Shuold I need to check something else ?
The bad block is the issue, so you need to take it to a Service Centre as arpith.fbi said.
So, it is hardware's problem ?
I've see another post that they has same problem of bad block
But they can flash kernel Susessfully.
If I sent it to service center, how do I tell them bad block problem?
I'm a beginner with it ,sorry ....

Try using the command 'fastboot erase boot', then boot a kernel again.
sinksterĀ©
still with the bad block
but thanks for the help!
Try flashing the entire firmware!
Sent from my LT15i using XDA
As above. Use flashtool to flash a stock firmware, then try fastboot again.
I read something about, and said that this problem is hardware.
will be truth?
or should I try what you guys said before?
Thank you.
EDIT : - well, I did everything I said and did not work, continue with the bad block and not boot if you have a custom kernel. anyway, thanks.
i think the "bad block" means a bad sector.
no matter how many times you flash a kernel/firmware, a bad sector is still a corrupted sector the the storage media because it is a permanent damage.

In the case of bad sectors in flash drives, hard drives, etc... we are able to re-format the disk and avoid the bad sector from file system (with the drawback of decreased drive size). Is it possible with nand flash (used in smart phones)?
NEWS ?
Well I suppose to format the entire boot sector!
Does Relocking the boot loader and unlocking again does help?
no, already did that too.
anyway, thanks
is there any way to flash a custom kernel without being fastboot?
I discovered that badblock prevents only the fastboot flash
No you cant without fastboot!
u can use flashtool

Hi guys,
I was about to move to JB rom, everything was going good. Flashed 1.39 HBOOT, unlocked bootloader, flashed recovery, but when I want to flash boot.img it gots stucked on sending boot.img.
I have tried with JB flash tool, tried it to flash manually but its the same.
In bootloader, it says its unlocked, HBOOT is 1.39.
Any suggestions?
I did a nandroid so Im on ICS again, but this is annoying.
Did u try it with this tool?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1604439
could u post a copy which shows what happens when u try to flash it manually?
Did u erase cache before flashing the boot.img
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Fastboot erase cache
See if it helps
Tried, still the same
It hangs on this.

Yes, Im using original USB cabel.
Yes, every other command works. I have flashed recovery before boot.img.
What do you mean by reboot the bootloader? With command or ?
Take another Boot.img.......
Gesendet von meinem HTC One X mit Tapatalk 2
Yes you reboot the bootloader
Fastboot reboot bootloader
Maybe this helps, i don't know what else you successfully flashed the recovery so the boot.img should not be a problem. Are you hiding extensions in windows (for files). Might want to check that the boot.img is not called boot.img.img had this problem a while ago with another customer

I have the same problem
boot logo?
Or do you mean boot animation?
---------- Post added at 21:30 ---------- Previous post was at 21:25 ----------
If you mean the boot logo, you can flash with this fastboot command:
fastboot flash LOGO "path to logo.bin"
for example
fastboot flash LOGO C:\Users\user\Downloads\original_logo.bin
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24694152805483311
I flashed the bootlogo but now I have a white line under the "powered by android" text

In my case this is what happened (after I posted regarding the white-line problem as in - http://imgur.com/O212bcC
I had reverted to stock rom before seeing your post about the oos-bootscreen.zip hence I had to re-flash TWRP but to my surprise when I reboot to bootloader/fastboot mode I get a blank screen with the notification led White.
Can some one offer some insight on how I can restore fastboot mode? :-s this has never happened to me.
