can anyone to make meizu flyme theme for cm 13 i think it will awsome.i have tryied but no idia how to make it.if any one can i can help with testing or any other.

It's not that easy.
-First of all miui9 is almost out and developers prefer the latest android version(nougat).
-Secondly if they want to do it now they will be forced to use cm/los 13 because miui 8 android version is marshmallow and it will be harder for them as long as if they use those roms they will experience many errors.
//Also you need cm/los or something else with 6.0 because you HAVE to PATCH MIUI into the rom.
