Can't get into Download mode - G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Edit: I somehow could reach to fastboot mode and flashed laf.img to recover download mode but I get a boot certification verify error. I can access the phone and recovery but cant access download mode.
I decided to upgrade to MM from LP using kdz method. However I could not boot into download mode with any method. The phones just reboots normally. I tried hard button(volume up and connecting to pc), I tried adb reboot bootloader, I tried to reboot to bootloader from twrp and none of them worked. In every method I used the phone just reboots normally.
I have root + twrp with stock 5.0 rom. Any help appreciated, thanks!

[Solved] No bootloader, no recovery, no fastboot

Was updating my phone tonight and saw that it was recommended that I update TWRP first.
I did what I thought was a manual update of TWRP which turned out to be flashing the TWRP image to the bootloader and the recovery. Dumb mistake but oh well. Now my phone will boot up into the boot menu (reboot/boot to bootloader / download mode / recovery mode / power down). When I boot into bootloader or recovery, the phone simply reboots to the same menu. When I reboot to download mode, it takes me to another similar menu.
Although my computer recognizes some kind of connection from the phone, I have be unsuccessful in getting ADB to recognize my device.
I have tried downloading the stock RUU (http://www.htc.com/us/support/rom-downloads.html) but I am having trouble running the .exe. At times it says my phone's battery is too low to continue, and other times it simply says USB cable error. I have tried multiple cables and different computers.
Any Suggestions?
I ended up trying a few different combinations of RUU and USB cable, eventually one worked and I was able to factory reset back to the original rom.
Thanks for anybody who came in here to take a look

[FIXED] Root fail - Wileyfox Swift boot hangs - no recovery mode, fastboot mode works

Hi guys,
Tried to root the WF Swift as per this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wileyfox-swift/general/root-wileyfox-swift-t3261321
When completed, the phone went into a boot loop.
I tried factory resets - no change
I tried flashing an alternative bootloader from a recovery thread - now I don't even have recovery mode:
I have fastboot mode - how do I reflash the factory ROM and bootloader? I've seen guides that say to download the "fastboot" version of recovery, extract the zip and then flash manually with fastboot. I've now got the right file (cm-13.0-ZNH0EAS2NH-crackling-signed-fastboot-2306277a34.zip) from here - https://cyngn.com/support.
Fixed by using this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/wileyfox-swift/help/lost-recovery-mode-t3397322)- F**K rooting, I just want to play pokemon go!

not getting into recovery mode

i was updating the zenfone 551ml to marshmallow so manually downloaded the update file and put it in the root of phone. phone detected the file and said to install update. firstly it was installing but after few minutes fastboot mode displayed on phone by itself and phone struck in it only no other screen came.
now i followed this guidehttp://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/guide-brick-soft-hard-bricked-zenfone-2-t3284256
and used XFSTK load Downloader v1.7 downloaded the three files and clicked download in xfstk.
it completed sucessfully.
now my phone booted up on its own and is working fine.
but not able to get into recovery mode as before power+ volume down does not work, if i go to fastboot mode using power+ volume up key and select recovery mode the phone reboots back to andriod os.
Also tried to flash using the Asus flash tool but the device is detected for a sec and then diappears under device manger as moorfiled device.
pls help me get back in recovery mode

When I reboot into recovery TWRP gets stuck in a splash screen loop.

Hello, ever since I flashed the 14.1 nightly CM ROM, TWRP has no longer worked. I have tried reflashing the compatible MM BL and also tried a normal TWRP using fastboot, and nothing seems to fix it. Whenever I reboot into recovery mode, it just flashes a gray screen and never gets out of the loop. My phone can start up into normal mode fine, its just recovery that does not work.

download above files and extract files. go to MM bootloader folder. now reboot your phone into fastboot mode and connect to PC. now run upgrade.bat... once it finishes transfer file. and phone reboots the bootloader. now run twrp.bat. now as transfer finishes. now very important do not boot your phone to normal os.. find option for recovery mode and reboot into recovery. you will get into recovery..
