Then why don't you ask your original question in the thread I linked?
I don't run crdroid, I run Tesla 7.0 - which is a different base & works great, so I can't really try and help you any further. But if you go to the crdroid thread someone may have an answer for you there.
Good luck with everything

Fulmics is the best for g3 in performance and look.others are cyanogen based and doesn't compete with the lg Rom. So go with the fulmics.

Changing roms will definitely work. Root, install TWRP, and change to a custom aosp rom. You can get more battery life and heat will decrease.
Your other options are using thermal pad or installing ctt mod.
Search for these on xda.

You can find tutorials to root and install TWRP on xda. Just search for it. However I have not tried of thermal pad because it requires hardware tweaking.
Any non-stock roms will decrease heat in my opinion. I'm now using Crdroid, which is based on nougat 7.1.

According to this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...-aicp-12-0-n-7-0r14-oneplus3-t3478735/page161 you need open beta 12 firmware. Note it's only for the OnePlus3 not the 3T
Check on the Rom thread you are trying to flash for the firmware needed. Just reread your first post, it may be a different firmware for cm/lineage 13. There is a thread on here where all the firmware zips are posted

As CM13 is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, so you will need the Marshmallow based firmware. Means you can flash OOS3.2.8 stable firmware or open beta7 firmware & then try to flash the ROM.

Have you visited the ROM thread. There is a link for the Open Beta firmware by Sultan itself.
Have you tried it. If not then 1st flash that firmware as it is tested and working. I too use Sultan 's CM as its very stable.

You don't need the camera port for Sultan 's CM. Its already heavily optimized and gives best captures just like Stock OOS camera.

I have a Fire HD 10 that's rooted, but still is running FireOS (5.6). That's caused a problem for its use as a security panel as the software it uses relies on pure Android and has issues with FireOS.
Now that I'm rooted, I'm not sure what the best path is for wiping away FireOS and replacing it with Android 6 or above.
Thanks...

There isn't a path at present as no custom ROMs are available for the HD 10 platform. Maybe in time ...
There is now an unofficial Lineage OS rom in the original Android development section.

At present there are no custom ROMs for the 2019 HD10 varient. Custom ROMs for older HD10s are generally based on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) or 7.1 (Nougat).
Edit: fixed typo

At present all suez custom ROMs are based on Android 5.1. A custom kernel is required to go higher which is quite difficult to build as hardware interfaces are largely undocumented on Amazon gizmos.
