Please help! Can't flash recover after unbricking - ZenFone 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Title says it all. I tried to update to mm and bricked phone. After following a few guides for two days I was able to get stock lollipop running. However I can't flash a recovery not through fastboot or twrp manager. On fastboot the computer says successful but it the phone doesn't respond, in twrp manager it says unsuccessful and it may already be installed yet I can't boot into any recovery

Well now I know for a fact that it's unlocked.. downloaded the unlocker app. And now I have that ugly white splashscreen... However I still can't get a recovery

Hello,
As you are unlocked now flashing twrp 3.x should work, which fastboot command do you use?
Fastboot flash recovery xxx.img?
If yes, then try to boot to it by:
Fastboot boot xxx.img
At least this should work. Then you could try to flash a recovery in twrp itself

which rom you are using currently?
try fastboot erase recovery
then fastboot flash recovery

Thanks for the advice.. I was able to fix it by typing fastboot erase cache and then reflashing

Sorry i am pretty noob at this stuff. How do i flash and then pull the boot IMG?
google the guide to installing roms with htc dev unlock
The boot.IMG is in the ROM zip file , use s file manager and open the zip and copy the boot.IMG , then flash it in fast boot or push it through Adb

Sorry for asking so much.
It should be in the rom zip a file named boot.IMG . try unzipping the ROM , maby you'll see it then
If I wasent in a 1000 ton injection mold machine I'd be more help

OK I'm outta work , re-reading your posts I believe your are confused , when you unlocked your phone through HTC dev unlock its different than fully removing the security or "s-off" . the way you have to flash a ROM being HTC dev unlocked requires an extra step in the flashing process , which is after u flash your ROM eg. CyanogenMod , for it to boot you have to extract the boot.IMG of that particular ROM and flash that separately from fast boot . there is no universal boot.IMG like you tried googling. The file should always be there .
There are threads that better describe the process better but hope this will help you start to understand the process

As someone who took your advice, I found this video and it solved my problem in one try, could have saved me a day of headaches haha

[SPLASH] Boot Splash Creator Web App - Just Upload Image - Flashable Zip Output

Upload a picture, it will generate flashable zip to update your boot splash.
If your picture is not 1080x1920, it will get scaled to those dimentions without preserving proportions.
Use only on HTC One (HTC M7). Flashing on other devices may cause brickage.

[Q] LS980 stuck in fastboot

When trying to flash TWRP Recovery using Flashify on my LS980 (Sprint G2), what I'm guessing is that it flashed to the wrong partition and now it's stuck in fastboot.
Whenever I turn it on it says
[450] Fastboot mode started
[500] udc_start()

So if anyone has a solution to this, It'll be greatly appreciated
Also, I've tried the LG Flash Tool and nothing happened

Can't enter recovery

Hi all,
I want to flash stock firmware back onto my phone but when I try and enter recovery mode from fastboot screen it just restarts and goes back to fastboot. I can't access it at all. Is there a way I can fix this or flash the firmware without entering recovery?
Thankyou
Flash from fastboot, in the thread change from CN to WW you will find all the instructions for downloading and flashing the Rom just follow the guide
