Samsung had said it may have replacements as early as this week.
That is true. Just got off phone with Verizon this morning they stated new note 7 will be in stock next week

Per the discussion I had moments ago with a Verizon rep for their on-line store, September 17th is the expected date for new (non-exploding) Note 7 inventory.
I've been told by a rep from Samsung that the Note 7 replacements were received by Verizon stores today. I am going to the closest store today to hopefully get a new phone. The phone number set up by Samsung for the Note 7 replacement issue is 1-888-987-4357.
UPDATE 03:02 PM: I just checked with the closest stores to me and no replacements have been received.

I can confirm that the Samsung rep was wrong. The 3 Verizon stores that I talked to have not gotten replacement units yet.

I called Samsung this morning and the woman I spoke to said that the new phones should begin shipping out the end of this week and that I should start calling Verizon around Wednesday of next week (9/14) to see if they are in stores yet.
Well I'll be in the Bahamas next week, so hopefully they have some Note 7's left for me to exchange when I get back lol
Just got back from a VZ store. It's amazing how incompetent these stores are. They dont know annnnyyyytttthhhiiiinnnngggg. Or rather they just dont want to be bothered. If you have products arriving, or you placed an order for a product, shouldnt you know when it is arriving? I can't imagine Corporate or UPS does not provide tracking numbers.

It's Verizon, you can't expect too much
Each store acts like their own and their employees don't know anything Zzz
No new Note 7s anywhere in Midland/Odessa. Unknown when stock is coming in.

Look guys, there has been no actual information from samsung in regard to this incident quite honestly its gonna be a minute they have to re-product a few million Note7's so them getting it done in a few weeks is fantastic but we all have to take into account with a production this fast
what other problems are going to pop up, also if the quality is going to be the same?
with that being said I manage a location and the reps are not misinformed there are not informed because none of our stores have been updated after us allowing them all to be returned damaged or not. now if the reps you are speaking with no professional enough (a bad apple) then ask to speak with another or the manager, we are all about our customer service.

I talked to the manager at a VZW 3rd party retailer and that's pretty much what he said. There has been no official process handed down from Samsung, nor VZW, regarding the exchange of a Note 7 to a Note 7.
He said the only official process handed down is the waiver of re-stocking fees to the 30th and exchange to a S7 or S7 Edge.
Annoyed
To be absolutely clear - I would not expect them to have a new phone in my hands today - I do expect them to have figured out a plan before now, communicate the plan via the media and contacting their partners (aka Verizon) and their customers (aka you and me). I don't find it acceptable that I have to send them the phone back and then they will reimburse me and then I can purchase a phone. Their problem, make it easy for me to cope. Don't make it my problem.
I love my Note 7. I love the dumb stylus that I didn't want to like. But today, I am angry and I am not good at being angry.
Sorry, I needed to vent with folks who likely understand/empathize and frankly probably feel the same way. I will go back to being supportive and reasonable in a little bit.

So now that I got an email telling me to turn off the phone I went to the Verizon store. They had no loaner phones. The only thing they could do is let me get a new phone at full retail and waive the restocking fee.
I called Samsung. They took my information and said go back to the Verizon store in 24-48 hours. They should then have a loaner phone.

I went to Verizon store today and they exchanged my Note 7 for a Samsung S7 Edge, but it is not a true exchange, I have until Sept. 30 to exchange again with no fee for the Note 7 when they arrive. If it should happen that the Note 7 replacements are delayed beyond Sept. 30, they will extend my exchange period until they arrive. The manager of the store gave me his card and cell number and wrote down the terms for me. He guaranteed me that I will get one of the Note 7's when they arrive, no matter how long it takes for their shipments to arrive.

They offered that for me. My problem is I still have unlimited data. I use every loophole to stay in contract and still have my data at $29.99. I can't just return and re-buy at the store. I explained that to the manager. This was the best suggestion he had until the replacement arrives.

Let me put on record, that my Note 7 has been awesome, not a single problem, unlike other posts I've seen here and around the net, my battery life has been AMAZING! Like 3 1/2 hour convo on the phone last night and only suffered a 10% battery drain amazing, I have yet to see this phone go below 49% after a full days use (work and using it at home to watch videos and surf the net.)
UI has snagged here and there but quickly fixes itself and the battery hasn't even remotely gotten warm during charging (Charge all night at home on Samsung Fast Charger Wireless Stand and the few times I've charge at work for a few minutes, its been on the original non fast Samsung charge disc) and it hasn't gotten even warm with a chunk of Gear VR play (Decided to lay low on the VR play since the recall though lol) so needless to say, I'm loving the Note 7, its sad to see anyone else have a different experience.
With that being said, I don't want to push it, as far as I'm reading it seems there doesn't exactly have to be a warning sign for the battery to just go up in flames, and I guess if I don't have to I'm not gonna chance it happening. And when Samsung said within a week or 2 the replacements would be available I was all about holding on to it in the meantime, but it seems that the replacements aren't gonna be ready in that time frame. And I'd prefer not to burn my house down lol.
So my question is to anyone who had to exchange their Note 7 at Best Buy, I know we have to deal directly with whoever we purchased the Note 7 from and I'm sure I'm not the only one who grabbed mine at Best Buy on launch day.
Did they do an exchange and are they offering a "Loaner" phone?
According to AT&T whom I just spoke with, they stated that Best Buy SHOULD exchange my device and give a Loaner Phone like an S7 Edge or something to use in the meantime, and if they don't then I need to call AT&T on the phone and have the Best Buy employee speak directly to the AT&T rep ... sounds simple right? Well anyone who has ever dealt with BB knows they are usually hard to deal with, and I've read posts stating that some BB stores were pretending like they didn't even have a recall notice and denying the customers Note 7.
So i figured before I waste my time and come within inches of wanting to choke out a blue shirt from pure frustration, I'd see if anyone here has had success in exchanging their Note 7 for a LOANER phone, that when once the new Note 7 batch arrives we can swap back out?
Thanks for any help!
Here is their Note 7 recall webpage (which will be handy when you bring the Note 7 into their brain dead staff who'll have no clue)

Exchange current Galaxy Note7 device with a new Galaxy Note7 (when product becomes available).
Exchange current Galaxy Note7 for a Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge and replacement of any Note7-specific accessories with a refund of the price difference between devices.
Return your Note7 and receive a full refund.
3 options, but no loaners.....
I have two Note 7s purchased and i'm waiting for restock before doing battle with them.

Yeah, I read that prior to posting, But AT&T assured me they will offer me a loaner, but again anyone who's dealt with BB knows that they run rogue and do their own thing, and AT&T has always been disconnected from how BB runs. But I'm in the same boat as far as just keeping it, I love the phone and just want to get a new certified one and move on to enjoying it for what it is, I'd do a loaner and have a new phone to play with if the process was gonna be smooth, but it NEVER is with BB. lol you said it perfect ... "doing battle with them" every time I deal with them i leave the store mentally and physically drained, and yet they keep getting me back in because of the damn pre-order promotions they always have ...
Yeah same but I also like just going into some place and buy something instead of waiting around for delivery. The AT&T people may be trolling you tho..... Since BB does not say loaner it's hard to say cause they all run rogue of store policies. I would... Give the cell area a preemptive call and ask for the manager and ask him directly. Also as a primer to make sure they are aware that they are still involved in this process and not tell you deal with Samsung. I've been reading all I could about this soap opera and seen someone say that their BB did give them a loaner, again, going against the grain (and no way to confirm internet statements at times).
Our Notes are running fine, last all day long, and have no user installed battery drain or lag.
Keep us (me) posted.... I'll do the same when it comes time.

Agreed, I think a call ahead to BB is the first step. But even that is a 50/50 shot of BS lol.
But yeah, I am the same way, i don't like dealing with the mail if I don't have to. Packages get lost or kicked around or stolen or get held at a FedEx or UPS location over the weekend sometimes. So I just prefer to walk into a store and leave with the product in hand, and BB seems to really be the only place to do that outside dealing with the carrier stores, it just comes at a cost lol. But the same frustrations can be said for reps at the AT&T corporate stores. It's a no-win situation really.
But I've also read mixed reviews on BB about the whole recall process so far, some had no issues, some got no where, so I figured I'd ask for some advice ahead of time. Worst case scenario I'll just keep enjoying my Note 7 until the new stock comes in ... lol which isn't a bad option.
But again thanks for the help man, i appreciate it and I'll def post up how this venture plays out, maybe it'll help someone like me looking for answers.
At Best Buy there no loaner phone. The exchange to Edge or S7 is permanent and the full return might not be available anymore. What they want you to return will vary from store to store.
BestBuy is not giving a temp phone. They are either giving you a full refund, or you move to the S7 or S7 Edge or wait to get a new Note7 when that comes available.
honestly, I wonder if us in the US will wind up getting replacements, because if Samsung isolates the batteries to the Exnyos models, they most certainly wont recall the US market Snapdragon ones.

Right, the problem is, I'm not sure I can get the transaction completely reversed through best buy then walk into an AT&T and have them give me a loaner phone, since I reversed the upgrade at best buy.

Exactly
I purchased my Note 7 from Best Buy on Aug. 19 via an AT&T Next trade-in of my Note 5. On Sep. 4, I returned the Note 7 to Best Buy under the recall. They coordinated with AT&T and then sent me over to a nearby AT&T store to get my interim phone (S7 Edge). I now have the option of either keeping the S7E or exchanging it for the N7 when the new ones are available.
(As for that choice: the S7E and the N7 are both great, though I like the N7 slightly better. So I'm planning to exchange--unless the N7's sound/vibration-feedback-lag problem still hasn't been fixed by then, in which case I'll keep the S7E instead.)

Best Buy is sending out emails that pretty much state their webpage... just to add to the thread and hope you guys receive too.
They mention "getting registered for a new Note7" so *sigh* i'm going to pay them a visit tomorrow and see if they even know they have this list.
Registered at lunch at my Best Buy in Whitehall PA. They are handling it similar to preorders. Has a registration process etc. You will basically get a preorder email once your registered and then it's first come first serve to those registered as they come in. They stated Staten Island, some NYC and New Jersey Best Buys got their replacement shipments today and that they are assuming we will get ours locally in a day or so.
Just passing on the info

So, stopped by my local Best Buy and spoke to the mobile manager who stated that all I needed to do was go to that BB Note7 page and enter my email address and that's it. Once they arrive I'll be notified and I can exchange. He said possibly next week but who knows for sure.

I returned my Note 7 to Best Buy, then went to an AT&T store to get an interim S7 Edge. Best Buy was on the phone with AT&T for an hour working out the details. Then it took another hour for the AT&T store manager to call headquarters to work out the remaining details. But it did happen, at least in this instance.
Went to Best Buy and told them I wanted to exchange. Took my order, gave me a pre order reservation form and also received an email confirming the order was placed like any other order. Said new shipments were imminent (I won't hold my breath) gave me back my phone and said to exchange when new phone arrives. We'll see how it goes. They did mention the Sept 30 date but the form doesn't. Believe me, I will request full refund if that date isn't met.
Not sure if this was the correct procedure BB is supposed to follow but as I said as 9/30 approaches I'll just ask for an immediate refund.

Pre-order a replacement? So if I don't swap to a loaner or don't go into a bestbuy I won't get a call for a replacement? I put my email on their website to be notified as few days ago also.

Wish Verizon would jump on board! They should be pushing an update for the Verizon Note7 tomorrow or Wednesday too, hopefully its got some goodies inside it.

My manager friend whos at our reseller store said hes got as much conflicting stories as we do. He did say verizon did say its a one for all when they come in. So basically us exchanger have to be in comp with people who want to buy new ones. Which we discussed how bull**** that is. What he has done is made a list (of those whos called) and when they come in hes going to contact the exchangers and give them first crack.

I have read that the note 7 won't go on sale for new customers until October. Only exchanges till then.
http://www.androidauthority.com/galaxy-note-7-us-relaunch-717156/
I'm currently at our vacation home roughly an hour away from the nearest corporate store; been here all summer and had my original Note 7 delivered here when I ordered it online.
When I read here this morning that the VZW website was showing the Note 7 available for purchase, I called in to arrange for my replacement to be shipped to me. The Customer Care rep initially claimed that the phone could only be exchanged in a corporate store, but when I explained to her that I had spoken with 2 CC reps previously that had stated unequivocally that a replacement could be shipped, she did some checking and discovered that this was indeed an option.
As I write this, though, she's having an issue using my alternate shipping address (even though it's the same one the original phone was shipped to!), and is working with her manager to resolve that and will be calling me back with a confirmation number.
The replacement is shipping 2nd-day and I'm hoping to have it in-hand on Thursday.
I read that too yesterday but haven't heard anything to verify it. We just have to... As usual wait. ?

This is why Samsung should have handled it. If you're counting on Verizon to do the right thing, then you're doing it wrong.

So I called Verizon again this morning, and she told me to call back tomorrow as they should be getting some in on the 21st. So hopefully tomorrow I can exchange it and stop worrying about owning a ticking time bomb lol

Hmmm I was able to order mine today, I also asked what I should do with the "bad one" they said to keep it as Samsung doesn't want them back...In my heart I feel this isn't true and I don't want to be charged for not returning the old one. Who else was told to keep the old one?
I got a message from Samsung last night to power down my phone immediately and take it to my carrier's store and get a replacement S7 or S7Edge. If I choose to stay with the note they were to provide loaner phones until the new Notes arrive. Verizon told they are doing no such thing and pick another phone or keep using this one until the new ones arrived.
I think this may have been ordered by the CPSC. Here is the link : http://www.samsung.com/us/note7exch...=7731125&CID=eml-mb-cph-916-1199-emailversion
I wonder if Verizon will take responsibility if MY house burns down?
I talked to two techs on chat and both said I would be provided loaner phones.
I am not very happy right now and want to report them the CPSC.
Costco is not giving loaner phones.

Hey bro, sorry to hear about your misfortune. Sucks that everyone is getting yanked around with nobody from Verizon or Samsung being on the same page. It's irritating and super frustrating to waste your time going down there to be turned down for a loaner when that's what is strongly recommended. I was irritated by the lack of real detail and guidance from the start of all this. I contacted Tami Erwins office, the Executive VP of Verizon Wireless. They still had no real guidance for any of my questions (sad they can't even offer more assistance) but maybe if you have time and want to contact them, maybe they can provide you even more assistance then they did me or at least maybe it will force them to get their asses in gear if more people contact them.

There is a contact link to submit your grief / suggestions. Hope this helps in some way. I'm sticking with my Note7 till they get the new batch in.
Thanks for that info. I will send them an email, but I am still gonna call and try to escalate the situation.
I don't think I should have to turn off my phone and sit there with idle cell service I am still paying for. Plus I need my phone.

Yup! I got that too, I was contacted within one business day later (2 days ago now) and it was a member of Tami Erwin's team to "handle" my matter for her. Yet....nothing was handled, I wasn't offered any real answers for my 7 or so questions, I just kept being told that they aren't sure when new batch Note7's would be in. I asked questions like would there be a 'line' of sorts to get in for those who wanted a new Note7. I asked if the Note7 would be put on sale to the the public as well as for those who want to exchange or if first they will hold back all new Note7's specifically for the recall and exchange then once we are all taken care of, then put the Note7 on sale to the public. I asked a few more questions and none of them were really answered, it's been frustrating to not get any answers.
I am still on the phone with an agent and she spoke with her supervisor and she is telling me that I can go into the verizon store and exchange the phone for any phone and then when the new Note 7s come in I can do another exchange. She is telling me it won't affect my BOGO rebate..... I don't know if I trust that. I stand to lose $672.
Just got off phone with rep. She said that she noted my account to allow an exchange and then another exchange when new Note 7 comes out. She said I would have to do this at Costco though. She also said this would not affect my rebate. However the guy at Costco said this would kill my rebate. But she noted my account so I hope it sticks, getting on chat support with rebate center now.
What a cluster F for everyone involved.
Just got off phone with rebate center and he verified (through earlier meeting with his supervisor this morning) that the rebates will still be honored if you use a loaner phone temporarily.
So, off to convince Costco to loan me a phone. Which should I try out?
Ha! Costco said they got an email on how to handle loaner phones. Dial 611 on your verizon phone, tell them you have a Note 7 and need a loaner phone and they will overnight you one. Trying now, will report.
There is no loaner phone really. Verizon allows you to return your Note, cancels the dev contract if you have one, gets you into a new phone and promises to allow you to go back to the Note when available. With conditions.
You get a $25 store credit for accessories.
You get to trust Verizon for the flip back to Note7.

The Costco Kiosk is an independent company and doesn't follow Verizons policy. I could lose the BOGO if they switch to another phone.. Anyway, Costco had no clue what to do and they are gonna call me tomorrow. I have Verizons ear on twitter right now. DMing them at the moment.
I want Verizon to handle the whole thing and to accelerate my rebate so I don't have to worry about losing it.
If you all think that Samsung's notice is of any value to Verizon you are mistaken.
Samsung's notice states that you can bring your Note7 back to your reseller and get a J SERIES phone to use in the interim until the Note7's are back in store available.
Samsung's notice states you will receive a $25 in store or bill payment credit from your carrier.
Verizon's approach has been you can chose the phone of your liking.
They will deactivate the Note7 device contract and activate the new device contract so if you do not return for exchange it is your keeper. You have 14 days from the date of availability to return for your Note7.
You can use that phone until the Note7 arrive for replacement. It is actually your new phone if you do not return within the specified time.
You will get $25 to use for accessories in store only.
I asked about the BOGO. BOTH phones must be returned presently. What this means to you is based on how far along your ownership of the phones is.

Are you saying I could just return both of my phones and cancel my service with not penalty since I am a new customer?

The BOGO deal links the two phones together so yes, it would seem you can, unless you bought them on a 2 year service contract. That contract is separate from the devices, or device contract.
A cancellation fee on the service contract probably would be needed if you signed one. The network is not exploding, just the phones...
I bought the phones specifically because of the Bogo deal so I could use that money to pay off Sprint. Now no one wants to give me a loaner phone or exchange my phone till the Note 7 comes out. And no one if sure if I will still get the BOGO. If I could jump ship right now with no penalty I think I would.

Also, I had to get past the initial sales person and to the manager for a "loaner" to be made available to me. The salesperson claimed I should shut the phone off and activate another phone in the meantime. I claimed I had a Chat message with Verizon Online that offered a "loaner" and I had no other phone to use as I traded in my old one. Only then was the "loaner" made available to me.
And only at the very end of the process was the $25 store credit made available to me after I asked. The salesperson needed to confer with the manager on this as well.
So a note of caution to you all. Get to the manager and get assurances because some of the sales staff are way in the dark.... So far in the dark that my "salesperson" didn't even know the Note7 had an Edged screen.....LOL

Not sure how my last post quoted you but anyways...
It s best to wait for the Note7 to be available so there is a clear path to another Note7. You will have legal standing to fight them if they refuse the BOGO to you. Small claims court is free to you and you would certainly win.
See, you did not purchase a Device ID, you purchased a defective device so it will not matter if the Device ID is the same as long as you go with another Note7 replacement. This is pretty simple stuff really. I would not worry except while charging in the meantime of course.
Wow! I just called Verizon about my Note 7 that I purchased on line through my business account, and they really offered no loaner. They said that I was free to activate one of my older phones that I previously had on the line. When I said that was not possible, I was told that if I noticed no overheating on my Note 7, I could keep using it and just call them back if I ever did notice any overheating, and they would then let me swap it for another Galaxy phone. I am very surprised that they are not being more proactive on this.
I sat on hold for 35 minutes last night before I gave up and again 15 minutes just now. I can't even get a live person on their website chat, only the automated BS.

This is crazy.
I bought a Note 7 with Verizon.
Today the phone updates and the result is on screen nags telling to to turn off the phone and not use it.
I call Verizon and they have no idea about what is going to happen about the swap for a new Note 7 as they have not been notified.
Seems to me that Samsung and Verizon have some serious liability here.
Am I wrong?
a lot of countries are already exchanging, I've had mine several days now, it's over a week since the first exchanges in the UK, the problem for you is the US government got involved and have held up the process leading to it taking way longer and everyone being left in limbo there.
No update with sprint.
Damm this would not happen under a Trump administration.

Verizon is having the replacements available tomorrow the 21st. You can exchange at a corporate store unless you bought from Costco, Best Buy etc.
AT&T has had replacements available as of yesterday (9/19).
Sounds like Verizon may be having delivery issues.
Wait wtf I JUST ordered one through Verizon over the phone. How do I know this is a new fixed batch or the one that got recalled?

There will be. It'll take five years to wind through the courts, the lawyers representing the class will make millions, and the class will each get $20 off coupons for a Samsung accessory. Go for it.

I bought my att note7 at swappa.com, kinda like eBay, from a private seller. Online chat with samsung 3 times with different person, they all said return it to where you bought it. What's the fu*king different the seller return it and I return it myself and get a replacement?
I just called VZW as I control the companies wireless account and they told me to go to any verizon store and swap it out. There is one a few blocks from my job and I just went there during lunch and swapped out my note 7. Box has a new sticker on it verifying that its a "B" series and I have the green battery icon. All is good.

I needed the receipt that has the date and IMEI # on it. I did bring my corporate account info but they did not ask for it.
I worked at Verizon Wireless very recently. They just started exchanging them in store yesterday. You can call customer care and do it over the phone if you want, they just ship you a new one and give you a 25 dollar bill credit for the hassle. You dont even have to return the old one.
Now that I think about it I still have an employee account so over the phone may just be for us....we arent allowed to do anything in store.

You don't have to return your old faulty mobile? So you could sell it and the new owner have a problem then said new owner could take legal action against you AND Samsung? Very odd situation. Here, part of the recall is just that we HAVE, correctly so, to return our faulty mobile. The idea is to get them out of circulation.
Not only does this situation differ country by country it differs from store to store. :silly:
If Samsung cannot account for every mobile sold with that battery problem its only a matter of time before they really end up with a very serious problem., not to mention a customer selling his recalled phone on to a new owner. Crazy situation. You take care.

A sad day for all in the N7 family. Just received a text from Sprint:
Sprint: Samsung's Note7 disabling update is underway. Software updates & notices will remain active indefinitely for all Note7 devices. Return or exchange the recalled Note7 by Friday 1/20. Waived fee & Samsung credit OFFER EXPIRE JAN 20. Make an appointment! http://sprint.us/pEhZg
At this point, I guess it makes sense to turn it in if you have another phone to fall back on. 6 months of a free phone is cool in my book. Moving back to my Galaxy S5 until something better comes along.
Its kind of cool in a way with Verizon call forward all calls except 911 from note 7 to customer service.
http://fortune.com/2017/01/17/samsung-galaxy-note-7-verizon/
Verizon may bill holdouts for the remaining price of the phone... Not cool at all.
How did u have a free phone for 6 months? I'm on Sprint and they still charge me monthly

I would think if you keep the phone, you pay full price. This seems normal to me. One of the reasons I returned mine was because I wasn't going to be paying for a potentially dangerous phone with bad reputation.

I'm about to find out tomorrow, but from what I read, Sprint must issue a full refund, + $100 if I switch to a Samsung phone, or +$25 if I switch to a non-Samsung phone. This would include refunding what you paid into the phone already. Hence 6 months of a free phone, assuming they refund the 6 months I already paid.

Good luck Sprint with that "OFFER EXPIRE" crap. You cannot legally sell someone something, maliciously and deliberately break it and then refuse to give them their money back. Doing so would be illegal in all western territories.
Well I didn't get $100 for switching back to my S5, according to Best Buy, the incentive only applies when buying a new phone. Took two hours for BB employees to finish the return due to complications and misunderstandings related to the first recall. Verified that the lease installments I'd paid on the phone were refunded with Sprint as well. Now to wait for the S8 series to see if I want to go that route vs the LG V20 or another flagship device.
I purchased my note 7 thru a 3rd party sprint store back in august, returned it in Dec and im still waiting on SPRINT to return my money, its been at a warehouse since Dec 22nd and they said 15 days for a refun, well its almost a month and still no refund or credit to my account. Good luck with the returns

... which is one of my biggest concerns.
My main concerns however are,
1. There isn't another phone on the market that I actually like enough to want to swap to, and
2. (This is my biggest worry), I have zero confidence in the returns process here in the UK and that they will not **** it up and I will lose my number, which I have had for 17 years. I've been told so many different stories by people at Samsung and Carphone warehouse about what the correct procedure is, I am very worried they will get it wrong. Some say I need a PAC code before I bring the phone in and should port my number out before I do the return. Some have said no I must not do that, I must cancel in store. Some have said I don't need a PAC code if I am staying with Vodafone, others have said if I want to stay with Vodafone, I need to port out to another provider and then port back in again! It's a total mess and I am NOT risking losing my number due to a balls up by the people doing it.
Thankfully I have a friend at Sprint that has been helping me with the case, he actually called and pushed them along and TODAY over 1 month after my phone arrived at the warehouse ( who knows where this warehouse is) I got email from sprint that the 424 i paid in full ( 2 year agreement ) is going back to my credit card within the next 5 days. teh sprint website is having errors today and i will update this thread when money goes back on card.
