Sim cards are working on latest nightly (cm-13.0-20160122). So far it's good, didn't notice anything critical, I "dirty flashed" it over 12.1 with gapps for 6.0.

Ah perfect, was thinking about doing this Do you have any bugs, any feature that is missing or such?

So far "missing": (updated if more is found)
- Enter Screenlock PIN directly
- Quick unlock if PIN entered correctly
- Although different ringtone for second sim is selected the first ringtone is always used
Would like to see:
- Navigation Bar Quick Links like in Cyanogen OS
Problematic Apps:
- Seafile (Cloud-App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.seafile.seadroid2) force closes on almost every action

This is not only on this phone, but on every CM13 version (have the same issue for Bacon).

Issues I found are:
-Trebuchet keeps crashing
-USB Storage doesnt show when connecting to computer
-Random crash after which wifi stops working
At least SIM is working again

For the USB Storage, you need to activate it in the notification (it is recharge by USB as a default option).

I'm trying to flash it now with dirty flash (only wipe cache and dalvik) and it doesn't work, bootloop. Gonna try to flash the Gapps again and see.
EDIT/// Ok so I cleaned system, installed nightly + GAPPS + wipe dalvik and cache and voila Nothing is lost

I get the feeling my GAPPS are working against me with the CM12 to 13 upgrade.
Keeps crashing and the same thing happened with my Moto G.
Just did a clean install and all is good

maybe, for sake of correctness, change 'cyongenmod' to be 'cyanogenmod', thanks!

Anyone else having any issues with file manager on latest build? Permissions look fine, but.... no access to any storage, all stays blank? no biggy ES etc works fine, but I am curious

Hi. I booted the ROM but really couldn't test a lot. I needed my phone so restored a backup. In the few mins I used it, I noticed a bug. I couldn't place calls, it reboots every time I try to call someone. Also, in settings app, when I try to tap on "sim card settings", the same happens. Sorry I couldn't test it for longer..
BTW, thanks Dev for bringing DU to S7.

Had a similar problem but with a W8 and nougat.
See if you have the right CSC. Get an app called "Phone Info" from the play store to find out if you have the right one for your country and carrier.

hey I have a Sm-G930W8 variant of the s7 flat and was wondering after i installed this What program i should use to root it. anyone succesfully root it?

I'd like to let people know I'm on holiday at the moment and will for the next week, so until then no more builds. But I'll still be trying to work on some possible fixes for HWC as like I said I've got them working through the boot animation and Gapps setup, but after that they shut off.

According to this forum they are developing MIUI v9 and in the photo you can see that they use the CAN-L11 model.

In January 2018, @To Young has contacted me about fixing baseband for MIUI 9. He gave me the ROM, i've fixed the baseband and camera (as far as i remember i didn't fix anything else) and then i've gave him the zip with the changes i've made. I guess that this MIUI 9 is the same one with the one which i got that time. It was a port from Xiaomi Mi Max 2 and MIUI 9 release 8.1.4 if i'm not mistaken. I could fix the other bugs as well, but i've lost the interest in MIUI after i've used it for a while and i've realized that i didn't like it, so i've stopped working on it.
I think i still have the MIUI zip around, but it isn't good for daily use. That time most of the things were broken (wifi, fingerprint etc.).
PS: i have a QQ number too.

Thank you @#Henkate for keeping the mobile Huawei Nova (Plus) alive and helping others with their development.

Recently, @reyncla contacted me through PM about the link for that MIUI 9. Instead sharing it only to him, i've chose to share it here.
Google Drive: MIUI 9. The one who uploaded it there is @To Young so i could download it that time and work on it. The kernel which is being used is the one from LOS 14, but i don't know if it's the latest one. Other files should be from LOS vendor / device tree. If i remember properly, you'll have to mount /system manually in TWRP before flashing MIUI, otherwise it won't flash.
I've uploaded here the flashable zip with the vendor of LOS 14 which i've made that time (when i've worked a bit on MIUI) and you should flash it after flashing the ROM. I've chose a random name when i've made that google account for Google Cloud Platform, so don't mind that name from the download link . I don't really remember, but i think i've put the whole vendor as that MIUI 9 was missing alot of files from our phone. After you'll flash this zip, SIM will get detected, there will be signal (but it's gray/empty as it used to be on our LOS) and camera is working (video recording wasn't working if i'm not mistaken though). Oh, and i think audio was broken before too and then was working, i don't really remember.
Wifi, fingerprint etc. aren't working and it's not good for daily use. To fix wifi, you need to enable the modules in kernel defconfig, rebuild the kernel, flash the new kernel and put the wlan module (.ko) in the correct place.
The MIUI port wasn't done by me, so i don't take any credit for that. However, if you see it (or other ROM ported / built from source) posted on some chinese forum or somewhere else and my name isn't mentioned at credits, i'd like you to report me. The stuff which are used in that port are from LOS 14 (like kernel, vendor) and i'd like my name to be mentioned as you don't know how much time and effort i've put into LOS. @Grarak should also be mentioned since i've used his trees as base at begin when i've started with LOS 13 and @gt_o too because he contributed. When i've been contacted about MIUI 9 to fix bugs, i've heard that there's a RR 7.1.2 on some chinese forum or something and i don't know if my name, Grarak or gt_o is mentioned there, but whatever...

I didn’t see the previous information because I accidentally lost my xda account until I found it back.
I don't use nova now, so I haven't paid attention to it for a while. I'll go to the forum to check if there are any posts about rr. If someone releases it and doesn't mention you, I'll tell you. And will report him.

Yep.you can install any supported custom kernel like SLEEPY,PANDA...but sleepy is good enough.so try update latest sleepy

Hi,
I am using this ROM for a few days.
Looks like the wifi display is working.
It is possible to share a phone screen to Mi box 3.
But here are some additional bugs:
- Deep lags after opening GCAM, but the built-in camera works well
- Some apps can't use Internet connection(till reboot), actually this issue was on AOSP 11 ROM by Zidan for our phone, but the issue disappeared after approximately a week
- Lags after opening some heavy apps
- Ok Google doesn't work
However, thanks for such a good ROM.
I hope it will become an official state, and there will be PE Plus version too.

I've used adb to remove both

built-in camera not working

I've been using this ROM for more than three weeks, and I should mention that it is a great and stable ROM for daily usage despite being in the beta phase.
I only faced these issues:
1. X Google enrollment keeps stopping.
2. Rebooting the phone resets play store settings and uninstalls the updated version. It's a weird bug and I have no idea why it happens.
3. A couple of seconds lag after exiting a heavy app or game. (I only experienced it on Clash of Clans)
4. Can't update Google Play Security Updates. after tapping on Download & install button, "Google Play Security Updates are temporarily unavailable. Try again later." will be shown.
Wireless display works on the Reflector 3 but does not work on windows 10 built-in connect app.

What's this?

Can I install Hydra+ or kerminator kernel to this rom?

And VoLTE switch is enabled. But VoLTE doesn't work.
Update. VoLTE works after reboot.

Does anyone still have an old version rom copy for moto g5s of android 8.1.0 or 9, but without the following 'Can't copy file from device to PC' bug?
Like Android Ice Cold Project AICP OS (The call recorder of it (AICP 16.1 android 11) is the best I've tested in the third part rom. The sound recorded from it is very clear and loud enough. While the sound recorded in lineageos is neither too noisy nor too low to hear it. )
I've just started flashing third party rom recently. I flash more than 20 roms these days (different versions and builds).
Finally, I want to stay in android 8.1 or 9 for a good battery life.
I'm quite disappointed with lineageos. There is a big bug in lineageos 15.1 ,16.0, and 17.1! We can't copy any file from the device to PC via usb cable! The bug has been there since lineageos 15.1 (android 8.1.0), through lineageos 16.0 (android 9), only in lineageos 17.1 build 20201115, which is the second from last version of lineageos 17.1 was it fixed! What the h-e-l-l!
Since the other third part roms use lineageos to build their roms, they take the same bug to their roms!!! That is a disaster!
What's worse, they increased ZRAM to 1.33G in lineageos 17.1 build 20201115, which turns out to help nothing for the perfromance improvement but only to make the battery even worse! Ironically, my xt1799-2's front camera can only work since that build! D-a-m-n! Does someone know how to remove the ZRAM permanently? I can remove it using 'Scene 4' app temporarily. After restart the device, it will come back. Can developers remove ZRAM from the build or tell us how to remove it from our device?
Last but not least, they deleted some useful fingerprint gestures in lineageos 17.1, such as 'screen-off: long hold fingerprint to turn on display' and 'screen-on: long hold fingerprint to turn off display'. These two gestures I've been using since lineageos 15.1 (android 8.1.0)!!! I choose lineageos because of them! I don't know what the lineageos team is thinking about. That's why I don't want to use lineageos anymore! I want to find the old verion of AICP roms!
I did a test before (not too long ago, just less than a month ago) in moto stock 8.1.0 oreo rom. It still has 20% battery after 8 day!!!

This is moto stock oreo 8.1.0 rom. With the same settings. I use IceBox app to freeze almost all the app, and some system app like bluetooth, nfc, ...
I do the same thing in lineageos 18.1, but the battery can't bear 2 days in aeroplane standby mode!

Lineageos? I have flashed almost all of them just to find which build not having the copy bug. Only receive a disappointing result. The developer keeps the files in github. 15.1, 16, 17.1 are buggy, which I've said above. 18.1 has solved the copy bug, but battery is terrible!
I'm now staying in lineageos 15.1 for a longer battery and for the 64bit. I can bear the front camera not working. But I can't bear the 'unable to copy file from device to pc' bug. Thank god the model has a tf card slot. I can copy the files to the tf card in the device. Can you image those devices without a tf card slot and at the same time have this bug?! That's a disaster!
I dislike clicking the images to zoom in and out mainly for the reason that it's very inefficient, especially when the images are more than 5 pieces and they're quite similar in thumbnail mode. It just wastes time for the readers to zoom in and out to check the information in the images! Thumbnail mode is just designed for twitter or something like that, but not quite suitable for forum.
