No, you have to unlock the boot loader and flash recovery through fastboot, it's the only way.

OK first thing I was asking you to see if you did a Nandroid Back of your Bell Stock Rom that you might need one day....but that won't work now cause your not stock completely........
Secondly if using firewater and gives you WHELP....... IT'S not going to S-Off.....so your SOL.....so now if you wanted to sell your phone and try another to get S-OFF...this is where your Nandroid Backup would of come in handy....<<<<

See for any device to run a Custom ROM S-OFF is not required. All the custom ROMs have root access by default. You can install Custom ROM in S-on devices. To install Custom Rom all you have to do is have an unlocked bootloader (which you have as you have said it!) and a custom recovery through which you will flash the custom rom.

that's possible, but after full unroot, you'll still have your custom recovery..
after flashing stock recovery you'll have to relock bootloader too
Please provide stock recovery file

splashscreen can be flashed - install twrp, if the bootloader is locked the fastboot flash will fail with no harm done. If it installs then you are unlocked
