[Q] [HELP] installed setuidoff now stuck in stock boot

So i have a T-Mobile Galaxy S4 SGH-M919, and the story goes like this
so i decided to root it, and used CWM, and installed superuser. Superuser read that there was no binary, so i searched on forums to help me out. Someone said that installing MDB-setuidoff.zip would help, and now it is soft bricked, stuck on the Galaxy S4 logo reading
"Kernel Not Seandroid Enforcing"
So i figured, that it was a kernel problem, so i looked for the stock kernel, and upon attempted installation, CWM recovery said it was aborted and not installed. At this point i said screw it, and decided to try and unroot, but now using ODIN 3.07, using the stock tar.md5 from galaxys4root website
when i try to flash the PDA, it reads "FAIL" and an error

i can still reach odin, and recovery mode, but need help getting a working phone again. Completely out of ideas, maybe someone can chime in and help? I don't mind going back into stock unrooted state, or some kind of different root/rom as long as its stable. Help me get my phone back!
thanks in advance

do a factory reset (full wipe), this simple step, most of the time will help (but you will loose all your data).
if it is still doesn't help at all, you might need to reflash rom again (preferred stock rom, but you will need to re-root back your phone).

Go back to stock 4.4 from CM12

Anyone know how to do this? I thought it would be simple..just flash the stock firmware from Odin while in download mode. However when I tried that, Odin failed to flash the firmware for some reason. I'm on P600 with CM12 by Rayman.

If you are on Gingerbread, you must flash the 3 parted Jelly Bean with odin or use Samsung kies.
I have tried to just flash a JB ROM but it didn't boot... I think the 3 parted JB ROM is needed.
Can someone confirm ?

Sorry for my bad English, it isn't my native language.
@Mavireck @All_New_BoB
Guys both of you if u want any custom rom u MUST have a JB (jellybean) update
now you must flash 3 firmware GB (russian) and later flash JB (your country) and later flash tempomary recovery and flash any custom rom.
@Ave_Hornet
It is nice to try to help me but I haven't got any problem I already know what has to be done in order to install a custom rom. Maybe my bad English confused you ?

Great phone for flashing
This mobile is a great phone for flashing ROM's because bootloader is unlocked, easy to flash custom recovery like clockworkmod. Pretty good i think . there is cyanogen mod instead of carbon mod amongst other kitkat ROM's.
Thanks Guys
Thank you guys for all the help, i flashed the JB stock English firmware and flashed Carbon latest update after that, I knew that this is 100% working method but i was confused because when my father first bought the phone it was stock GB (of course ) and i dont remember flashing any stock JB stock firmware before flashing Carbon and everything worked without problems. i was just trying to save some time downloading so much things but i end up doing just that (i dont have unlimited data, only 40 GB/month )...anyway, all that was because of a silly mistake by me, if anyone have a better solution please tell us, the problem is that i applied bootanimation from a CM11 theme that is made for phones with more than 2GB of RAM, the developper did mentioned that if our phone is less than that we should not apply bootanimation but i was busy and i a hurry and blabla...any solution other than factory reset?? (sry for my bad english, its not my native language )
You can reflash the ROM without wiping anything or flash another bootamimation.zip in recovery. If your phone doesn't boot, you can mount it on your PC in recovery (under "Mount and Storage") and copy the files. No need to do a factory reset
Hope this helps

10.7 and 13.1 .. I just think about that, isn't it because Samsung block the downgrade ? Yesterday I tried to flash an Oreo Modem and it works ! So I think that Samsung blocked the phone to stay in the same firmware ...
