need help please! (z00ad 55ml model)

i wiped the phone back to a clean superzen, took the fresh copy of the most up to date stock from the asus website for my 55ml z00ad and took the whole folder and put it in my phones sd card. i booted into twrp and tried to go to install.... it cant find it period and nothing comes up under install zip or install image.
can someone please help me? i just want to put the most up to date firmware stock back on my phone because ive had quite a few issues with superzen and compatibility with games due to older firmware version.

welp i think after trying to follow the steps ive more so bricked it now.
install -> the z00a twrp 1.1gb zip
wait 20mins for it to install
error -7 could not install zip, device is busy (or something to that effect)
trying again but ill assume its going to happen again

nvm i managed to get it going. ty for all the links

First of all, sorry for my englisch. From yesterday I have buy a oneplus 3. I have unlockt my bootloader and wanne flash twrp. From the.official site I get when I have flash it a black screen. 2e time I flash the modificated twrp 3.0.2-1.28. But up fine in twrp but ask for a pin???? Cancel this but can not make a backup etc. 3e time I flasht 3.0.2-19 from enst blue spark or.some dev, sorry for not nowing dev name. Again enter pin. Also has try to enble screen pin in patron and pin and type this pin or patron in twrp. Nothing!!! How can I fix this problem? Using Oxygen version 4.0 android 7.0
Someone can help me pleace.... Wanne have a working twrp.
With my shamu I never has this problem with encryption or decryption, never has enter a pin etc..

v11 still won't work if your /data partition is on ext4 fs. If you can, please wipe your internal storage and convert it to f2fs, then the v11 recovery would work fine for you. But if you can't do that, sadly, there is no solution apart from removing security from phone (Pin,Pattern,FP) and then try decrypting data.

Maby a noob question but can I flash superuser.zip in twrp or must it with a command. With my n6 I flash su in twrp. Does this also work with oneplus 3???

Tnx for that but google was my best friend. No I running f2fs, custom recovery v11 and root on 4.0 Running great. Was testing a custom rom 7.1.1 but root disappeared. Problem on N I read. Thia only is when I must flash root but read rom with build in root the root stays there. I'm satisfied with what I now turn. If the problems are solved and kernel source are released for N I give cutom ROMs a chance.

The only working recovery actually is latest TWRP (v11) from blu_spark.
Flash it via fastboot command.
EDIT: sorry for useless answering, just now I've seen that my method was already done.

Yeah, running v11 and running great man! Love this device to. Comming from N6 and is just flash and gooooo. This machine is a little bit searce for what you must flashing on what version beta but after a week, must say a now a lot more of this beast machine. Just running here Oxygen OS this there is more official the see voor N. Have root it etc and don't need more futures (yet [emoji12]) haha...

Help required with bricked Oneplus 3

Hi,
I have installed MIUI in my OP3 this morning, which was working fine. There was an OTA update, after installing it, device rebooted and entered into recovery mode and it was hanging there for more than an hour. Whrn I tried to reboot, it was off and never came up. Tried unbrick using MSM Download Tool and then I am able to get into boot loader screen. From there I have tried to flash TWRP, but if I reboot, I am getting this message only. Currently I have access to bootloader, if I flash TWRP and choose to boot from recovery (from pc), I have access to OTG also. But even after flashing a ROM, If I reboot, I am getting attached screen only.
I have access to TWRP, only when I chiose to reboot from All in one tool from PC.
Please help me.

you have to use method 2of unbrick not method1.it will flash whole stock rom , then reboot enable developer options etc then flash twrp recovery then go ahead.

Use Method 2. Make sure to follow all steps. Please do quote me otherwise i do not know if you need any further help.

You flashed oficial beta update on mui rom and you have a mess.
Download official OP 4.1.6 rom and try to flash it.
if its not fixed the try wipe everythng (system data ect) and then flash the rom

Hi,
I am following method 2 now. I have switched off the phone and connecting to laptop, as soon as I connect to laptop, it is getting into bootloop (without pressing any button). Phone is not detected in laptop.

I have tried to by wiping everything and tried to restore from OTG pendrive. Tried to flash Firmware + Modem, tried to flash different ROM. Nothing helped.
I am in travel now, having limited internet connectivity. I will reach home and then try to download official OP as you suggested.
I do not have data in phone, all the data is already copied to laptop.

i accidently flash the custom rom but now i dont have the original rom backup :crying::cryinglz help any body can upload the twrp system ,vendor and any other things required to restore the original rom :angel::angel:

also which one shall i download fastboot or recovery ?

If you want to flash it in recovery/twrp choose recovery one. If you want to flash it via fastboot from pc choose fastboot. It's obvious. Both will lock your bootloader after flash but they will boot normally.

1) lol is there a way to not to lock my bootloader again because if it fails then all is left is fastboot??
2) and also twrp will be removed or shall i flash twrp again or will it brick my device ??
3) or i need to wait 15 days and unlock my device again??

4) my mi account has unlock permission so do i need to permission again because right now i am using custom rom to keep my phone alive.:crying:

If you unlocked your BL once on this device there will be no waiting counter. It will unlock right away. Unless you unlocked it couple days ago. There is a limitation for one account to unlock one device in month. So you will be have to wait till one month pass or unlock with redmi 6pro toolkit like I did. It skipped this limitation somehow. Anyways did you wiped data before or after flashing custom rom? What rom have you flashed? Is it booting is it usable? If not. Try wiping data in advance wipe in twrp first to solve booting problems.

also when i flashed custom rom it shows installing unconditionally why
also the restore function is not working is it the twrp fault or the rom
it doesn't boot says boots on logo and then shows the boot animation waits for 5 min and boots twrp again automatically why???(when i try to restore the crdroid rom not to mentioned i tried flashing resurrection os but goes on boot loop )

When flashing custom ROM different from miui you should wipe dalvick, cache, data and system before flash. Then flash RR or something else gapps and boot.

lol man that unlock tool did the trick i flashed the above rom from the mi globe rom and my phone got locked again i open the tool and then i unlocked the phone and boom it got unlocked but remember that when u unlock ur data will be deleted and always keep the backup of ur twrp image
after unlock and the login id and pass that pass u will need to enter the phone startup otherwise just boot to fastboot and then bypass account
man finally back to miui without any bugs with root man what else we want

I accidentally wipe my system or should i say im just flat out an idiot for wiping everything without any backup. i have installed twrp and i unlock the bootloader already because i wanted to install miui in my mi a2 lite phone but ended up wiping everything and now im stuck in twrp mode. i still can do fastboot and open my phone in twrp mode but thats all NO OS. How can i save my phone back to normal. please help me. THANK YOU ALL!!!

If you can get to fastboot, use the stock rom flash script. See the stock rom thread in the guides forum.
If you've got windows, miflash may be easier to use. I think it takes the same stock rom file.

Just make sure you download a fastboot rom which has all partitions.
When I wanted to remove all traces of root from my phone last week, i noticed that many of the more recent images only have /system or just a few partitions.
I ended up installing one of the earliest Pie images (V10.0.2.0.PDLMIFJ if i recall correctly) and then doing all the OTA's until I was at V11.0.9.0.QDLMIXM or something.

It happened to me like a week ago and i was able to fix it just yesterday. cuz i am new at this root stuff. But i was able to do it at th e end. You need to install stock rom, miflash. Also download flashable stock rom. Because i installed like 5 stock roms. But they were not flashable so it did not work. Extract the stock rom that you downloaded. Then open miflash. Now go into fastboot mode and plug your phone to your pc. Now locate the folder where flashable files are and then click flash. It should say Success. If not that means it did not work.But it should work so yeah. That is it.
