Say "cheese", then rate this thread to express how photos taken with the Sony Xperia X Performance come out. A higher rating indicates that photos offer rich color (without over-saturating), sharp detail (with all subjects in-focus), and appropriate exposure (with even lighting).

Cheese! 10/10 for camera. Average of .76 seconds for camera launch to take a picture with shutter button.

Don't know how to post pictures with full quality though.

Autofocus is more noticeable when your taking close up pics, like you pictures show, but it's not easily seen with distance pictures and with distance pictures not much Autofocus is used.

Is there a way to do it though or a third party app?

Once in a while, when your significant other yells at you, you might use your phone a bit less. Rate this thread to express how the Samsung Galaxy S8+'s battery performs under light use. A higher rating indicates that the device goes a long time when you're using the phone sparingly: no gaming or video/audio streaming, light web browsing, some calling and texts, etc.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Holds up pretty well. Light use (Whatsapp, Chrome, Wi-fi and Economy mode) will probably render me two days with no charge.

Here's a photo comparison of the Sirui Portrait Lens, Portrait Mode, and a regular photo. All three subjects were taken in the order mentioned. What do you think?
What I take out of this is:
The portrait lens seems just as sharp, has a slightly less but more natural looking bokeh (background blur) than the artificial portrait mode, and a tighter, cropped background.
Portrait mode bokeh has the most blur but can be too artificial looking depending on the subject (these all turned out pretty well) and more background capture.
Regular photo is just there for reference.

At first glance I'm actually seeing improvements on the 3x telephoto lens indoors with poor lighting conditions. You can see below a screen capture of before and after the update.
Video mode 3X before update:
Portrait video mode 3x after update:
Later edit: Joke's one me. The portrait video mode records in Full HD only, that's why it seems to be sharper. 4K video quality is the same. Inconsistent focus and smudgy in low light. Oh well... back to waiting for miracle updates again.
