Flashed via sideload. Flash worked but shortly after initial setup screen would go scrambled.
Did a full wipe of all partions, and flashed modem, rom, su from ext sd card. Got stuck on huawei logo on first boot.

same here i cant pass initial setup because when i select language and tap next screen flickers
i did factory reset but no changes
edit : restored my 5.1 backup and now my fingerprint not work
also fingerprint option disappeared in settings
edit 2: i tried to flash my previous b160 update.app through force update to solve fingerprint problem but got error after 20% progress :crying::crying:

Fingerprint can be fixed only by flashing modem from 5.1 , because you restored your backup !
So, you should unpack UPDATE.APP from Huawei Android 5.1, extract modem.img and flash into TWRP mode !
Instructions :
* copy modem.img to MicroSD
* go to TWRP
* adb shell
# dd if=/external_sd/modem.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modem

That doesn't help.
I don't think people with screen flickerig issues want to just revert back and that is it.
We want to get the new ROM working and not just revert back to 5.1

Great work surdu_petru, You're the man. Would be even better with a translucent navigation bar. If not possible, black is better than gray.

Yes, I know... unfortunately must be the Chinese B118 ! I already bricked my device with Chinese B117 ( broken motherboard ) , luckily they gave me a new one, because take too long to replace the motherboard

Will the 118 Chinese with unlocked bootloader can brick (soft or hard) the cellphone. I'd suggest the direct link for the 118 Chinese version on the opening. Man making me a lil nervous the Chinese firmware 118 might hard brick the P06.

Maybe will work but with some issue ! You must use 2.6.3.7 because is for KitKat and include also kitkat recovery-kernel !

Are there any differences between this version Abd the update.APP version for stock recovery? Because I'm on Omni Rom and I don't to flash the stock recovery first and then the update also I don't know if the normal version can be rooted?

No, no difference between this rom and stock Huawei B506 !
The only diff : ( has root in ... ) !
can you flash this when coming from omnirom? kitkat beta was flashed before i installed kitkat, so it should work?

Neither. Just wait for 2014 phones to get released and not be stuck with outdated one.
At first flash it gives me an error message, unable to open file, i did the download from the first link via my mobile.
I am downloading now from my laptop and putting it to SD, i will update my comment if necessary.
Edit 1: now i have noticed that the size of the file is different from the first download link compared to the second one
Edit 2: the zip archive from Mega is flashing now, i will come with feedback after install.
Edit 3: the rom booted, feels smooth, i don't know if matters but antutu and quadrant compare to hy52rom v7 , around 15.500-16.000 in antutu and 4500-4900 in quadrand, so that is good.

Around 5 minutes for me, did you do a clean install?
- wipe everything except internal and external storage
- flash rom
- wipe cache and dalvik
- flash gaps
- wipe cache and dalvik
- reboot

Yes. And flashed the rom from Mega. Now i'm back on B132. Someone on huaweinews sais that flashing from stock jb keeps the google apps.

hmm..strange, i didn't have any problems, all works for me, i don't know about the battery life, already at 70% in 1 hour, but i was flashing and installing and testing so can't say wright now.

P10 lite oreo 8.0, my device p9 lite VNS-DL00 replaced Oeminfo for P10Lite WAS-LX1AC432 and brushed into 7.0 firmware B182, phone bugs> sim card no service and no sound thinking through FF simulation agent ota update 8.0 download done but Verify illegal firmware. . So can't update perhaps it is verified by imei. Hope you can help.：笑：：d

Xda Forum has such a post discussion, you can search, no power hold down the sound button to insert the USB data cable vibration press the power button must be quickly, try several different buttons, the key is still no electricity test. I hope your phone is okay. Good luck.

Download the latest Honor 9 Lite TWRP from this link, please do not use other TWRP recoveries are just a bad copy-paste stuff use the one I recommend!.
Reboot to TWRP.
Go to Wipe > run Format Data.
Reboot to TWRP again.
Wipe the following partitions: cache, data, dalivk and system.
Flash your favorite GAPPS.

Fix error e1001, in case still persist, go back to twrp >resize system partition, flash aosp 8.1 by phhuson then my CypherOS.
NFC: fixed properly might get crashed but only for first time.

wiping cache, data, dalivk and system is after rebooting to twrp after "format data" . flashing a rom is post wiping, please do not wipe again post flash or will bootloop

yes but it's better 0.2_test build, I use Honor 9 Lite twrp on my pra-lx1 without issues.

Flashed the rom on my WAS-LX1A.
Working ok. Smooth and fast. No major issues yet.
Rooted with magisk 16.7.
Fingerprint and camera work.
Nfc is not available, just like in all other treble roms.
I was able to restore my apps and data with titanium. Was a backup from rremix n.
I flashed a lot of treble roms past few days and this is the first that works without major issues.
I hope you will continue working on this ROM and add some extra customizations in the future.

if you upgrade your was AL00/C432 to the latest builds from B335/B360 and up that's bad news, to fix that just downgrade to B310 (AL00) and B321(C432), because they block device to the modding in the latest emui. I test personally the issue on my p8 lite 2017 and it is work after downgrade to chinese b310. so same thing for you too.

Also, Magisk is working for me
I flashed the zip with TWRP and when powering the phone on I was holding down the volume up and power and let go of both immediately when the screen turns on.
So does the hotspot function work? No issues with WiFi or 4g? No Bluetooth issues? Hope to hear from you.

Ah, this means the device is encrypted. Before installing TWRP make sure to wipe data/cache and after its installed through Odin make sure you immediately go into TWRP, don't let it boot first. When your in TWRP make sure to flash the decrypter before booting up.
Look at the TWRP recovery steps again just double check.

Also, I thought tripping Knox was permanent, after checking Knox being tripped in this OS, as expected it was tripped, however after reinstalling stock firmware (rooted version) Knox is now nolonger tripped.

Hello everyone. One quick question.
When I try to install the ROM image in TWRP, the device will restart on it's on. Any ideas of what the problem could be?
I tried to reistall samsungs firmware, reistall TWRP recovery and retry to intall the ROM but no luck.

Thank you, this really helped. FInally got it to install. However, sometimes after using some apps the phone becomes really slow and sluggish (most noticable after using video apps, like youtube). Does anyone else also see this behaviour? I had to reboot the phone to get back to normal.
So far i really like the rom, everything I use works (bluetooth, hotspot, wifi, 4g, camera).
Has this ROM been modified specifically to work with our device or is it stock project treble?

Not all treble ROMs working. Try PE working
