Playlists aren't showing in JetAudio anymore. I cleared the app cache and rebuilt the libraries and nothing happened. I deleted 7.0 and installed JA 6.5 and no luck. I re-flashed ROM/wiped and still nothing. When this started, it coincided with the Potato Clock date format changing and could not be changed to the preferred date format. It also coincided with USB2/GPS card not being recognized.
After re-flashing, Potato Clock is fine and I have USB2 showing in File Manager. All my music is there along with the playlists. And all the music is there in JetAudio, minus playlists. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi All
Got a problem with my unbranded TP2.
The audio player has stopped functioning in my touch-flo menu. It is possible to browse by disc & artist etc and it returns a track onto the player but it remains at 0m00secs and then wont even go fwd or bwd to any other tracks.
Hmmm, I though I would check out Windows Media to see if that works - hey just fine and picks the same tracks from my SD card no problemos.
Have tried, hard & soft reset.
Have tried clear storage and return to factory settings
Have tried installing audiomanager.exe fresh but same problem
I have installed Romeo's transformation pack and also un-installed it to see if any difference.
Before I look at changing the SD card does anyone have any ideas?
Grateful for any input

I currently have Nil's Business Gingersense 3D and no matter where I place my mp3 collection (SD or EMMC) no music player or system app can detect any of it. The music has been detected before by Stock Sense and Synergy Rom so I know it's in an Android readable format. Any ideas?
Edit: After some adjustments I managed to get my mp3's detected on my SD card but not EMMC. Isn't Business Sense supposed to detect music off the EMMC?
Music on emmc and sd card works on Nils Business Gingersense 3.0. I should know, I've been running the 3.0 rom since July.
"Business Sense" is his froyo rom so you mean "Business Gingersense 2.1/3.0+3D" correct? This was taken straight from Post #2 of Business Gingersense 2.1/3.0+3D:
"Known Problems
As far as I can tell the only thing not working 100% is the
* Music on EMMC (Internal Storage) not found by stock music player.
- Fix - You can try other players from the market - PowerAmp works"
I'll try that, thanks.
Another issue, all of my custom notification sounds aren't used at all by the system. I select my default notifications and custom ringtones but the only sound I'm hearing are the default notifications and ringtones. Any help there?
I don't use ringtones/custom notifications but I just looked into it on my phone. I called from one of my contacts with a song from my music library as the ringtone, I even switched it twice and this worked both times like normal. Earlier I moved my music from sd card to emmc and when I tried selecting ringtones just now it wouldn't work. I did a reset as I realized my phone hadn't recognized that I moved those files.
My question to you is:
1) Have you moved your music files from one location to another since the last time you did a reboot?
2) How are you setting them?
Again, I use the default ringtones as they are neutral if my phone goes off at work so I'm not much help. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can help out. I'm about to test with gmail to see if custom notification sounds fails.
Edit: just tested with my Gmail app and my sound is changed there as well. When you change your ringtone for a contact or for emails (gmail, etc.), in the location that you manually switch the sound does it state that it is changed from default to customized? As in, does it not switch from default to custom notification sound xyz?
For a contact:

Call: Droid Inc.

Default (or your customized ringtone?)
I have not moved my music files anywhere since the last reboot.
I've been setting my contacts' ringtones through Sense' people widget, my ringtone through settings > sound > phone ringtone, my default notification through settings > sound > notification sound, and other custom notifications sounds through the various apps I use.
I just double checked to see if the sounds were selected and they are. I have no idea why they're not playing properly.
That is weird. How about this
1) Redownload the rom and place it on your sd card
2) Perform a Nandroid in Recovery (or Amon Ra if that's your recovery)
3) Format data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, format boot, & format system
4) Flash the rom
5) reboot and see if you still have the issue.
Tried to use a new program (NotPod) to Sync my PC based iTunes playlist songs with my HTC Incredible. It did not work. Normally I drag and drop songs from the PC to the INC. This time I did a Sync, using NotPod, which initially erased all files from the MUSIC folder on the SDcard. Then, I sync'd a couple songs to test. Ouch. NotPod copied folders and files. I never had any sub folders inside the root MUSIC folder. From that point on, the stock rom based music player does not work. I have WinAmp and that recognizes the SDcard and plays the songs, but not the stock app. I tried a Nandroid restore. No luck. All other apps seem to work. I wiped Davlik. That did nothing.
Even the stock songs that came with the HTC (which I never erased) do not display. I can read them with Root Explorer and play them with WinAmp, but the stock music player does not pick them up. I did try to erase the Music folder and then restore it, with no luck.
Not sure why the nandroid restore did not cure the problem. I also used a program called SDRescan. That helps sometimes when some SDcard files are not recognized. I have run out of ideas.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
So I just noticed today when I select artist in samsung music, the app crashes. i have wiped data, wiped cache and rebooted but it still does the same thing. All the other tabs work just fine, just not artist. Anyone else seeing this or have a suggested fix for it?
Anyone have this problem?

Originally, I didnt have any music locally stored on my device. After seeing your post, I found a few mixtapes(full albums), downloaded them, extracted the zips and they all work without any problems including using all of the tabs in the music app. So i'm not sure where the problem for you may be...
Edit
Are you running in ART mode?
Ok, here's the deal. So last night i pulled the SD card, wiped all custom files that are written from the phone (android folder etc. ), wiped the internal device storage and factory reset. The problem is now gone. I don't know what caused it but now it's fixed. Chalk one up to dumb luck.
Hello guys, this is my first post so if there's something wrong I apologize.
Well, I installed this http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...cyanogenmod-12-alpha-1-n7100-t2949644/page785 following the flash instructions. Everything was working fine, till now.
First, when I connect my phone on my computer, it doesn't show every file I have. This started like half an hour ago (I installed the rom yesterday).
If connected as Camera, it only shows internal storage. If connected as media device, it shows internal and sd, but on sd just show 2 folders (out of 10).
In file manager (on cellphone), I can see everything.
I didn't change anything that could cause this. I already tried cleaning data of media storage, rebooting, unmounting and mounting sd, nothing worked.
Second, when I was using stock rom, I used MX player and could see some videos that are on my sd. Now with CM12.1, there are some that I can't. It says HW decoder is not supported, and in SW mode it hasn't audio. Is there some incompatibility known with some video formats?
Another thing is that Google play services keeps stopping, but that doesn't really bothers me
Can somebody tell me something to do?
Thanks
