You can see that's a gold version of K10, so it's K430something.
I think that you can port this rom to your phone or just port a Fulmics 5.0 (it's UX 5.0 but with more options and functions)

So cause G4 is x64 we can't port the rom...can we port a newer rom from G2 that uses 5.0.2 or anyother LG phone that have newer version of lollipop than G3?

I have a galaxy tab 3 8.0 and i would like to find a lollipop rom that is touchwiz style (to look like newer phones e.g. s5,s6). However i can't find anyting like it. I am new to all rooting and custom rom stuff. Would it be possible to flash a lollipop rom and then port lollipop version of touch wiz?

Of course, there will. It's only a few 100MB of closed-source binaries compiled for different and more powerful hardware. Every pre-school kid could port to that in just one weekend, just do it.
However, there actually are Nougat custom ROMs based on AOSP or Cyanogen/Lineage for the G3. Not the best time to try that out these days though, with developers being busy collecting and gluing together the remains of what once was cyanogenmod.

cant port.. can use lineage OS. for port needs to be in same android version... say we get nougat and G6 last nougat with different features then G4 that can be port.. as long as they are in the same android version .

No need to port anyway, official Nougat update is coming for the G4 this 3rd quarter, it was announced officially.
All because a lot of customers were unhappy with G4 not getting 2 OS updates.

You can't even port h811 rom on h815 with a working camera, how can you port v10 ?
LG g4 camera will not work unless we have these specific drivers. Porting is not only about the cpu !
