lg e975 stuck in clockworkmod boot loop

I recently installed miui from official website for lg e975. My phone is lg f180 so they both are same.
It was working fine till this morning it asked for update. I allowed. It retarted and now it starts shows google logo. Then goes to recovery.
I flashed my original backup rom. Then even flashed miui rom. Nothing changes. I wiped cache. Data dalvik a lot of times.
It just starts shows google logo. Goes to recovery. Please help

I dont have any other access but cwm recovery
I only have a backup of my original rom through cwm. No kdz files.
I have a miui zip rom on phone as well

Flash stock zip kernel from artmod thread.

the problem is. I can't upload any files to mobile phone. if i connect to pc, it turns on, goes to recovery, so I click on mount storage, and other mount option, nothing happens. My computer detects phone as F180L with a exclamation mark.
If i go to download mode, and then try to flash any KDZ file from all the f180 KDzs. It gives me errors.
LG Support Tool on entering serial number and model name says "check out serial number and model"
ADB never detects my phone. So I can't upload anything.
No option to upload files via SD Card.

ok, so I have no clue what happened :crying: phone was in download mode. I did nothing, but only installed LG Support Tool USB driver, while the mobile connected.
Then I installed Microsoft .net framework 4.0. And my phone is now qhs_usbdload. it's officially bricked now. I have no clue what happened. This is all that happened before I restarted and selected "reboot to bootloader" and its dead. So there's nothing left to do but throw it out

WTF OKAY! I have no clue!
But, after seeing that qhs usbdload. (i have seen that before with other phones). I complete lost any hope.
So I for feeling contended, downloaded qpst, and emmc software download, and selected MPRG8064.hex and msimage.bin.
Then like I expected it threw an error "image download failed, cookie if present not received"
so I lost hope disconnected my phone and put it there. After a few minutes thought I should try one last time.
so I connect it my pc and VIOLA it turns ON!?
now I have that same rebooting to recovery problem. I have no explanation for whatever has happened to phone in past 3 hours. I have been with phones for years. This is the weirdest thing to happen ever :angel:
Now someone, please help me?

1. Why is this in Development section?
2. You can't mount internal SD as USB storage. Use adb push or adb sideload instead, that will help you to get the files onto your phone.

Some user got that problem before. I am not sure about how they solve it but I guess that they flash their original KDZ back. If your phone can enter download mode, you should try LG Flash tool 2014 and flash your original kdz to restore incorrect system image.
About adb cannot find your phone, try to remove adb driver from device manager and reinstall LG usb driver.

My phone is acting weird. Sometime it would start. Sometime the red light would blink. Sometimes the red light wouldn't blink at all. Then sometimes, it starts. And then it doesn't.
I have no clue what is going on with it.
But it went to download mode many times again, it would go to fastboot, bootloader, recovery etc. Then sometimes it will not respond to any buttons at all! I know its battery is down, but idk if it's charging or not?
I don't know how to know whether the phone is charging or not. I left it charging for 30 minute, and it didn't even buzz. :crying:

One thing you can do (I've done it in the past a couple of times) is to crack your phone open, disconnect the battery, and charge it with an external charger. That would at least give you a full battery to start with...

Regarding the charging problems, I had that once. I was able to startup the phone by simply using a 2A charger instead of the LG's 1.2A.

When I had this issue it was charging while in recovery. Please look at this post and flash your kdz.

thanks. but after charging it. I couldn't turn the screen off because it goes in recovery. I turned off the phone after good 30 minute charging. Then went to sleep. And in the morning I connected it to pc. by holding volume buttons for download mode. It didn't go to download mode. Only it's red light is blinking. and no display.

Hey man. I have exaxt same prolem when update miui. Just do this when you got your recovey. Connect your phone to pc, let your pc update driver. Use adb sideload to flash stock zip kitkat e975 lgviet. Goodluck.

Hi, regarding that. I was able to sideload exitrecovery.zip file. It goes to 100% then nothing happens. Nothing happened on phone screen as well.
And can you send me link to that stock zip kitkat? i have a miui.zip and few other roms that I have not tried. thanks
Edit: also what should I do about adb, am i doing correct?
Becuase in adb devices, my device is displayed with deviceID sideload
And i have only pasted adb folder, with a dll and a zip file, there is nothing else, do I need to install SDK?

I tried lg flash tool 2014 again, and it flashed, I swear yesterday I tried to flash it, and after clicking on it, it never showed me country and language selection menu, so it would sit there and do nothing. now I don't know how but it did it :laugh:

[Q] PLEASE HELP! T-Mobile LG G3 Hard Bricked!

So today I tried flashing android 5.0 on my T-mobile LG G3 D851. I put it into download mode, started the flash and waited. My LG flash tool then crashed and closed. My phone was %6 through the installation however and was just left frozen after it crashed. I tried every way possible to restart it and get out of the screen while keeping it plugged in, but I couldn't...so I took out the battery and put it back in. Now nothing is turning on, I can't put it in download mode and the charging LED doesn't light up, etc. It's completely bricked....what do I do? I've already tried taking out the battery and waiting and plugging in the cord and then battery. Please help! I can't afford the insurance or another phone...
EDIT: Also the battery does have charge...although I don't know how long it will last.
EDIT 2: I just realized this flash was for the 855 variant..not 851. Does this mean that I am just screwed?

It means that you got expensive brick.
You cant enter into download mode or recovery?
Probably only help is jtag. Find someone who can do that.

Sounds like someone has learned a very expensive lesson! Have you tried to factory reset it?

The linked solution works only if the device shows some signs of life - atleast a boot logo.
i have a D851 that a friend bricked. She tried upgrading to Lollipop and flashed the AT&T baseband on this TMobile version. The result is a hard bricked device which does not even seem to power on. Shows no signs of life, except when connected to a windows pc. It shows up as 'LG Androidnet USB modem' in the device manager. No boot logo, recovery, or download mode. Fortunately she has IMEI and twrp backups for this phone (boot, efs1, efs2, radio, rpm, tz). I did some research on JTag solutions. Unfortunately, none of the boxes support the D851, yet.
Any ideas on how to recover this device would be greatly appreciated.

Gpad bricked, what can I do?

I have been trying to get this thing upgraded to 5.0 for a day and half now, and i just flashed it for like the 10th time with lg flash tool to try to take it to stock. The rom i flashed that bricked the device I found in this thead: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2698267
All of a sudden it won't turn on, won't respond to adb or enter recovery with the volume down + power combo.
All i can see in device manager is qhsusb with an exclamation point. I struggled to update this and once i finally did, the device still isn't recognized by the computer in any lg programs or by adb and wont turn on What can/should i do at this point??

Did you maybe exhaust the battery?

I did not, it was 70% when it died, and i left it plugged in all night. I'm really at a loss here

I managed to find out that the phone is in something called bulk mode and even found a tool that gets lg phones out of bulk mode. The program located in this thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g...s-usb-t2933830.
It has my chipset in it(The APQ8064) and can connect with the phone. It passes the first two tests (AP, and EMMC) and fails the SDRAM test. If i can figure how to fix the last test and make it succeed, the tablet won't be bricked anymore. Any ideas?

Bootloop issue lg g3 d850

Hello so I am hoping i could get some help fixing my lg g3. Its been stuck in boot loop for a couple of days now and I've looked and searched and I cant seem to fix the problem. I don't know if its hard bricked or maybe there's a way to fix it. The issues all started when i couldn't connect to wifi or use Bluetooth on my phone. At the time i tried updating to 5.1 but was not available yet. I had seen on some threads that by downgrading it might fix the issue. So I downgraded my phone by using LG flash tool. I downloaded the dll. at&t D850 file and the at&t D850 tot file. Afterwards the wifi and Bluetooth was fixed. But then it started to reboot on its own and the issues came back. Although after a couple of reboots it just got stuck.
I've tried doing the factory reset by holding the volume down and holding the power button and i see the android logo but it s till gets stuck on boot loop.
I've also tried reinstalling kitkat with LG flash tool and when i do it says Fail Mino OS at around 90%.
I was also gonna try and use Odin3 which i read might fix it but when i connect my phone to my pc it doesnt recognize that its connected. I uninstalled and reinstalled the lg drivers but still cant recognize it.
If anybody could help me and give me some advice that would be greatly appreciated

i tried to explain my solution (sorry for my english but i'm mexican)
i had the same problem like u, but my problems with this device start with the wifi and bluethoot, when i tried to turn on just doesn't work.
i tried the same method with TOT and DLL files (Kitkat) V10a and LGUP, LGFlashTool and LG Flashtool 2014 but nothing, the phone finish the flash done but the boot loop continued.
i search and read a lot of tutorials and nothing, but i found a KDZ for D850PR, this firm is from Puerto Rico but works on ATT Devices and vuala!! my phone comes alive!!
ok, u need some file but i think u have almost all of them....anyway i will explain everything than it's possible..

2.-when u finish to flash the firmware, perform a hard reset
*HARD RESET - remove battery, press volumen down + power, when u see the LG logo release the power key and hold on again, and u do the hard reset.*
PD. *if ur device turn on with Mini OS 3.1 screen do the next steps
-check the options and u will see "normal boot (+ power key)", hold on the power and press on this option and the phone will starts normal
i hope help u with this solution, i don't know if this solution works in ur devices but maybe u can try and get back work ur LG G3!!

Can you put your phone into download mode? => Hold volume down button for a few seconds and attached the usb cable to your phone?
Also, how old is your phone? LG phones have a history of having issues with batteries dying and this causes the phone to constantly reboot. I had this problem myself, which is why I know about it..

Need a little help with the F460 G3

guys, i really need help.
i recieved an F460 from a guy in a hurry, now it just shut on me. it's all korean so i don't understand... it's stuck in download mode and that's all it does when i plug it into the charger...
i have attached a screenie to show what its doing, please help me out. which OS should i download and flash on it...

i did as you mentioned, LG flash tool asks to select the model, please, what am i doing wrong?
Ive installed the drivers as well.. it's detecting the phone but then this happens

When you say it asks,do you mean in an other window it shows "Select device model" and it has options down? Right?

I got it sorted out, I guess you have to install the drivers again. The thing is, after it installs and everything... It turns itself off after the cable is unplugged from the phone... I see the battery has swollen up inside and is in precarious condition... I tried doing the procedure again but the phone booted up... After a minute it shut down again and back to the download mode...
Is it the battery or what?
One more thing, after I unplug the phone it doesn't turn on other than if I connect it with the PC

The battery should have a problem...
Try inserting an other battery.(if you have)
When it finishes with flashing don't unplug it from your PC!..
(The guy that had this phone had messed up with System partition files really bad...)
P.S:In lguptool did you select CSE flash?

The LG up I worked with didn't give me that option, it gave me the option to either update, refurbish and another one... I chose update so it allowed me to choose the kdz you linked here for me... It did it's thing then booted up and everything, when I unplugged it, it turned off and won't turn on.. Then I plugged it in again and it only showed the same download mode that I shared the image with you...
