Unable to get LTE Data - Modified Stock ROM - Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, I am running a Sprint Note 4 with the following ROM -- http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-sprint/development/rom-stock-pg1-bloated-deodexed-t3447044
It is, as the name says, a DeOdexed PG1 version of Marshmallow.
I activated this device today with Sprint. After doing so, I was able to do calling and texting immediately, but I am unable to access LTE mobile data. If I go to my data settings and switch the setting to "CDMA", I am able to obtain 3G. But if I switch it to Automatic or LTE/CDMA -- I get no data whatsoever (The bars icon shows an ! in the bottom right).
I have no idea what could be causing this and could use some assistance.

check your apn settings are correct.

I can't modify my APN settings. When I try to do so, they immediately revert to the stock APN settings. This includes trying to add new ones--they just disappear.
What would cause this?

So I'm fairly certain the issue is related to the inability to update my APN settings. What would I do to remedy this? I can't modify the APN settings. When I try to, the settings don't stick.

SGH-T999 unable to change APN for Simple mobile HELP!!

I have a SGH-T999 that I have unlocked. I put a simple mobile card in but I am unable to change or delete the t-mobile APN settings. I add new settings for simple mobile but it auto switches back. I tried to change the defaults network settings but it changes back again. I rooted and rom, tried lots of roms they all had the same problem unable to delete T-mobile APN settings it always switched back when new settings were entered. I thinks its because it recognizes the simple mobile sim as a T-mobile card. I put a att card in and no problem at all. the t-mobile APN did not even show up. I currently unrooted and stock rom. Could I load a Att rom on it? So it will allow for simple mobile and not get t-mobile auto APN settings?
Thanks for your help

[Q] Ting MMS issues with Cyanogenmod (CM11)

I know a lot of people have had issues using Cyanogenmod on MVNO networks, mostly with data services. I was able to find a fix in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2340437&highlight=s3.
The CM10.2 fix worked straight from installing the .zip in clockworkmod, but for the CM11 fix I had to overwrite the "apns-conf.xml file" in the "CM11/system/etc" .zip, and then flash the whole CM11.zip after factory resetting my phone. I was finally able to get LTE service this way.
However, my issue is that I still can't send MMS, even though the mmsc is already set to "http://mms.plspictures.com" which is the MMS URL for Ting. Has anyone figured out a fix for this, or why it's happening?
EDIT: Just figured it out.
Part 1: So after flashing a working APN list to get LTE, I downloaded a messaging app that allows you to input MMS settings within the app. I'm using 8sms, but Hangouts might work too. I just used the MMS settings from the working APN list. I tried it on the stock app and it didn't work.
Part 2: I'm only able to send/receive SMS when data AND wi-fi are both enabled, I'm not sure why. I'm also updated to CM 11 M8, so I'm not sure if this would have worked on earlier versions. It's weird because I know that I was able to get MMS over data alone on 10.2

Can't Change APN settings "access point names are not available for this user"

Can't Change APN settings "access point names are not available for this user"
Hi,
I have a carrier unlocked HTC One M8, and when I switched back from CM to my stock sense ROM (installed it from a RUU.exe). I get the messagge "access point names are not available for this user" whenever I try to change my APN settings.
I tried getting root and then deleting /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/telephony.db*, but didn't work.
I was thinking it could be an issue with the stock rom, so I converted my HTC One to a GPE 6.0, but I get the exact same error on this ROM.
Has anyone solved an issue like this one?
I'm also having issues with this. I installed 6.0 GPe with RUU conversion and my cellular data is not working. I read it could be an APN issue but I also can't change the settings, tried a bunch of things like resetting the phone with wifi only on etc but nothing's working.

Straight talk

Anyone had any success using straight talk service with the Verizon note 8? If so can you link me to the correct steps to get everything working right, bc I cant change apn settings and I receive text late / if they even come thru
Factory reset and install SIM card. You can also just reset network settings. I'm pretty sure it will automatically configure APN settings on Oreo.
