So heres the details. Did the unrevoked flash. Got superuser. Successful root, but wanted to flash CM6. Downloaded via Rom manager, when to reflash and got stuck in boot loader loop. Dragged and dropped eng boot loader package onto SD card from different thread (seen here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=752832). Now superuser is missing. Also, every time I reboot it reloads image from zip. Should I just remove zip from SD? Why did superuser disappear? S-off is still there. h-boot: 0.76.? Thanks for your help in advance!
Try downloading it from the market.

lol, did that, and none of my rooted apps recognize it. Rom manager said I need one in system/bin/su I tried to move via astro and root explorer but neither would let me saying it needed to be a read only file.
Remove the ZIP from your SD card, get ChainsDD's Superuser from the Market. Problem solved.
Thats the one I downloaded, however rom manager says I am not rooted and it cannot find file in system/bin/su or system/xbin/su
FIXED!!
Lol, apparently downloading from the market was the older version. I went ahead and downloaded zip file from dev original thread here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=682828
flashed in recovery and presto chango I have my SU back.. Thanks guys!
where'd my su go?
This was ugly dude, good job on the recovery, sheez.
I tried to install setcpu zip file through clockwork mod latest recovery. Choose zip from sdcard-> download -setcpu 2.10.zip. but usually on my n1, after installing a zip file, it'll say installation succeeded or so, this time it just goes by really fast then go right back to the main menu of clockworkmod. What possibly is going wrong?

That is probably just a zip of the SetCPU apk. Extract the apk, copy it to your phone, and install with a file manager.
Oh yeah why didn't I think about that. Dang I'm such a noob lol. Thanks I'll try and report back.
I just downloaded this new rom and for some reason I am not able to download any .apk files like the android market.apk wont open, I also downloaded Astro file manager and It also will not open help!

Im trying to install a custom boot animation and using astro and android file manager to delete the bootani file so i can flash a custom one as the flashing android logo is annoying. Both apps are telling me i cant delete the file though. Is Root Explorer neccessary?

Yeah; root explorer will do that no problem. It is totally worth the $$ if you are rooted and like to change stuff.
A little late , but thanks , guess ill have to get root explorer.
Hi
I am new to the forums. Quick question, I just rooted my Gs3 att running Android 4.4.2 with clockwork mod and odin and all that good stuff. I originally downloaded a superuser.zip file which was installed with CWM. However when I opened it up it would crash everytime. I went to drag and delete it, but i accidentally turned it off. That superuser dissapeard from my apps page. So I downloaded a different superuser.zip and did the process over again, CWM confirmed the install and I rebooted. But when I go to open superuser it isnt anywhere. I have tried looking in the application manager, and all of my files and I cannot find it! Any help?
Thanks,
-Eric
