Some themes on the HTC Themes Store seems to have a specific dialer and custom "no photo contact", however we can't choose those specific ones. I also tried to create the theme online, but it doesn't give options for setting custom dialer, no-photo-contact. Is there alternative way to set dialer from one theme and custom "no-photo-contact" from another? Another way of thinking about it is how to apply dialer theme without applying the whole classic theme?

I've tried using FreshFace, aHome, and dxTop, but there are just some features I don't want and only a few I do want.
Is there any way to assign ONLY the icon package from a theme? There's an aHome HTC Hero Theme that has the most spectacular icons, but I don't want the additional screens and the drawer change.

to use just the icons would require repackaging every apk on your phone that those icons correspond to. you over-write the stock icons with the new icons. possible, but not practical. this is what a theme update does, but its done for you by the theme creator, they already repacked it with the new images/icons. of course they dont repack everything, only certain ones they want.
maybe you can edit the theme file, remove all the other stuff n only keep the apks you want. then resign it and update it.

Open home gives you the options of Skin / Icon, so i'm pretty sure you can assign any icon theme to any skin theme.

i love the theme chooser there and i have downloaded BUUF theme...
the theme is not so complete so i wont use it but the dialer and settings menu icons are so damm wicked !
i have been trying to play with both apk's to theme my CM7 dialer like in buuf but i have never managed to get it work.
been searching lots of time but sadly cant find an answer
So....How can i theme ONLY my dialer and settings menu somehow using the BUUF apk ?
no matching file names and stuff like that between the 2 files and i have no idea what is the dialer what is settings menu what is contacts etc....

Is it possible to activate two themes at the same time?
For example: I really like the UI of the new "Nue" theme by PA, but there are also some themes around that are changing the interface of certain apps (e.g. WhatsApp) differently than the current theme, which I would like to use too.
The problem here is, that both themes are using the "Styles" option of the theme manager, so if I am activating one the other one becomes deactivated.. Is there any possibility to let them both activated?

Can someone plz explain how i change the dialer color? Their is no actual option within the theme store to download dialer yet under personalisation in settings i have the option to select different dialer colors but only the default dialer is displayed? Regardless of how many themes i download...... How do i get various colors to present themselves as options under system settings/personalisation ??

The 'MAKER PRO' link lets you customise a lot of stuff including the dialer. You'll need an account, and once you've saved your theme, it will be available for you to download in the themes app under 'My Designs'.

But then ill be creating a whole new theme when iam happy with the theme i have. I just want to change the dialer. Iam not even sure if creating a whole new theme would work because i have downloaded other teams and expected that the dialer belong to those teams would be available under 'dialer color' but nope! I do not understand why the option to change dialer color is given when its starting to feel/seem it cannot be changed! Hi all. Lately I got some old M9 phone and found out that HTC theme service has defuncted, but it seem still works in my phone, I mean I still can change some colors and wallpapers. So yesterday I have been searching info about how all this stuff works and found storage location of the themes on my phone. It is something like android/data/com.htc.launcher/files/CustomTheme/com.htc.theme.custom.11468136-de37-4c97-9dc9-8e9fb19c94e1
So now I'm trying to find the way how to edit this files and add my own font into it also add icons pack and apply it manually. So need some help with it. Maybe here is some info how to make full theme with fonts and custom colors by editing files in storage.
Also Looking one dark theme from HTC Sense Home app that calls "Tilt Theme", maybe some one has it downloaded and can share with me would be nice cuz this theme has a good clock font that I want to have to myself
