Hello!
Anybody known if 4G North America OP3 will work on Brazil?
Thanks
Depends on what LTE bands are available for you to use there.

Yes. It works.
I'm my case, at Claro I got 4g with any problems.
Got my op3 from the official website.

Quick question here:
Is this variant capable of working on UMTS 850mhz (Non domestic)? I live abroad, and i'm planning to purchase this variant. There is conflicting information all over the internet about this specific model's UMTS capabilities, so i thought i better ask here than anywhere else
Thank you all in advance!

I'm using it on the Bell network in Canada which uses UMTS 850/1900 frequencies. Many people are using it abroad, maybe someone in your area can confirm.

Mine shows H+ or just H. Since I'm using cloudy g3 rom i can edit the build.Prop to get an AT&T 4G symbol if i want. I've never had it show 3g though.
Wasn't aware that Sprint had GSM phones.
So is this the perfect inexpensive (<$300) phone for 3G & 4G LTE in China?
From the specs, it appears to have Band I (2100MHz) 3G and Bands 25, 26 & notably 41 (2500MHz) LTE. Can someone confirm that this is indeed a GSM phone with those bands and would thus be the perfect phone to use in China?

Yes, you can use the Sprint G2 with gsm, there is an unlock method on Xda to perm unlock it, or you could flash CloudyG2. I only have 3G in my country and it works perfectly. Not sure if 4G would work, you'd have to check if the bands used on your network are the same as the ones the phone has. *sigh* Bought mine for the same purpose, used for a week then hard bricked it

Thanks for the response. I'm mostly skeptical because I always thought Sprint was CDMA only and this still appears to be a hybrid device so I'm curious if all the bands listed are indeed GSM based and not CDMA.

GSM and CDMA bands are listed seperately I believe. Most global phones made for US networks have all the bands to support global GSM use, just not US GSM use. I've owned 4 of such carrier locked phones and have had no problems. So in China I think you'll be fine.
Hi All,
I am on T-Mobile and AT&T and wish to purchase the H811 T-Mobile variant. Has anyone done this and then used the phone on AT&T? I see conflicting information where this model has Band 17 support, but on the T-Mobile site it doesn't list Band 17. T-Mobile's site is notoriously bad about leaving out supported LTE bands, so I thought maybe someone could tell me first hand if they've gotten LTE on AT&T's network but with the T-Mobile branded handset? This would be a HUGE help. Thank you so much in advance.

I'm going by the specs on LG page. Just googled "T-Mobile H811 full specs" and it states that frequencies are: LTE bands 2,4,12 and roaming bands 3,5,7.
Sent from my LG-H811 using XDA Free mobile app

Thanks, just did that as well and sadly there is no band 17
No Band 17 means no AT&T (or bad AT&T)

Just wanted to confirm Band 17 is a must-have (or LTE coverage is poor without it). I'm in Seattle if it matters. H811's are cheaper right now but AT&T is a must-have for me.
I use an F500L on Cricket aka AT&T it's always on Band 5, I've not experienced any issues with data on LTE.
EDIT: you can check detailed specifications on XDA's PdaDB here http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=pdacomparer&id1=8059&id2=8046
Since this post is a bit old I figured I'd double check. Any update on the T-Mobile H811 working on AT&T?
Is it confirmed no band 17, and that 17 is for sure needed if you're looking for LTE service?
Hey guys.
I am from Pakistan, and I am gonna buy a OP3 soon. At first, I thought of buying from China, I changed that decision when I got to know the software was different in that variant (according to a video). I want to buy the North America version, but I wanted to know, will the 4G-LTE work in Pakistan? My carrier is Warid (The company doesn't have 3G but 4G only), and it has 1800MHz FDD-LTE bands, if I'm correct.
Can anybody confirm, that the 4G will work on the device in Pakistan? I'd be really grateful.
Thanks.
You can check that un this page:

I bought this because the reception on my S2 is just unbearable.
It's advertised as being 4G/LTE But it seems the out of box bands are every band except the ones North American carriers use.
Has anyone gotten true 4G/LTE reception on AT&T in America? I9190 model? I9195? Do the Qualcomm tools work for unlocking bands?
I'm sure 3G reception will at least be better than on my S2.
EDIT: Found the Answer. It has 5 LTE bands, none of which are used in America. So no 4G or LTE on this model in america. For anyone wanting LTE on AT&T in America get an SGH-I257M/SGH-I257 model. I just bought a motherboard off ebay. Also, apparently all I9195 roms work on I257M just fine.
