Unfortunately all RUU's are on filefactory.......Football only uploads it there.....it might be that someone has it and uploads it for you

I am making a rom based on it.

Convert MIUI themes to EMUI

There is convertor prepared by someone on Chinese forums that apparently converts MIUI themes to EMUI themes.

Haven't tested it, so don't know how good it works.

They are very much alike, so if the tool renames them correctly it should work.
Just remember to use the same *DPI device.

Look up how to flash a RUU.

The term " RUU " still exist? it was at the relevant time of WM6 . I think repeat the procedure of ONE via Fastboot ...

Extract it from the RUU that's posted in this forum using the Universal HTC RUU/ROM Decryption Tool & the keyfile posted here.
It's very easy to use .
