOX+ one. I succesfully did that, but i think i lost a connection or possibly damaged something that connects my G-Sensor. Does anybody know something about this?
Second question:
Since i installed Sense 5.0, i have this weird lag with the statusbar. It drags down like 5 seconds after i made the swype. It also stays on half of the screen often. Does anybody know how to fix this??

Well as for your g sensor it is a common problem I've heard a lot these days..due to updating to sense 5
Your other problem I don't know how to fix..you can try a full wipe and reflash the rom

the g-sensor problem is a very common as I am also included in this problem , I have placed a tutorial here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2420209 to help some people
to revive their sensor , I hope it will work fine for you
I have my phone few days ago, it's EU edition. The phone has a really annoying problem, sometimes it turns itself off for a while, during that time, I can't do anything to turn it on again. It takes around 3 to 5 minutes before pressing the power button can help. Does anyone have this problem also? I don't know should I exchange for a new one or return it....
P/S: My friend also has one and it also has same problem.. and that was his exchanged device...

I have software number 1.54, I updated the phone right after I unboxed it, should it because of this update?
Shot in the dark I guess but since I got this device, Snapchat has been terribly laggy and almost unusable. Specifically when using the keyboard for text. Sometimes when I launch it, the camera is just black for roughly 5 seconds and then the back camera comes on finally. The chat feature is very slow at times and the entire app seems to stall and crash at least once a day. Anyone else notice this?
A quick google search yielded several recent topics on various forums complaining about the same thing, all on 6.0 Marshmallow. Hopefully it's not just this device.
I'm getting this exact thing
I went through that too. Once I had to restart it to make the camera work again. My tip is do not try use volume keys until it load completely. It just frozen the app in a black screen. Isn't perfect but can be used.
It's probably not optimized as well for 6.0 yet
Snapchat hasn't been perfect for me, but I've never experienced any of those issues. The worst I get is a little delay when pressing the home button.

I can tell you guys I had this problem on my Nexus 6 on Marshmallow, it has to be something related to 6.0, I'm on a LG G4 now and snapchat runs just fine.
Kinda laggy for me too. And I can't get it to play a notification sound when I recieve snaps. I have turned it on in settings and I get a notification as normal, but no sound. Does anyone else have this problem?
Just uninstalled it from the n5x will have to limit myself to using it on n72013 it was unusable. Crashes camera failed to load then started to affect the stock camera app, would cause system crashes and could only be sorted with a reboot.
Same here its completely horrible to use of this phone. Phone ****s itself every time I try use it!

The past few updates have been good for me luckily.. Just don't try to send a snap while in landscape, I tried to add text and Swiftkey went all wonky and overlayed the screen even after I pressed Home, had to force close Snapchat and Swiftkey both :/
me too I have same issues the lag and so slowly for texting and even after update marshmallow update 6.0.1 the problem still the same I hope can anyone help me with issue what should to do and thanks you
So I am a power snapchat user and had this same problem and might have accidentally stumbled on a possible solution after having a login failure. I enabled the travel mode so it's not downloading constantly. I installed snapprefs and I can't explain why but it's flying now. No lag on window switching or opening the camera. I'm on 6.0.1 December rooted
Everytime I take video from Snapchat, it produces the sound "dug" at the first second of the video, never put my finger too hard on the phone so it isn't bcs of my finger knocking the screen, anybody know why?

Hi,
I just got my Nexus 5X for 2 weeks and after the first week my camera start to freeze and then the system will reboot itself. :crying:
After reboot the camera are either back to normal or won't be able to connect to camera, I have to reboot into safemode to solve the problem but sometime even in safemode the camera also crash.
Basically everytime I open any app that connect to camera my phone will have a chance to crash. I heard it's a common problem on Nexus 5X which is really disappointing.
After suffering a constantly camera crashed for a week (around 5-10 times per day) I decide to post here and ask if anyone still having this problem or can guide me on how to solve it?
What I have done:
- Move to Pure Nexus ROM, still crash
- Try Android N camera app, still crash
