I have the same problem
boot logo?
Or do you mean boot animation?
---------- Post added at 21:30 ---------- Previous post was at 21:25 ----------
If you mean the boot logo, you can flash with this fastboot command:
fastboot flash LOGO "path to logo.bin"
for example
fastboot flash LOGO C:\Users\user\Downloads\original_logo.bin
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24694152805483311
I flashed the bootlogo but now I have a white line under the "powered by android" text

In my case this is what happened (after I posted regarding the white-line problem as in - http://imgur.com/O212bcC
I had reverted to stock rom before seeing your post about the oos-bootscreen.zip hence I had to re-flash TWRP but to my surprise when I reboot to bootloader/fastboot mode I get a blank screen with the notification led White.
Can some one offer some insight on how I can restore fastboot mode? :-s this has never happened to me.

Shuold I need to check something else ?
The bad block is the issue, so you need to take it to a Service Centre as arpith.fbi said.
So, it is hardware's problem ?
I've see another post that they has same problem of bad block
But they can flash kernel Susessfully.
If I sent it to service center, how do I tell them bad block problem?
I'm a beginner with it ,sorry ....

They apeared when i had stock rom (B606)
i only did root using eRoot Tool
i had instaled busybox because an app to hide softkeys required busybox to be instaled, but i didnt changed anything in busybox (unless some app did)
How can i fix that? when i brought this phone one month ago they were not there.
Someone sugested i could flash boot.img??? is that image part of boot.img? is that right? i dant want to brick my phone.
Now i'm on firmware B506 with recovery TWRP 2.6.3.7, all is working fine but i just want to get rid of that pixels.
Help would be apreciated! Thanks in advance!
Remove SD card. Boot in to recovery with 3 buttons push, in recovery do a wipe data and phone will start normaly.

I've flashed yesterday trough TWRP 2.6.3.7 the newest B506 stock rom and i did a full wipe except external storage. the pixels stills there
No wipe data will fix that. Your screen is the problem.

But that bug is only in bootscreen. It's not bad pixels. Don't u think its possible to be a bug in ASCEND P6 logo image? Can i flash boot.img to see if it fixes? If i flash boot.img will i lose my recovery or rom?
No, you will not lose anything, you can flash the boot animation, maybe it will fix the problem.

You'll need:
A Lenovo ZUK Z2 plus Obviously.
Custom Splash Logo.
Unlocked Bootloader.
Fastboot on your PC.
Instructions:
Boot To Fastboot.
Flash The Splash logo using the below command.
Code:
fastboot flash splash splash.img
If you're using a linux machine, use fastboot as superuser (root).
ZUK Z2's fastboot is at a different address, so to access that you'll need some extra parameters.
fastboot -i 0x2b4c flash splash splash.img
To Create your own logo you can visit this thread.
Thanks.

TWRP is available, but only for booting and NOT flashing.
I've never needed to even boot it because I've just flashed ROMs via fastboot.

That's because you did not install the fastboot driver. your phone is not recognized in fastboot mode because you did not install the driver.
