Hey all,
I have a LG Nexus 5x 790 model. After the android nougat update it rebooted and is stuck in a brick now.
I tried following the download mode instructions but was stuck in a black screen and showing up as Qualcomm Qdloader in device manager.
I saw a similar thread regarding a fix for this on the nexus 5 forum but doubt it would work.
If any of you have a suggestion for this I would appreciate it.

Hi hopefully im in the right section.
I have just purchased a second hand One xl in Australia however the phone I purchased is not an Australian Telstra phone. It is the 16g from another country. I'm still on 4.0.4 and trying to unlock the bootloader so I can install a sense jellybean Rom. No matter what method I try it gets stuck in cmd saying waiting for device. When I go into settings to try and do update it says your phone is up to date. My bootloader says relocked?

Please try your luck here, sir.
Relocked is not a problem, you can just unlock again with HTC dev. Sounds like a driver issue on pc. Reinstall them.
This is the one x section BTW.
Good luck.

Hi everyone, my Galaxy Nexus in a benchmark test with Antutu just hung up and started to reboot, freezing the screen. I went into the bootloader, and the same thing happened there. Here's a list of what I did to try to fix:
Reset - did not work.
Flashing custom rom - freezes before installing
By Restore backup - freezes before restoring
Odin - unsuccessfully
So I tried to install something through the Galaxy Nexus Toolkit, but the computer identifies as Unknown Device, at least most of the time.
2 times was labeled bootloader interface, after many attempts, but the program does not correctly identified, appeared several?????.
It took the technician, he said it looked like some "cutting board on track," or something.
I need to take the assistance, but before that lock the bootloader and uninstall cwm but I do not see any way to do it. Does anyone have any idea?
That s what happens to him:

I tried this but without success too. Even in other computers.
For some strange reason, on my HTC One X (Endeavoru) I have got all my sensors turned off. My phone is rooted, installed with Cyanogenmod 11 Nightly (latest Nightly Bulid).
The last thing I can suspect as culprit is an application I installed "Battery Benchmark", I made it to stop and latter uninstalled; since then no sensor is working.

Any manual way to turn my sensors ON, or atleast can know their health status checked?
Use a freshly installed ROM first with a full wipe first then check your sensors with an all from play store , if they still off then you mostly being affected with damaged ones ,

Well as the tittle says it when i go to System Update in the Settings app i get a message that T Mobile has provided an update for my phone so my LG G4 will be getting Marshmallow and in a few hours it will automatically start to download. Since i got the message on a G3 i dont have a clue what to do. Was it just a typo (which i seriously doubt) or what? It's a friends phone, i don't have it on me so i cant provide an exact message. The phone is completely stock, t mobile branded LG G3 (D85120g).
Thanks in advance!
I'm leaving this conclusion here in case anyone else runs into this problem. I took the plunge and ended up just installing the OTA. The G4 part of the message i guess was just a typo after all since everything went smoothly and phone functions perfectly normal after the update. Cheers
Thanks Ajax1337. Got the same message on my T-Mobile LG G3 and was very perplexed.
Typo.
I got the same thing and the funny thing is that I work for Metro PCS. So when I bought this up they're a little confused about this, no matter everything looks normal.

More information is needed to point you in the right direction.
Did this happen as a result of something you just flashed to the device or it started happening randomly after it was working normally?
Can you load it into Download mode?
It's either a bad flash or a dying battery...

No, that was while I was trying to get through another rom.

Then I suggest you flash last official RUU for your device variant/model/region from sd card and start clean.

Yes, all info needed to modify this device has been posted many times over the years.
Not sure what your current knowledge is, but there's plenty of info available in these forums.
