Hi all
I want to use the Samsung Notes app but it's quite pointless if there's no web or desktop client for it as well. Anyone know if there's a client available?
Thanks

yahoo directs me to their web based app and i cant find anything else. apparently yahoo is only worried about the iphone and crackberry.
thanks
Are you able to handle GOOGLE?
Here is exactly what you want: http://yahoo-messenger.en.softonic.com/pocketpc
use messenger softwares such as parlingo or Fring. It has all the required messenger services you would require and most of all the softwares are free..

I recommend you go to nimbuzz.com and download their free app. That is the best app I found, after tons of searching. It has practically every popular IM know built in, and also has skype for internet calling. It has a nice interface too since it's fairly new. I think..... You won't be disappointed.
I think also that nimbuzz.com is definitely best solution, works great and supports all popular IMs...
i recommend SLICK or BEEJIVE , they're awesome

I think Palringo is good solution. YM,FB,Google etc... and good looking too
i use fring.
It let me sign in finally.
Hope it works for you guys!!

Hi,
This might be a silly question...but the Social Hub which comes with the phone (I guess this is called the stock version) does it support IM clients?? (Gchat, yahoo, msn)
If there is an option how do i enable it...If i goto add account my only options are email (ms exchagne, others) and sns account (twitter, linkedn)
I don't see anything to get IM clients integrated with the social hub.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
It doesn't support IM clients. I personally use Trillian although others use something else. I like the fact that by using Trillian on my tablet, my phone and my notebook, I get the messages on all devices.
but website says it supports
h**p://socialhub.samsungmobile.com/user_main/user_im/
what am i missing?
bump
any1 please help? no1 knows?
I remember they announced some new integrated all-in-one messaging architecture at IFA (don't remember exactly now) but i don't think they've officially launched it yet. Think it's called ChatON.
I think it was coming to their BADA OS phones first before Android..

Is this what you're referring to?
Hi all
Just wanting some advice as been looking for ages in play store.
We have been using WhatsApp for our group chat. Love the program but my brother wanted ability to chat on a pc too. He turned us to hookt.me but I'm not a fan. It keeps signing me out, and doesn't show up in android share menu for easy media sharing.
Can anybody recommend a group chat app that is cross platform, can run on pc too (any Internet browser basically), and has the ability to share media?
Thanks in advance

why not just go on a IRC network , you can use mIRC on your pc , and there are a few irc clients around for your Android Phone

Samsung's ChatOn is available to all mobile platforms, and has a web client. https://web.samsungchaton.com/
Hello
I wanted to have one Whatsapp account on two devices. In this Forum someone explains that its possible by using two nodded whatsapp APK's and backup one to the other phone. This did not work out for me and I heard that whatsapp might block the account.
So I thought it might be possible getting the whatsapp web client down on my Tablet and convert it to some kind of app (something like chrome on a desktop to app function). I tried using go native.io which is a very nice site but there user agent is mobile so you are redirected to the os download site for whatsapp and not the client. I tried changing the agent but it didn't work.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve my problem? Is there maybe a different site like gonative which has the option for desktop agent?
Edit: I found the reason why the agent is not working. Chrome always deletes my code changes.
Thanks in advance.

Hi
I know that it was possible in the past but now, after we get One UI, I have no idea how to do it. Is it doable at all? Could be from Samsung side or from Firefox, or external tool. By sync I mean bookmarks and current open tabs.
