Recently acquired an unlocked D851. which I m using on the AIS network in Thailand. I am curios if it is normal for it to show 4G when I am actually connected to an HSPDA network? Every other phone I have used would display an H or H+.
Does the D851 support 4G networks running on the 1800 MHz band? It never connects to an actual 4G connection on the AIS network.
Thank you!
I use lg g3 D855 non rooted phone from last year. I have restart problem and I bye new battery and problem solve but I face a new one.
The battery over in just 4 or 5 hour, I m surprise
When I go to in setting/ battery/ uses of battery and I saw a maximum uses of Android system. It is about between 50 to 70 % .

hello everybody , i bought 2 second hand lu6200 phones here in vietnam but their wifi coverage is awful , i can connect to wifi networks with an old phone and the
lu6200 just doesn't pick up the network, i installed an app to measure the db's and in the lu6200 it gets always atleast less 6 to 10 db's ,
first i thought that it was something wrong with the hardware but i switched phones in the store and have the same problem .-( ,
now i just don't know what to do , it's weird that a phone like this one has such a bad wifi coverage .... , i have tested a lot of roms also and
wifi always hard to connect with weak signals.... anyone knows something about this?????
thanks.

changed phones 3 times and they all had lousy wifi
I purchased an ATT LG g3 and I still think it's great despite having a download speed of .5 mbps and an upload speed if 1.1 mbps ...
I called tech support but they weren't very useful so I was hoping you guys would be.
Any help would be appreciated.

Does it say LTE? It could just be that att sucks were you are. For it it will say I have LTE but my speeds will be just as slow. Its a network issue not necessarily a phone issue.

It says 4g LTE in the status bar. I've had ATT service before on an HTC one X where I could fetch 8-12 mbps. The support lady was very nice and said something about maintenance and other calls but I was unsure if maybe it was an isolated issue or not.
LG G3 on AT&T slow data connections
I have the same issue. My phone is about 1 month old, previously I had a Blackberry Z30 Unlocked and connection was way better, even with 2 bars I could use Pandora all day at work and could connect to apps, and websites. Now on LG G3 even Google Play won't connect many times as it times out because connection is too slow. I think there is an issue with the way LG G3 connects to AT&T, I mean how can an unsupported device like Blackberry Z30 (bought it on Blackberry site as AT&T doesn't sell it) work very well and yet LG G3, sold by AT&T doesn't work well.
PS : I get 4G and some occasional LTE, but still speed is pretty slow and device consumes the battery pretty quickly.
Hi! I have recently bought LG G3 D855. It is used one. I started using straight.. no reset etc. It was blazing fast even on 2G network (speed about 600kbps) and 3G @ 6mbps. Then I reset the beast and it is slow now (2G @ 15-20kbps and 3G 100kbps). The question is ... was it tweaked for the speed ??? please help i want it back in that condition. Tried alot of things ... rooting... 3g/4g optimizer... and so on nothing works like as previous setting (which is unknown).
Hello everyone,
My LG G3 (international, ROM is Tmobile branding) is behaving very strangely on LTE (automatic) mode. In this mode I lose around 30% battery per night. When i turn it to GSM/WCDMA everything is just fine, maximum loss of 5% of the battery. Do you have any idea what might be causing the problem ?
This problem is with me for about a year. A few months ago I managed to find a cause. I was using diffrent roms and on Flumics ROM problem was not so painfull (maximum 15-20% battery drain). I'm now on stock rom with LTE disabled.
Does anybody know a way to improve the signal received from the phone?
The WIFI router it's in the living room, but from my room my LG G Pro only receive 1 bar. I know it's not a problem of the router because I have a Lenovo which gets full bars, and other LG phone who also get full
so must be a problem of my LG G Pro (which is kind of new just 1 year of use)

Which WiFi channel are you using? I had that issue with mine while I was on quite busy channels (basically everything from ch10 to ch13 here) and they stopped when I changed my routers to something lower, ch8 I think.
Also, this phone's antennas tend to be crappy - mine liked dropping LTE in 100% LTE areas and dropping GPS connections where other devices had 10+ satellites locked. WiFi was crappy either way because I'm in area swapped with routers and APs so finding a good channel was a must.
