I tried using FlashFire to flash a zip and my device now seems to be bricked. The screen is stuck black and when plugged into the computer, it shows up as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" which means I can't get to even fastboot to use the unbrick tool.
Other sites say you can use the QFIL tool with a programmer and XML files but the fastboot unbrick tool doesn't include these so I'm stuck. Anybody have any ideas on how to get them or fix it otherwise?
I'm not sure about the Robin, but on a tablet that I had you could power down by holding Power for 15 seconds then waiting about 30 seconds then powering it back up and it will load normally. Hopefully this helps.

Hello, friends.
Can you test something on your devices?
I am sure that using "adb reboot oem-2" or "adb reboot emergency" you can put phone into qdload mode (05c6:9008).
But I examined source code and I see that you can do "adb reboot oem-3" or "adb reboot diag" and put your phone into qualcomm diagnostic mode (05c6:9006) and this appear on PC as "Qualcomm MMC Storage". This is exactly that I want to do with my bricked Kindle Fire HDX (thor). At this moment I can boot only in 9008. Assuming similar architecture, if I right and you can put device straight to "diag" we could generate original partition.xml to continue my debricking work. btw if it is works you , guys, can root fire phone with any firmware with dd'ing prerooted system.
Exit from diagmode exec by loooooong pressing power button.
Thank you.
Please do not do anything if you're not power user!!!
Do not format any drives - you can hardbrick your device if it works! Just check!
Thanks, will try it tomorrow!
with "adb reboot oem-3"
it boots to bootmode 1
like normal fasboot
no flashing
FAILED (remote: boot not allowed for locked hw)
same for reboot diag
with "adb reboot oem-2"
i get Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008
But no access with fastboot trying
fastboot -i 0x1949 boot boot.img
edit
adb oem-2 puts it in download mode
playing around with Qualcom QPST tells me
phone in dowload mode
That is just an analogue "adb reboot bootloader"?
Very strange. Too bad. Ok, thanks anyway. I think the topic can be closed.
adb oem-2
Gives me qcom download mode not fastboot mode.
Screen is compled black and device is Detected as
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008
I see. I know this mode very good. But at this moment it totally useless. I thought that oem-3 might help, I hoped that this will turn device into qualcomm diagnostic.
Though get a such gift from Amazon would be too unbelievable )
I've bricked my Fire Phone, now it's only going to Qualcomm 9008 EDL Mode.
I need a QCN Backup from a working Fire Phone now
How can I make full dump (.qcn) from a working Fire Phone ?
adb reboot oem-2
Boots into Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 mode
Backup in QFIL not available
QPST -> Phone state: Download
QPST Software Download -> Backup -> Port does not contain a Phone Diagnostics Mode
adb reboot oem-3
Boots into an Amazon Bootloader [Fastboot]
recognized as Lenovo ADB Device in Device Manager
Hello, my LG G2 Sprint is dead, in the file manager of TWRP Recovery I selected root directory and then pressed in delete (I don't know why, simply I am stupid). After reboot, no fastboot, no download, no lg logo, only a black screen and when I connect to the PC it detects adb and mtp but no partitions detected (in windows) and no adb or fastboot commands work. PC does not recognize Qualcomm HS-USB mode QDLoader neither.
someone could help me?
So yesterday i tried flashing super LTE lollipop and being the stupid person that i am i flashed the E980 version instead of the actual version E986 (which i found later by removing the battery :| )
When rebooting the phone the home button is constantly on while the screen backlight turns on and then off again and again.
No lg logo, no recovery and no download mode.
Only when i plug in the phone to my pc it detects it as lg androidnet usb serialport and not Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 like in other threads. Can i still get stock rom back? help much appreciated.
Edit: Okay i don't know why but apparently when i pressed vol + and vol - simultaneously and then connected the usb to pc despite showing a black screen it actually was download mode because using Lgflashtools i managed to install stock jelly bean. And i thought i was full hard bricked :/
reserved.
mine is detected as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 but nobody has achived to get live my OGPro...
Have you found the required TOT file and DLL?
I am having the same problem with LG G Pro e98820c after flashing wrong rom and unplug USB during flashing process.
Now the phone is stuck at Brick qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 mode. I have some tools such as Smart diagnosis tool, BoardDiag, Androidbrick, Qfil/QPST ....But I have no proper guide how to use them to unbrick qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 mode.
Have you got a solution for your brick phone.
Thanks , Sho Thant.

See if there's a fastboot/adb is active. If fastboot is, flash the latest factory image.
If adb is reboot into fastboot (if possible) and then flash the factory image.
Left it be for a day and half...then plugged it and held the power button for a few second and walla it came back to life. So unusual.. I already set up my refund with amazon for it... It may be faulty but I may just keep it tbh.

Hello,I recently flash a wrong file and now my device is straight up dead no logo nothing the led blinks for a mini second and turns off I tried using qfil and mi flash but it was getting detected as 900e port and wasn't even detected on mi flash I tried updating drivers and got it to 9008 but still it would get stuck forever when I hit download asap in qfil or would show some sahara port error and still no detection on mi flash even in 9008 mode I tried over 50+ times using the button combinations to get it to 9008 mode but every time it would be 900e any solution other than deep flash as I have just one type c cable and I may screw up
Press volume up key for 15 seconds, then press power button & insert usb (within a second) to pc..it will get it to edl mode..
probably your only way out is deep flashing, i've been through this
any solution for this ? i'm suffering the same
