Is there any easy way to backup the gprs/mms access point settings on desire? it took me quite a while to get it working on my phone, and i am hoping i can backup / restore fairly easily.
my desire is rooted, and have titinumn backup install, but not too sure which one contain the gprs/mms setup information. or is the setting saved on a specific cfg/ini file that i can just copy & paste in the future?
There are applications on the Market that can backup and restore APNs.

Hi,
Can you please advise me how I can backup sense + settings of system program on my phone? As I understand TB haven't done it. :-\
you could go for MyBackup Pro, it can backup apps, android home, system settings text messages...well everything. It's pretty pimp!
TB will backup and restore all user & system settings and data. The only thing you will have to do is re-place any none sense widgets after the restore.
Just a very quick question, as I can't find an answer on forums.
When running a backup with Titanium which is the best approach?
1. Back-up all User Apps and System with Data
2. Back-up just User Apps with Data?
The reason im asking is if System Apps with Data is not selected, i presume that I will not have all text, emails and preferences that I have setup?
Can someone correct me if im wrong
Thanks,
1st option, backup all user apps. I found it's safe to backup & restore wifi access points also (although not between CM and stock ROM), other system data ain't safe. You have SMS backup & restore for SMS's, no idea for E-email (I use Gmail), preferences should be set again manually just to be safe.
Is there a way to backup:
1) Speed dial entries
2) BT Connections
and be able to restore them between different ROMs? I have Titanium Backup pro and have not seen that option anywhere.
I hate having to redo that after every new ROM flash.

"contact storage" backups your speed dial (After you restore you need to reboot for it to take effect.)
"dialer storage" backups your SMS/MMS. (After you restore you need to reboot for it to take effect.)
How do i do a backup, that when i format the phone / buy a new one, so all the applications, and their settings, will be saved?
thanks
