Hi, latest Sony 14.4.A.0.108 rom for you!
Features is inside screenshoots. Rom is rooted, have superuser, su, busybox...etc, just simple install propertly and enjoy rom! Bye!

This final rom is one which I am runing daily, I have removed some boatwares but not all, removed only some which iritating me. So if you need some apks which is missing, just download from here -> https://github.com/munjeni/D5503_14.4.A.0.108/tree/master/system and add to the zip byself! This rom have some optimisations and fixes, dual recovery, cwm munjeni and twrp, to enter cwm hold volume down when blue light start blinking, or hold volume up for twrp when blu start blinking. I recomend linheart+row and my favorite theme aka black theme munjeni which is included only in final rom aka this one. This rom contain kernel from 157 with kernel modules and firmwares from 157... etc, in short my favorite rom dumped directly from my phone using romgen tool, so its tested and definitely stable, just install it right and carefully and enjoy!

How to install:
- first of all you must have your phone updated oficialy to the bootloader, baseband... etc and it must be from 108 rom (your choice how you can do it, but thats needed!) before you gona install our rom! You no need to be rooted since rom is for booth locked and unlocked bootloader!
- wipe data factory reset
- format system partition
- install rom
- install update.1 -> (this fix portrait retouch and give you China Photo editor) NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE !
- install update.2 -> https://mega.co.nz/#!NI4UkAgD!XPGU4WhDsfRXquzaL1wmQDaees-PrtF8SBpIOZgdn_Y (this revert dialog and toast style to stock one ;; fix for timeshift video) NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE !

For best experience I have compiled Lionheart cpu governor, you can use them in combination with row iosched to get very smooth ui and very good baterery life for daily usage! I have runing rom 13 hours + 1 hour with phone usage and have almost 88 percent batery power remain
4k is not working and allso I not going to get them working!(I have removed 4k from camera widget). I sugest you to not use any external camera mod since our one is totaly stock based and I have not replaced anything related to stock camera, every camera part is carefully patched, so if you want any camera mod than do not go here to report something which probably will not work after your replace or you get battery drain fast after replace! Allso if you have installed something which not comming from our rom than allso please do not report anything! Everything is tested and everything working very good!
If somebody have problems installing rom (error 7 during installation):
- Remove first 2 lines (ASERT) from updater-script than try again

You can see notification trought Sony PC Companion software about 108 update, inside notification window you can see changelog about new update (just open SPCC before you install latest rom)!

Maybe silly question but anyway, twrp recovery is ok right? Or flash through cwm only?

Yes, simple open rom zip and replace framework-res.apk with this one https://raw.githubusercontent.com/m...f725b2b6f0/system/framework/framework-res.apk than reflash rom without wiping anything

Tried this rom but after setting everything up i cannot install viper4android it says busybox not proper installed. Where's the download link op?

I tried this rom and it was very fast and battery friendly. The only things I didn't like was only 3-4 cosmetics, for example in stock mail app I couldn't see clearly the buttons new mail and search. What about 5.3?

Uninstall viper , go to supersu, cancel the root permission to viper and place as indicated.
Reboot, install viper -grant the root and installs drivers.
Can you send me please the name of stock kernel of rom???

Sorry for delay as i am maintaining six different rom files for each model plus school life is busy so didnot get chance to upload it
Remember each file is different so i am uploading correct files for each phone for Canadian and Tmobile S6 please refer to tmobile s6 Development Area. and for G925F model there is no kernel so please flash kernel after flashing rom according to device.

This is my SuperSlim Rom it is based on Stock Rom but I have reduced the System to its basics (near to AOSP) without loosing Camera function.
Base: Stock 32.2.A.0.253 (E6553) Kernel: AndroPlusKernel v31

-Removed Bootanimation and Charging Sound

Removed the Bootanimation: Its just the white Sony screen, thats no bootloop.
Layers: Install Layers Manager and minimum one Layer from Playstore.
If you need the Sim-Toolkit, flash this zip
For Calendar Synch you need to flash this file
Bugs: Dialer FC when open numpad. Download Fix for this.
Your bootloader must be unlocked and TWRP recovery must be installed.

You could try this Convert Single Sim Rom to Dual Sim for Z5

Not really, this list would be a whole page long and i didnt made one xD If you used the debload script, you have just deleted half of what you could.
Stock System has nearly 500 Apps, the debload script removes about 180 of them, my System has only 128 Apps installed.

What do you mean with "easier to run"? I use it as a daily driver. Screenshoots are not really necessary i think because its stock Rom and only thing which would be different with Stock Screenshoots is that i removed the stock sony launcher, the sony mini launcher is now the default one. But you can use every Launcher you want even reinstall the stock launcher from playstore. If i would make some screenshoots you would only see my Novalauncher

How can i be sure? The Rom is made for having a System without Sony Apps. The Stock Launcher and such things should work, but the special Sony Apps like Navigon for Xperia could have problems detecting that this is a Xperia device.

Installation
Backup your device, in case you wanted to revert back.
Wipe Data/Factory Reset in TWRP recovery.
Flash the desired ROM (odex or deodex)
If you want a debloat version, flash the debloat script now.
Reboot
First boot will take around 10-15 minutes
Open SuperSU and let it disable the knox.

Q. What works?
A. Almost everything, nothing removed.
Q. Wifi Calling ?
A. Yes, wifi calling works. It is based on the T-Mobile firmware.
Q. It is based on N910T3, will it work on N910T or N910W8?
A. Yes, this will work on N910T3, N910T and N910W8 without any issues.
Q. Which kernel works with this ROM?
A. Stock kernel is included and works without issues. I haven't tested any cusom kernels, but Beastmode/Xceed/Ram kernels should work without issues. If you installed a custom kernel and want to go back to stock use the link provided in #3 to download and flash stock kernel, ,don't forget to install SuperSU zip again.
Q. Is there a way to remove the root from this ROM?
A. Yes, you can flash UPDATE-unSU-signed.zip file this URL.. Don't forget to install the Stock Kernel after unroot or you will boot loop.
Q. How do I install Xposed Framework?
A. Download and install the Xposed framework from here don't forget to visit this thread and thanks wanam
You would also need XposedInstaller_3.1.1.apk​

I am about to Odin BL and CP QE2. If I want to flash the stock QE2 kernel posted here, do I flash with TWRP or Odin after? Just want to be 100% sure so I don't mess up.
And I am sorry to hear your phone dying, pvsgh. I hope you find a replacement Note 4 and stay with this family. I appreciate the help you posted here for the tmo Note 4.

Everything provided in Downloads section is TWRP flashable, you don't need to flash the kernel separately if you are flashing the full ROM. Kernel is provided in case you flash some other kernel and want to come back to stock kernel.

I am running a custom rom that came with beastmode by default. The phone seems to freeze then reboot sometimes, I think during heavy uses. I figured it was a kernel issue, and wanted to see if stock would help. Since I just flashed QE2 BL and modem, I think I would need the QE2 kernel. Thanks.

Can someone upload this rom on mega or any other site?I'm getting very slow speed with AFH.
Edit : Nevermind.Downloaded from my pc at full speed.Previously was downloading on my mobile.It was slow as hell.

AFH is always fast for me, never had downloading issues.
