Sry to say but your are in the wrong FORUM,you won't find anything relevant regarding your phone,it's better if you use 'Google' search,I'm sure you'll find what you are precisely looking for,Good luck
I did a bit of googling for this device. All I could find were 1000's of request, and a few answers, for USB drivers; and drew the opinion that the phone is a bit of a turkey.
Alas, you get what you pay for. Cheap Chinese knockoffs are not the way to go if you want a state of the art device.

Then I'm afraid you'll have to ask the producer for the WM ROM. There are NO generic WM ROMs as they have to be tailored to each device due to drivers etc. If you try to flash another devices ROM to your phone, or you'll end up with is a brick.

As far as know i have only seen that phone once and what i do know is that the operating system is Linux so no windows mobile but maybe a chance it is based on a HTC device so theres a maybe on that.
can you post a pic or a link to a pic so i can check if were are talking of the same device.
I don't understand. Is it possible to flash mango to my DHD? Why? I've watched some relative threads but still don't understand.

What you might have seen, is just a theme of Windows Phone OS and not actually the Operating system itself. Desire HD is an android phone and it is not possible to run Windows phone on DHD due to two simple and major reasons.
1. Devs don't give a dubblido about porting windows phone OS onto DHD
2. We all know that Android is much better than Windows phone OS, in terms of accessibility and utility.

Thanks, but what is dubblido?
Windows Os Is A Closed source and porting it to android is very very hard and impossible if i may say. and if you need windows 7 go and buy one, meanwhile the thread will be closed.
Just got to thinking, is there any way this device could have the windows mobile variant flashed onto this (android) phone? Aren't they the same internals?

I'm thinking that most people were already thinking of what you are just thinking about now, which is why they already made an entire section for windows phone.

Just upgraded to windows 10 on my 640. Now the version in the insider program is 10.0.10586.63. Looking the net. Found out the MS remove Astoria on the latest version. Does anyone know how to revert to the previous version of windows 10 where the Astoria was still there?
Another also is that, Most tutorial on the net about installing appxbunlde on windows 10 doesn't work especially for the paid apps. Is there a latest tutorial on how to do install one? I always have this error when using APPdeployCMD "

Hello everyone,
I've been digging around and trying to find any (current) information on a solution for android apps on windows mobile devices. It is my understanding that with Project Astoria being shelved, there really isn't an option to sideload apps but I was curious about the possibility of dualbooting an Android OS and Windows 10 Mobile.
I have a Lumia Icon 929, and I'm currently on build 10586.420 -- is anyone aware of any dualbooting options? (Desperately trying to find a Pokemon Go solution, because each day I die a little more.)
Thank you for your time!!
Nope. The only way is buying an android.
If you want wp7.8 + android, you can get a second hand htc hd2
Dualbooting even on android devices requires MultiROM and much more complex than single boot. Windows 8-10 (Mobile) uses Secure Boot, so someone (probably Windows mobile engineer) needs to modify boot loader and disable secure boot first.
