Hello,
Yesterday, while I was using Instagram, the device suddenly stopped working and restarted and now in boot logo (bootloop) and can't go to the start screen and I can't do a reset through recovery (No command) .!
Actually the restart issue happened to me many times before but the last one stuck on boot screen !!
Any idea .!
Thanks
Doesn't go in fastboot mode ? (power + vol down)

hi good morning at all
i speak today for explicate my problem with my htc desire z.
I root and applicate s-off with this guide
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index.php?title=HTC_Vision
but I have Some Problem Because when i have power on the fast-boot ( in the setting>application> fast boot) my desire z don't enter in the recovery, fastboot, bootloader mode with pressure the various button.
but when this "Mode" Fast boot is turn off my mobile phones enter in the recovery, and in the fastboot mode i read the s-off
it possible solution at my problem? thanks at all
you need to turn off fastboot, because its not properly turning off your phone if you use it
thanks
yes but this fast boot if ****ing **** thanks for the reply
That HTC "fast boot" is something that might make some users happy. It certainly "looked cool" on some demo videos where people thought it was really booting that quickly. But of course it wasn't booting at all, just un-suspending from a sleep mode.
If you want to get into the hboot "fastboot" mode or recovery, etc, then you will need to shut down properly, and turn off HTC's suspending stuff, at least temporarily.
No need for the bad language though.
You can enter fastboot by connecting your phone and running
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
And to boot into recovery
Code:
adb reboot recovery

Sorry if this has been discussed before. I am not new to the rooting scene. But I am stuck on this issue
I am attempting to enter download mode for my Samsung Tablet 3 10.1 Wifi.
I am pressing the power / down volume combo and I get to the boot screen and let go. From here it goes right into recovery mode
I get the screen with the android and it says no command / error and stops there with the recovery options.
At this time I am on stock 4.2.2 and been trying to get this error figured out. I have searched briefly on here and googled other solutions but they all require to get into download mode, which I am having trouble getting to.
Any suggestions ? Or point me to a solution

Hi !
Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried that method as well and it still sends me to the recovery screen. Though I did manage to see a new screen that gave me a option to press volume up to continue and volume down to reboot. When I pressed volume up it just rebooted normally

Hey,
I've managed to balls up my phone, think I used a backup that didn't work properly.
I've basically got this issue:
I can't post the video that shows this issue exactly but on youtube the title is
"HTC ONE M8 (International Version) Black Screen | Vibrating by holding the Powerbutton"

I can't get into recovery mode by using Power + VolDown or using the AIO program.
The phone does show up in Device Manager but not in fastboot commands or in Windows Explorer.
What're my options from this point?
UPDATE:
It randomly turned on and now it's stuck on the 'htc ONE' screen and not turning off/on.

Have you tried holding VolUp whilst continuously keeping the power button depressed .

If I hold the Power + VolUp down it does restart, but then goes to black (it looks like the screen is on but displaying nothing) and then nothing.
Would a USB download jig work for an HTC? If so then they are cheap and available on the web. Easy to build too.

try this press on the power button + vol up at once then the phone would boot up ....immeaditely press on the power button + vol down which takes u to the bootloader from that go to the recovery and wipe data and cache and flash the back up file again :good:
I I'm facing the issue that I have no data connection after flashing CUOCO 13S US for the LeTv One Pro. Even when I configure manually my APN from T-Mobile germany. I also tried to activate Band 20 with * # * # 9439 # * # * and check mark the CDMA Box. Rebooted already and also tried to clear Cache and Dalvik. I get only GSM connection. I setup the phone via WLAN and noticed this morning that the phone is not able to get mobile data connection.
Any ideas how to fix it ? Flash again maybe ? Does anyone has the same experience ?
Thanks !
Tried also 11S from CUOCO92 same issue. Had to revert my former original TWRP NAND backup and LTE(4G) and 3G is working again. So something is breaking the mobile data connection for me with both CUOCO92 US ROMs 11S and 13S.
I have the same problem! I do not know what to do
So LTE Band 20 works for you on stock firmware?

Yes it works. Even in a train ride I got LTE speed. But right now only with Stock 11S US, as I'm using SIM Slot 1 (nano). It seems that on CUOCOS 11S and 13S US, only SIM 2 (micro) works with mobile data. So again a dual SIM problem with those cooked ROMs.
Hi Guys!

When I press Vol- + power i can see penguin for some seconds and phone restarts to system.

The automatic reboot happened to me as well on Windows 10 with several different ADB USB Drivers. I could only root my US X800 phone with my described Linux rooting process. The USB Port always rebooted the phone back to normal mode. Connected on my Linux system the fastboot mode was kept.

It's due to wrong drivers.
Try to install these drivers.
The trick is to hold vol down key all the time (the phone will keep rebooting to fastboot) while you are browsing through the windows to final dialog.
On the next cycle phone connects to the pc you hit ok button and the driver is installed.
The phone will stop rebooting afrer the correct driver is installed.
Hope it helps.

So , yesterday i tried to take some photos and suddenly my phone freezes and reboots. But the problem was it didn't wake up again , i was stuck in a bootloop for some reason. The thing that worked for me :
1. Enter bootloader (Press and Hold the Power and Volume Down Buttons at the Same Time)
2. Select recovery mode. (press volume down two times until you see recovery mode highlighted then press power button)
3. You will see an android with an exclamation mark. From Here, Press and Hold the the Power Button, Then Press the Volume Up Button
4. Goodjob , you are in recovery mode. Now just select reboot system now.
If you are in a bootloop , just try it , it does not cost only 2 minutes and can save you. Good luck! If you have any questions comment below.

Man but in truly hardware bootlop you're not even able to enter recovery, just after few tries may you will do it successfully
Btw when I had bootlop successfully I booted phone once by flashing diffrefent ota images and once phone booted, but it had been very crashing and lagging.

In truly hardware bootloop its almost impossible to fix it. But like me , there may be other 5x users that experience soft bootloop and this can help them out.
