No Microphone and Loudspeaker working when phoning

Hello,
I just installed CM13 on my M8dug (dual sim). Everything works fine expect that there is no sound when I have a phonecall and also the mike is not working. My system Information is telling me that my device is a M8dug but the only CM13 Version is made for the M8d. For the M8dug is just an Version of CM12.1 available. But I`ve tried even the CM12.1 for M8d and also for M8dug and both seem to work properly. At least I could place phone calls as usual.
Is there any solution for this problem? I found out that there was an earlier Problem with CM11 witch depends on the Google Framework. But I didn´t even install any Gapps…

VoLTE not working in any custom ROM that SUPPORTS it.

Hi, so the thing started less than about a month ago, I was using the official Xenon HD ROM and was using VoLTE just fine (Jio) but on day suddenly, VoLTE stopped working. I tried reinstalling the ROM, installing other ROMs and such stuff but had my exams so I just installed the official MIUI for the time being and VoLTE was working fine. I wanted to switch from MIUI so today I installed Resurrection Remix 5.8.5 and VoLTE didn't work. I tried installing the unofficial LineageOS 14.1 by Nijel8, VoLTE worked fine for a while, then I installed Magisk 14.0, rebooted and VoLTE stopped working yet again. I uninstalled Magisk, still no luck, then I clean flashed the same LineageOS ROM again but VoLTE remained broken.
I wanna ask, why can't I get VoLTE to work when the said ROMs have VoLTE support, with other users actually using it. Thanks, I don't wanna go bakc to MIUI

Never mind, I fixed it by adding ims in the APN type field in my APN settings as suggested by Room Danton

I have the same problem. Can you please tell me how to fix it?

VoLTE AEX 5.3

I flashed ZUI 3.5.xxx through QFIL in order to make a VoLTE call to have it in a custom ROM (AEX) afterwards). Enabled HD calls in ZUI settings, the corresponding HD symbol in the status bar appears.
However, when I initiate a call, the call is canceled automatically almost immediately. Incoming calls work just fine.
Please help me out here. I have been flashing ROMs, Modems etc. forth and back.

I understand you are in a problem and it might be very important but wrong section.

First of all wrong section to post this. Secondly, which version of AEX you're flashing?, most ROMs(including AEX) had this issue in their late January to early February builds but after that VOLTE working absolutely fine in all OREO ROMs. But if you still have the issue then post it(with logs) in AEX thread to get help from the dev of AEX.

First of all, thanks for moving the thread to the correct section.
I use AEX 5.3. However, I am not sure if the issue is AEX related. I started from scratch by QFIL flashing ZUI 2.5.xxx, enabled VoLTE and made a call. There is no symbol that indicates whether a call is made on 4G in ZUI and hence, I cannot verify if the call indeed was on 4G. Mobile data at the same time were on 4G. I consequently upgraded to ZUI 3.5.xxx and tried to make a VoLTE call but it got canceled almost immediately. The phone I tried to reach rang for a fraction of a second. Incoming calls work on 4G.

It seems to be working fine for me. I made and received several calls yesterday that were Wi-Fi calls....I'm on Google Pixel XL, Verizon, stock rom, ElementalX kernel, unlocked, rooted. December update.

Best Combo for JIO VoLTE

I've just switched from IDEA to JIO last week, and I've been having trouble to get the volte working. It has been working in patches but it's really not a pleasant experience at all. VoLTE icon shows all the time in the notification bar, but it's actually not working all the time. I'd like to ask you all what is the best combination of baseband + ROM for JIO volte to work seamlessly.
FYI: I was on Indian ZUI 2.5 baseband earlier, then I flashed the following baseband https://forum.xda-developers.com/le...oreo-firmwarebaseband-twrp-flashable-t3776254
but the problem remains. I've tried this baseband with almost all major PIE ROM's but nothing seems to work.
