cant port.. can use lineage OS. for port needs to be in same android version... say we get nougat and G6 last nougat with different features then G4 that can be port.. as long as they are in the same android version .

No need to port anyway, official Nougat update is coming for the G4 this 3rd quarter, it was announced officially.
All because a lot of customers were unhappy with G4 not getting 2 OS updates.

You can't even port h811 rom on h815 with a working camera, how can you port v10 ?
LG g4 camera will not work unless we have these specific drivers. Porting is not only about the cpu !

German website says 5.1.1 is in final testing stage and will be ready in two weeks.
Furthermore they say UX 4.0 is also coming with the 5.1.1 update.
South Korean versions of the G3 will get the update first, to be followed by international variants "some weeks after".

Nothing is official but it does look like we will be getting Android 5.1.1. However LG could cancel their plans and only release Android M to us. Take everything with a pinch of salt until an official announcement by LG.
I was using a phone with a stock android before I got my lg g4, and I very much prefer the stock android experience over the lg custom version. I got a the duel sim version of the lg g4 (h818p), unfortunately Cyanogenmod hasn't been released for this version yet (maybe will never be)! So, is there any chance that they will do it in the future? Or are there any other roms that I can run on my lg g4 that can give the stock android experience or something close?

maybe one day maybe not.. not unless you have bootloader unlock.

Of course, there will. It's only a few 100MB of closed-source binaries compiled for different and more powerful hardware. Every pre-school kid could port to that in just one weekend, just do it.
However, there actually are Nougat custom ROMs based on AOSP or Cyanogen/Lineage for the G3. Not the best time to try that out these days though, with developers being busy collecting and gluing together the remains of what once was cyanogenmod.
