Extract it from the RUU that's posted in this forum using the Universal HTC RUU/ROM Decryption Tool & the keyfile posted here.
It's very easy to use .

You don't Need Android flasher to flash a radio....just use the PD98IMG.zip way....Check this thread: http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1106324

Link on that page redirects to mmx a110 page. I don't think both devices are same
I think all mediatek based devices can use it.

Look up how to flash a RUU.
The term " RUU " still exist? it was at the relevant time of WM6 . I think repeat the procedure of ONE via Fastboot ...

I just did the OTA-Update and unrooted my device.
Now i want to root again with magisk.
but i can't find any download-link for the stock rom of RMX3363_11_C.13 - I searched for many hours.
does somebody have a link for me? so i could extract the boot.img file.
