[Q] How to?? Please advise or help~~

Hi, I've download some files to upgrade my xperia s from "Xperia S Android Development"
After unzip the files, it become two directory files called... "META-INF", "System"
I'm wondering how to set it up those files to my phone???
Please advise and help~~~ thanks!!!

you dont need to extract the files you need to flash it in the cwm.
click my signature "Read ME" , its best to read it.

Quick idea of what to do (it's better to follow a full tutorial though):
- Unlock bootloader ( unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com )
- Put ZIP in the main folder of your phone SDcard (both kernel & firmware/rom image, so 2 ZIPs)
- Get fastboot files for your PC, flash to a CWM image
- Follow a CWM tutorial on how to flash the kernel & firmware

1- Unlock the boot loader from sony website.
2- Install CWM recovery
3- copy the rom on the hard drive of the phone
4- open CWM and choose boot in recovery
5- Using the volume buttons choose install zip from sdcard (using the camera button) then go to the directory where you copied the rom and choose it
6- Installation will start and enjoy
P.S: I do recommend NOVA-rom RC2 and the NOVA kernel 1.1.1, very smooth and stable

reboot into recovery mode
choose the type of our bootloader is it only or with recovery
checking chargemon auto switch chargemon if it is still original chargemon
allow backup original chargemon , it will store to recoveryData folder
recovery file :
recovery format file not support lzm format !!
recovery is a usual folder and files that zipped into 1 tar file
place any of your recovery file in /sdcard1/recoveryData/ location

X. Rooting Steps:
1. Turn on USB Debugging on Tab
2. Download Vroot on your PC ( Google it or www.mgyun.com/en/getvroot )
3. Run Vroot & Connect your Tab to PC. Vroot will auto detect the device and root it..

XX. Installing CWM
1. Download and install two apps like File Manager with root access and SManager ( Script Manager) for console.
2. Grant root access to both apps.
3. Download recovery and flash from link:

4. Extact the file (flash_image and recovery.img) on your internal sd card and after extarction, copy both files to root folder named "/dev" using File Explorer(with root access).
5.Enter root shell by running SManager Console.
6. Type the following commands:
Command 1:
chmod 755 /dev/flash_image
Command 2:
/dev/flash_image recovery /dev/recovery.img
( type the command exactly, care for no uppercases, better copy and paste)
6. After entering the command, u will get " recovery successfully updated"
7. Now u have recovery installed, u may boot into recovery by shutting down ur tab and pressing power and volume dowm button together for around 7 secs until logo shows up.
Congrats now u have rooted tab and a custom recovery CWM.

XXX. ROM ( will update later)
I have not prepared custom rom but instead i have cleaned rom of my tab with all bloatwares and nice UI and launcher ( Screenshot attached) .
You may download the file ( ~ 220 MB ) and restore with CWM recovry by following below steps:

It helps u revert ur phone to the original stock state as if there was never any tweaking..

Now the steps will be different depending on what rom you currently have installed if you have a custom or beta firmware/rom installed and twrp you will need to:

Flash B132= Extract the B132 file and copy it's dload folder onto your internal memory>then reboot your phone into recovery by>holding pwr+vol up+ vol down continuously untill it starts recovery>after it finishes setup your phone then follow the next step
Flash B510 =(do not flash with recovery) do so by taking the zip file as is(do not extract) and copying it onto your P6's internal memory under the dload folder(if it's not there create it) then on your P6's goto settings>about phone>system update>local>update then let it update.When it's done you have successfully installed Kitkat, if you want go on to (optional further steps)
Flash TWRP = http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2636231 then
Install the mods =Reboot to Recovery>hold pwr+vol up+ vol down continuously untill it starts> Start with Pure graphics>Pure Performance>Pure audio>Bravia>then clear cache> Reboot > And You are done you have a optimized B510 rom
Or if you are already on a stock rom like B111 or so then you can just:
skip the 1 instruction on the list and just do the rest.

You can replace B510 with B512,B513 if you wanted to.

Method B
1. Start with Paranoid Android, OMNI or any other AOSP-based ROM.
2. Back up all data with Titanium backup and copy everything you need from your internal storage. ATTENTION: The internal storage will be wiped while flashing, so the backup MUST be on your SD-Card.
3. Copy dload folder to SD-Card or internal storage. (there should be no difference)
4. Boot to TWRP and make a backup in-case something goes wrong.
5. In TWRP wipe everything except internal and external storage.
6. In TWRP choose reboot to bootloader. Confirm that no OS is installed and don't install SuperSU.
7. Plug your phone in your PC and open a CMD.
8. Download B510 recovery.img and boot.img from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=51718316.
9. Follow the instructions by @surdu_petru(method1)
(or use this(method 2)choose install recovery image first, then the boot image
or use Method 3>
copy both the recovery and boot img files to your adb folder then>
run these commands:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot recovery
. IMPORTANT: When the flashing is finished and the phone reboots unplug the USB cable then wait for recovery to open and let it install.
10. You are finished!! The first boot takes some time no need to panic.
Additional:
Reinstall TWRP and flash SuperSU for Root. Than you can restore your backup you made in the second step.

you can not degrade friend, and the bootloader is always unlocked

You can downgrade. With an unlocked bootloader you can get beta downy to downgrade back to emui 8. I tested it myself

hello i flashed successfully the new firmware but in About phone screen i cannot see the model neither the build number the first on appears as unknown and the other as a blank space what can i do?

Can you explain?
I tried to do it but I have stuck with bootloop hell between TWRP logo and the unlocked bootloader warning, nothing loads anymore. The only thing I can get into is fastboot which shows it's still ulocked, no FRP and I am able to but a new recovery img but it still does not load, same bootloop keeps going on.

can i instal only one huawei zip, or need to be 2 zip files, update.zip and update_data_public.zip ??? i dont undesrstand, because downloading only one zip :/
So, i need to rename this "update_full_base.zip" to somthing different, or not?

No mount steps are necessary with ane lx3 device with these files? Just at the end enter in erocovery and clean system?

Mount everything before flashing! With Team recovery, and at the end of everything clean everything with the erecovery.
