Droid VNC won't run on LG G4 - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just had my LG G4 H81120i rooted. I tried to run Droid VNC Serverby Jose Pereira.
When I try to open it I get
"Cannot continue'
"You do not have root permissions"
The product page on Google play is no help.
Can anyone point me in a direction to find an answer?

Rooting G2 on a ........ mac

Hey all, I'm trying to root my lg g2 with the latest update on my MacBook Pro and can't get passed a rather important step. I have followed every step forwards and backwards and no matter what I do when i hit Root.sh then the all important "any" key it says NO DEVICE FOUND. I've got all the settings correct and have given myself root access on the macbook and thought the macbook itself is recognizing the phone and allowing my access to my files Root.sh cannot.
HELP!
thanks for any advice.
I'm in the same boat! Mac, with a sprint g2.. No luck getting it rooted. As soon as i get to the "Press enter to proceed" , it says no device found. Debugging on, mac root is active (thought that might help).. Latest ioroot (25 i think)... Drivers have been installed like 3 times... No luck. SO sick of my phone being caged like this.
you guys try running through a virtual machine? would be your best bet or get a real pc? phone a friend?

can't root my lg g pad

I need help. I recently bought a lg g pad and I have some issues transferring data through usb, Its weird , since I can tranfer some files but I cannot transfer others. Anyway I tried to root it but unfortunately I couldn't. I've attached the command script window so you can see the error.
Could it be related to the fact that the tablet has issues transferring files???? Can anyone help me??? Thanks!!
Try to root with towelroot. You can have a look over here:

Need help rooting my Pixel C

So I'm trying to follow this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel-c/general/guide-unlock-bootloader-install-custom-t3307183
However, I have no idea how to install and open the adb prompt. It's not really clear in the guide on how to do it, it sort of expects you to know or have it. I'm very new to androids, and have no experience with this but need to root my Pixel C. Please, no comments saying "You shouldn't be doing this" or "You have no idea what you're doing." I would appreciate helpful answers.
I get an "error: device '<null>' not found" when I try using the minimal ADB and Fastboot to enter in the command in the very first step of the guide. My pixel c is plugged in and recognized by the laptop.
An update: I went through all the steps and followed them. In the end, when I typed in "adb install Superuser.apk", it said "Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_ALREADY_EXISTS]". I downloaded Busybox but it also gave an error message that something was wrong or that the device was rooted improperly. Help?
So sorry for this spam. I just keep running into one problem after another and eventually finding the fix, but I can't find my way around this one.
I successfully rooted and everything, but HiroMacro doesn't work for me. None of the action keys work; I can't figure out how to pull up the popup from where I can record and play back scripts. Works on my rooted LG Optimus Exceed 2, but for some reason doesn't on my Pixel C. Does anybody know how to fix it?

VS986 CMD Prompt

Hi everyone. I am trying to root my VS986 LGG4. I get the phone in download mode, open ports.bat and it shows COM3, right click on kitten space I root file, run as admin, then the cmd prompt box is open and has a line that says something like c:\system32\>pause ( this is obviously not exactly what it says. There is something before and after the system32 on each side of the backslash), then it says on the next line:
Press any key to continue...
Any key I hit, whether I try and paste the Send command line or whatever closes the cmd prompt which obviously means I can't complete root. My phone is constantly trying to install the next update to marshmallow but I keep postponing it hoping I can get rooted. Any help or ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Don't know what I did but the last time I tried it I got root. So all good

D851 stuck in init setup with corrupt Play Store service message

I've searched thru many posts but did not see one close enough for my comfort, excuse me if I'm double posting.
First time poster, long time supporter, apparent noob who can't root with KingRoot... I ran the desk top version on my LG G3 D851 v10c or e. Idk. Fresh out of the box refurbished from the $130 Woot.com special last month. I used that to experiment before rooting thru my pc because it's faster, easier and it takes an idiot to brick a device like that... I removed some bloatware and most of the GApps and everything was fine before\after reboot. Then I went into core and took out a few that I know I have removed from other devices before, and it was running smooth until I opened (curse it) the Play Store. I get:
Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped.
And forces me to reset. It starts in the initial setup boot menu, can't find a way out thru the menus anywhere so I try to just run it thru init setup. At this point, I do not believe that I actually permanently removed any files, just first step. But I obviously may be wrong.
Start >WiFi login>skip LG SmartShare (Lg's NFC\WiFi transfer protocol) setup:
Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped.
So I try the SmartShare setup:
Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped.
I try no\both wifi\data on\off, KingRoot on\off, everything I could think of. So I factory reset. No change.
So my factors are:
I can supposedly transfer files thru SmartShare because when I try to transfer from G3>G4 it said file type not recognized I believe. I'm not with the device now, but it does not recognize it. I can also send files to the G4, when in transfer mode, if I tap the G3's screen, it seems G4 to Play Store but to unknown address. I can use WiFi\data. I did not set the device into debug mode and do not have drivers or recovery installed. The device was factory fresh when I crashed it, so there's nothing to worry about losing.
My question is:
What is my next step? Try computer debug? I was thinking maybe try file transfer the Play Store and Service files since I could use SmartShare. Or skeet shooting? Add it to my wall of shame with the $40 RCA tablets (Not my fault! If it's not supposed to be cracked, then why is it encrypted?)
Anyways, I'd appreciate any help, advise, more questions, and answers, definitely answers. Thank you in advance.
