Idk if there is a post on this. But I am currently running CM13 nightly 7/29 and just found out about the different GAPPS packages. I have the Full GAPPS package. I want to flash Nano GAPPS. Can I just dirty flash it or do I have to wipe my whole device and do it all over again? Thanks for any help

Hello,
I am using a custom ROM (Rootbox) with AK Cylon kernel. I just received notification from GOO manager that there is Gapps update. My question is it okay to just flash the latest Gapps update? Do I need to reflash the ROM first, Gapps and then the kernel?
Thanks.

Nandroid and flashing the new gapps worked for me.

What is the point of flashing new gapps? Unless you do clean installation of a ROM or a ROM update which needs of gapps reflash you will already have up-to-date versions of programs

My thought process for asking was because I thought I could just update the GAPPS file since the ROM that I am using is the latest Rootbox (3.8) using 4.2.2 JB.
I'll stick with my the currently installed gapps-jb020121212-signed.zip. GooManager notified me that 20130301-signed.zip was available.

Why I can't find there is a file in the FlareM's google drive?
May I ask where is the directory in the FlareM's google drive?
My phone is Z008D and I want to install the CM13 Rom but when i flash the Gapps it says: updater process ended with error 139.
Can anyone help me
you have to flash the gapps before you boot in cm. so you must flash the rom and then you have to flash the gapps and then reboot system
It appears that it's a problem with latest build of Open GApps. A person said that 20/10 build is fine.
I would recommend to try BaNkS.

Your gapps package is removing it. Don't use a stock gapps package!
Wipe System, reflash cm14.1 followed by a smaller gapps package...
cm14.1 camera
Download an app called "Cyan Apps" from the playstore, and you should be able to install it.
