I was just emailed mine, supposed to be here Wed 8/31.
I'm shocked as with the S7E promo (I opted for the GearVR) it took 2 months.
They did say up to 12 weeks.
Kind of crazy to have the card in hand before the end of the remorse (return) period.

This is why I preordered at Best Buy, had to wait a few days, but they shipped it to the store and I picked it up the Wednesday after release.
I'm just wondering how long after it was approved did it take to receive your gift.. Mine showed approved, but I received no tracking information.. But it said it's on outs way..

Mine showed up this past Saturday.
I made my submission late in the evening (US Eastern time) of August 25th, and the status changed to "approved, preparing for shipment" the afternoon of the 27th. Nothing's changed as of this morning (the 29th).

I still don't have a tracking number. My status just states, "congratulations your submission has been approved and your gift has been processed and is currently in route". I submitted my info early on the 20th. I can't find any information on it through my FedEx either, seems a label hasn't even been made yet. I'm not understanding how it's been "in route" now for 5 or 6 days and no tracking? Hopefully I get some tracking soon.
We've been talking about this in pre-order thread. A few people have gotten their card and watch. Most people seem to just be sitting on a label, myself included. I chose the watch and submitted afternoon of 19th and label was created 23rd.
Update: It's moving now, expected 2 days.
Mine finally shipped. Was waiting since the 24th. Says it will arrive tomorrow.

Mine will be here (Redwood Valley in Mendocino County, rural Northwestern California) Wednesday, it shipped out last Thursday from Indiana.
I actually called Samsung yesterday and they simply said they are waiting for the tracking(the 24th was the approval date), and I simply said fine because it's a free item. But my mind, and experience with shipping is how long does it take to create a label and ship out.. Jeeze.. But whatever, when it gets here, I guess it gets here..

Was yours delivered directly to your door? Left in the mailbox? How long after you got the status update that the gifts were processed and in route, till they showed tracking info for the SD card? I've been sitting on the your gift has been processed and is in route now for 7 days with no tracking at all. I can't even find a label for it through my FedEx. Guess it's not close to shipping then.
I submitted my promo on the 19th, and the processed step was showing up two days later, then in route. The tracking showed up on the 26th but it sat from the 24th till the 29th. Received the 30th so once it actually shipped it was overnight shipping.

It will be left on your porch, unless it comes via USPS, which can deliver it on the porch, or in a mailbox (if it fits). FYI, If a non USPS entity does put things in your mailbox, it's illegal under federal law.

I too am curious about this. I want to order one, but if I can find one locally in the next two weeks I figure I'll just wait to see. But if anyone has news that these things are shipping again, I'll just order it.
I order one on Saturnday and it stated shipping in 2-3 weeks. Check on it Monday and it changed to shipping in 1-2 weeks...Now it's changed to shipping in 3-5 business day. I'm sure they will be shipping it no later than tomorrow...hopefully I'll be able to use it this weekend...if not Monday will be my very early christmas present....

Actually, it says DELIVERY in 3-5 business days! Good enough for me; I ordered it!
I spoke to a Google rep about an hr. ago and he said that they are shipping later this week and he has no idea whether they will come with 4.1 Jelly Bean or not. So long story short, even the Google reps aren't clued in on whats going on (I hate when companies do that) but I guess since they changed it online to now delivered 3-5 bus. days that us who ordered it over the past few days will be getting it by Friday (hopefully, if all goes to plan). I know I've been checking Google Wallet all day to see if its been shipped every couple hours even though I knew it probably won't be shipped til tomorrow or Thursday. I hope they ship it tomorrow so I get it by Friday. I'm so excited!!

I got my order in at Best Buy about 4am EST this morning. I just got a shipping notice about an hour ago. Earlier info from BB said I would receive the Zenwatch on 12/11 but I am expecting it sooner now that I have the notice it has shipped.
Unfortunately, @marion41, I just checked and as others have said it is OOS now. To answer your question, I just kept a tab open (Chrome Browser) and refreshed the tab several times during the day. Apparently BB had stock from 4am this morning when I ordered to at least 8am when earlier post said they got an order in this morning. ASUS usually distributes stock in trickles for an brand new product. I experienced the same problem when I ordered the first version of Asus's Transformer series (TF101) in 2011. Unfortunately, you just have to keep trying when a new Asus product is introduced.
I did not think of this until now but an alternative way to get a text message when a product is back in stock is by using a IFTTT channel. I am a new poster and currently unable to submit a link in a post, but if you go to the IFTTT (ifttt.com) website, then click on Channels in top right, and then search for "Back in Stock" you will find a recipe that may be helpful.

Article was posted online yesterday that US carriers are not getting green anytime soon.
Gold should be available to order on T-mo in the next week or two.
Remember that if you purchase it at a T-Mobile Corporate Store you won't have to screw around in case you want to return the device. If you order online, you have to ship it back (you pay for shipping) and only then will you receive a credit on your bill...in 2 billing cycles!

if you are a new jump user and put more extra money down it lowers your payment each month. However, if you're a existing jump user the payment stays the same no matter how much you put down the only thing that lowers is the amount of months you'll pay.
I just pre-order mine from Tmobile online and will get the phone on the March 30th. I did pick one day shipping tho...

My phone was received on Oct 21st and I have still not received my check. Today makes 14 business days when I call the hotline they told me give it to mid next week. I'm frustrated to say the least.

Not sure why kinda scam they really pulling and they have absolutely no information when you call, they just extend the date. They can't provide you tracking for the check , can't tell you if your check has been shipped, no email correspondence, and no way to check the status of your return. Samsung's advanced return system. What a joke

I'm supposed to be getting a bill credit from Verizon next month, but last night I received a package to return my note 7 which I have not had in my possession for over a month, and checked my orders section on my Verizon account and have a new order pending for a return of merchandise. If Verizon screws me on this I'm going to be ticked. I will fight it.

I got an email about receiving a check and the bill credit. Then I was just checking my bank account and noticed a change and it was the refund from the phone.
I called Samsung today and they told me 4 to 8 business days to get the check. It's been since Oct 31 when I they received the Note 7.
I got my check in the mail yesterday! I forgot about it, actually, so it was a nice surprise lol

I got a complete refund for my note 7 that I paid 2 year contract price for ($339). Still have the phone. I called twice about a box and never got one...safe to say now I have a free phone. I pray that Samsung doesn't kill switch these phones. Think I read somewhere that 12/15 was D-day for all remaining note 7s. Can anyone else confirm this?

Yes in the past it can arrive earlier when getting unlocked devices not tied to any carrier financing, etc.
Usually around the time the cancel button disappears a fedex tracking number shows up in the fedex shipping manager. Personally, hate the wait! Apple is a week from order to delivery. But two weeks. Haven't noticed the ship dates slipping (yet). Either they have ample supply or demand is lower. I would bet on the latter.

512GB Fold 4 Burgandy (unlocked) & Watch 5 Pro ordered on samsung website. The only ETA listed is for the watch on August 26. They said it's 3 to 4 weeks for the phone but not listed at all on the order. Hopefully it will be sooner but I may have shot myself in the foot wanting a non-standard color. :-( USA

Samsung must really want to sell the fold4 because when I opened up the shop and saw how much it would cost me to upgrade from the 3 to 4 with their discounts plus an almost free watch4 and buds for literally less than $800. I feel like they're pushing too hard for barely any actual hardware upgrade
Fold 4 512GB in grey/green, Watch 5 Pro, B2P all showing "In Process" and cancel button is now gone but still showing estimated delivery of 8/26 of course. US bound. My order for the Slim Standing case which was ordered separately will arrive tomorrow.
Perordered green, watch 5 pro, B2p, all showing 'in process', expected on Aug 26. But today I got a message from bank, my payment is canceled by Samsung. Bank confirmed they didn't do anything. The order status looks normal on the My Order page. Has anyone had this experience before?
That sounds like a hold that may have expired. It will post as soon as it actually ships.
If your order is canceled you will get an email. That has been my experience.
Preordered the grey/green US unlocked, order shows as "in process" and no cancel button, which is odd. Obviously, shows as delivery on the 26th.
My Order says in Process - it says that Expected Delivery is currently August 26th. For what it's worthr, if the past few launches are any indication for how this launch will be handled, I expect my phone to be shipped around August 22nd. (monday) If that happens, I hope to have my Galaxy Z Fold4 by around August 23rd or 24th.

Samsung customer support just replied, my order is normal. Suggest me to ignore the message.... Very strange.
UK 512gb in online special burgundy. Sadly free case has to be claimed this year means waiting a few weeks for the perks.
Used FedEx advanced tracking and found that my fold 4 label was canceled by Samsung. What does this mean? I already have a case on the way now. The phone, watch, watch band, and s pen case haven't shipped. Nothing charged to my bank account yet except the case that is in shipment. What could this canceled label possibly mean? I've pre-order ever Samsung flagship phone but have never seen this. Help please

A new label will likely be created in the next few days with units shipping by late next week.
I ordered 512GB unlocked, black. No accessories. Ordered Wednesday morning. FedEx site shows shipping Friday 8/19, and delivery Tuesday 8/23. 2-day delivery. I live in the Dallas, TX metro area, which is where the Coppell, TX shipping center is located. Typically receive Samsung shipments next-day, so It'll probably arrive Monday 8/22.

What type of update
Mine showed up about 2 hours ago too.
They typically ship FedEx 2 Day.
If you live in a one day zone for ground you *may* get it the next day but not guaranteed. Everyone else, the second day.
These will most likely by physically picked up by FedEx on Friday the 19th and everyone will have it on Tuesday the 23rd. That is the advantage from buying direct rather than from a carrier or retailer like Best Buy. I even had a (Best Buy) preorder that did NOT get delivered on release day! And that was my last too.
