hi i am engin. i bought chuwi hi12 tablet about a month ago. but i couldn't manage root android part of it. its dual boot tablet windows 10 + android 5.1 or remix os 2.0 . there is some tutorials on chuwi.forum and techtablets.forum but non of them worked for me. i did try to install bot android 5.1 and remix os 2.0 seperately. but never completed rooting process. i went unlocking bootloader and install twrp > booted into twrp but the problem i never manage it to bootup after i flash supersu.zip from twrp. i always went to bootloop after that process. could you pelase help me about that.
I do not understand. I was able to repartition and flash the Chuwi without root. So I am now runnig the Hi12 on stock Android 5.1 on a 52 GB partition. Not rooted though So installing and running Linux through chroot is (not yet) possible. Anyone ideas ?

I have an N1 CN version that I rooted and converted to Taiwanese. All good for 6 months, then I decided to update my Xposed version.
I accidently flashed sdk22 instead of 21 since I´m on 5.0.2. Bootloop...
So I went through ADB and CWM and factory reset, still bootloop...
And now I can´t access ADB anymore.
I have downloaded Intel Phone Flash Tool, both 4.4.4 and latest version.
It recognizes my unit as:
Platform: INTEL
Hardware: MOOREFIELD
Status: DNX_FW
I have tried to download several firmwares like
A5FM91E_update.zip
A5FMB19_update.zip
A5CN701_update.zip
and so on...
But Intel Phone Flash Tool doesn´t approve of them.
So now I´m stucked with and N1 in bootloop and Intels Phone Flash Tool as the closest thing to connecting the tablet...
Any ideas?
Is my tablet forever lost?
Best regards

Most likely. You're in the same boat as a lot of us. Bootlooping paperweight =/

Please refer to my thread, i am trying to override the system with methods to recover, as i have almost the same issue.
I rooted my k5 plus a6020a46 variant running lollipop using kingroot 5.0 beta successfully. But then when I rebooted it stuck. I removed the battery and it booted normally. I unooted my phone but the problem still persists.
I found that some files like ku.sud etc still remaining even after unroot.please help..... :crying:
Hello there. You can try replacing the kingroot with SuperSU. There are a lot of literature here (view this one) so go and search the forums. I would recommend SuperSUme but you are in boot loop.
Use the link above (guide by vickybonyk). Since you have unrooted the device, you need to install it again before running the script. Run the script via adb (usb debugging should be enabled).
Hello friends
I would like to understand what happened to my Z00A model: ZE551.
It presented problems and then I rebrick and it worked again ...
however, some android configuration functions and some apps have not started to run ...
I tried installing CLEANSTOCK v4.6 through Guilherme's tutorial on youtube but it started and it did not continue to flash.
I tried other custom roms, BORETS, FOX ROM, DOTN v1.2, XOSP ... Some did not accept, others installed but frozen in the logo screen ...
I tried to go back to the ASUS 6.0.1 MM STOCK ROM, via adb sideload, via ASUS flash Tools it happens the same, in the ASUS logo Intel Inside freezes and does not continue the boot.
Now it only accepts the STOCK ROM OFFICIAL ASUS 5.0 Lolipop. Via adb sideload is working.
Should it be a hardware defect, should not it work with that correct?
I updated to android 10 and tried following the tutorial to get TWRP on it, but everytime I try to launch TWRP it hangs on the logo.
Is it that TWRP has to be updated for a70 android 10? or am i doing something wrong?
TWRP does not work with Android 10 at the moment for the A70. I do not know about other phones. Android 10 changed the way they use recovery so it will take a while. https://twrp.me/site/update/2019/10/23/twrp-and-android-10.html
Hi, I also had the same problem, the logo screen remains fixed once I enter Recovery! We have to wait for the developers to find a solution in this regard. Regards! ??
Revert back to android 9 as android 10 is unstable for A70.
But if its working fine for you then wait for twrp to get updated
Hi,
as the title states, I am looking at installing LOS 18 on my S20+ (I know LOS 19 is out, but i need the older version).
My phone currently is fully stock (boot loader locked) and on OneUI 4 (Android 12).
A quick search on the forums seems to indicate it's not possible to downgrade to an official Android 11 ROM on the phone even using ODIN.
the device as an exynos device.
i managed to get it to work by installing the Android 11 stock rom using odin.
the first attempt it got stuck on boot loop, then I attempted using the HOME_CSC file, it got stuck at prism.img
on restarting it gave an error on failed update.
even then plugging in the USB, OdIN was able to detect it and trying installing it again worked.+
