Thank you!
suitable using is good to your iphone
For the magnetic lightning charging cable, it shows the cable had been into a new century, it is easy using, easy control, you donot need to find your cable in a mess as traditional cable, and it can be work as a small gadget to protect the ports, so for now , it looks good, but every case have a common problem, they are easy appear problems when you using frequently. So, suitable using is good to your phone.

Does any one know if there are conductive chargers compatible with the Vibrant? I love the idea of having a power mat next to my bed to reduce some of that cable clutter.

I think you mean inductive, and I don't think so. That would need to be built into the phone somehow to support wireless charging. Perhaps a replacement back cover? The only known power input is the usb though, so it would be difficult to build.

They have cases for it to adapt it to the iPhone. I don't see it being too hard to produce one for the vibrant. Maybe even a back cover adapter...

The iPhone cases cup the bottom and plug in. Not sure I want to add more length or width to my phone, personally. A replacement back that patched directly to the battery would work, for me. Of course, the phone wouldn't know about the charging, that would be a little weird - wonder if it would mess with the battery calibration.
Shoot i thought it was conductive. Well that sucks, I think I might just look for a dock then. =(
Hey guys I'm currently looking for a gadget where you basically plug the dock to the wall socket.
But instead of the dock being a pin connecter like for example this:

}
The dock has multiple USB plug-in (2 would be nice if not one is fine) So I can charge more than one usb rechargable device such as an iPod and the phone while using them.
Is there such device?
Thanks guys
EDIT: If there is none, I'm thinking of buying a portable battery charger. If anyone has recommendations of good ones that is durable and does the job please feel free to share.

No, I'm looking for a thing where that USB part of the charger is a wire and leads to a "dock" where I can place on my desk but has 2 or one USB port.
I want something that will plug directly into a micro USB phone. I'm aware of the multitudes of this design:

I had one, thought it was garbage, it made an irritating noise both charging and discharging, its connection was hit and miss as bumping it might disconnect it, and eventually less than 6 months later it stopped working. It was advertised as a 2800mAh but its charge was extremely poor. Yet, those are the only type of chargers I can find, all from various companies using the exact same design.
The Motorola P790 is ideally the type of thing I'm looking for, it even comes with a slide out USB so it can't get damaged, but it's no good since it's a mini USB and would require packing around cords:
I'm not looking for a mega charger, one charge or so is fine as I'm not trying to carry around more than a second phones weight in a charger. I find it extremely odd that with so many phones out there, there hasn't been a decent micro USB charger without cords that I can find.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi folks,
Been having this problem for a little while now and decided I'm fed up with it. My Verizon GN will only charge if I wrap the cord around it as such:

I have tried multiple cords and the problem always persists. Any suggestions on now to go about getting this fixed?
Thanks!
Since you have tried multiple cables.. It could be the wall piece of the charger not having a good connection around the USB, try a new one of those.
LOL....
sorry didnt mean to laugh.
1) the power cube/brick(where the USB attaches) might be faulty
2) the charge slot on the phone might be faulty
3) all of the above

How do I go about fixing this?
Appreciate the input!
It may the electronic where its charging. I recently moved out of an area where the power was bad and suffered a similar issue to a new area and now my phone has had issues
It sounds like probably the USB port on your phone is bad. Wrapping the cord around the phone must hold the plug in just the right position it needs to be in to connect correctly.
My phone isnt charging,,,well really it charges but maaaaaaaaaad slow. Its not the ROM because i have been on two since this problem and i usually switch between those two ROMS. i think something is wrong with the MicroUSB port. Everytime i put the phone on a charger it starts and stops charging like it has a short in the wire. i know its not the charger because i have used 3 different wires and tried another E4GT ITS the phone. My question is...how can i fix this? I used to use my sisters E4GT to charge up the battery and put it in my phone but she stop letting me do that so now im SOL.
Bad battery or bad charging port, buy a couple extra batteries and an external charger.... If it's the charging port, there is no way to fix it without taking it to a professional, if it's the battery, buy a new one.
