Well If you would have a backup of efs yes... Which you can't have until you have twrp or similar installed.. So idk no way to recover it without a backup. Is the phone still booting? What is working what not? Do you really mean the imei or "imei sv"?
You wrote you send LG the imei? You have not go through the official unlock page by LG? The imei was taken from the sticker behind the battery? Or from within a booted rom?

easy contact LG and tell them what happened. since you had a working imei and after unlock it was deleted, wiped

I'm having same thing, although it happens when I try to install a custom rom. Imei gets wiped. Even though i have a backup of the original efs in twrp, restoring it makes no difference.
Sometimes when i try to restore the original non rooted system including backed up efs i still have a problem with no mobile signal and blank imei. Restoring efs from a different backup fixes it for some reason. Apart from using non rooted non custom Rom i basically can't get mobile signal.
Any ideas?

Ensure you backup EFS ! This stores many important data like the unlock setting. Normally you will not need to unlock again but just for the case I highly recommend to backup EFS. Go in my TWRP thread and read the FAQ to find out how you can backup the efs manually. You can do so with TWRP as well but use my latest beta to do so then.

Hi
I bought the used g4 two days back. In the about section its showing h815 model with android 5(lollipop).
I updated it to marshmellow using LgUp and lg firmware. But after upgrading sim is not working . I reverted back to lollipop and still sim not working.
After not finding any solution i went to the technician , he found the board inside is of h810(at&t) model. While the software is showing h815.
So anyone of you know how to solve this problem. Sim was working before perfectly.

Maybe flash a h810 at&t ROM. Verify the actual model of the phone by removing the back cover and looking for h815 or h810. It's also possible you have a h810 motherboard in a h815 shell.

On board h810 is written. But software showing h815 model. Any idea..?
I believe this is a dodgy repair. As htr5 suggested, I would try an H810 kdz.
I have skimmed over these issues a few times but taken no real notice as I just keep repairing mine through carrier insurance every time I get the bootloop.
Is your IMEI still showing *#06# if sim not recognised now?

Yes imei is showing. As currently the phone is running h815 software. If i flash 810 kdz through flash tool , will it cause any problem or brick ..?

Great idea from SavageRobot. Type your IMEI number into http://www.imeipro.info/check_lg.html and it should pull up your phone's model number
I have seen this issue a bunch specially here lately people piecing g4s together.
Flashing diffrent firms crossin.
Go off the imei. This is always real touchy. Cause of cross flashing and bricking. To completly verify. Check imei and pull back of case apart and look at any model nums on the motherboard

I have seen a few people with this problem. One such post suggests to take the phone apart and look at the motherboard. Whatever model is on the motherboard is the one to go with

(You can open the QCN with 7z)
compare the one that is working with other that have 2IMEI and see the differance and try to edit with a hex editor, if you can't then your best bet is 4pda

so the there are more files in working QNc in \00024670\default\Provisioning_Item_Files\ than the not working one in qcn\00004115\default\Provisioning_Item_Files\EFS_Data\
same for the folder EFS_Dir in the same directories
and the size is not the same but I dont' know how that would help
for the 4pda site it's in russian unfortunately

What board version do u have ? I lost my imei too when unbricking with Test point via edl
I couldn't restore my imei can u tell me your Telegram so I can ask you some questions tjnx
Try searching for these terms on google. "deadboot repair" "edl" "firehose". Usually after flashing a deadboot repair package the imei resets by reading the chipset. Goodluck.

To my knowledge the imei value is stored/burned in the soc on all snapdragon chips. I am not sure why it did not auto regenerate after an edl flash.
