I've been using Bose ie2 for a while now, I love the comfort and ease with which they fit. I just can't use the buds you jam into your ear canal. They never stay in. I don't like the intrusion. I just love the way the bose fit.
Anyway the wire coat is wearing away where it connects to one of the earbuds and I hear a popping sound when playing music. So looking for a new pair.
Looking to spend anywhere up to $100 for good quality, with comfort being most important. Are there any options besides Bose?

You can get replacements here, cheap. I can attest they are a reliable dealer.

I'm pretty rough on my headphones because I ride a motorcycle. I've had wires crimp & short out. I've had mic's blown out at high speed winds. So I'm pretty pleased to say that I found a sturdy & pretty good set at Target. The brand is Just Wireless. The cord is reinforced with wire, the jack & mic are made out of sturdy metal instead of the usual cheap plastic. For 30 bucks it's not a bad deal.
Need accessories for the phone (Verizon)
Suggestions? Everything but screen protectors are welcome Thanks!

I would just wait. The only real good item that you will find on Amazon is the Barely There case from Casemate. DO NOT buy the other Casemate cases because they have pulled them from their site because the bottom cut out for the Micro USB was off set. The main thing that I am waiting for are the docks and some good pouches to show up on Amazon. If you want something right now then I will recommend the Klipsch heaphones, they are the best ones that I have owned but they aren't cheap. Of course if you are one of those people who break a lot of headphones then stay away from these. They are the only ones that have oval shaped ear buds, I think that they patented the idea.

+1 On the ear buds. I have the Klipsh Image S4, which are basically the same except for the microphone/button. They are amazing! Audio fidelity is superb for in-ear headphones...

Oh OK then you don't need the Android model because they are they same, I also have the same one as you.
I just bought a PS3 controller, which comes with an HDMI cable, and a MHL-to-HDMI adapter. I also have a USB OTG adapter. Those are some accessories you might consider.
If you are looking for the best ear buds out there I picked up some House of Marley ear buds at best buy the craftsmanship is top notch and the sound quality is excellent compared to $100+ ones selling these go for around $30 and I am very impressed.

For double the price, they have really nice on-ear headphones:

flashy and eco- but im kinda the audiophile. i dont think ill get much out of these.
I have the "People Get Ready" in ear headphones and they are awesome but with one MAJOR flaw.
When the fabric covered cord touches anything you hear it...when standing perfectly still (lol) they sound great.
I just picked up a set of the smiles in red with the one button mic today at bestbuy because of your recommendation. These things kick ass! The craftsmanship and quality is outstanding. And the sound cannot be beaten at that price.
I love the no tangle cord. thats a huge plus for me
Just ordered Midnight Ravers in Sun from Amazon with the 3-button Mic for $47 before tax with Prime 2-day shipping. That's pretty good considering they're normally $60 + tax: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B005FO2DHE/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new
i have a pair of those. they are really nice cause they never get tangled. love it. sounds nice too
I had a nice set up for my Lg G2X, a pouch holder that attached to the handlebars of my Sportster with a rubber loop. I took a hard rubber case and modified it to the holder. Worked well.
But I cannot find a suitable rubber S3 phone cover to do the same thing with. None are hard enough for me to be comfortable with. I'm afraid the phone will slip out. And I don't really like the pouch as originally designed on this holder. Want to actually touch the screen.
There is a steel device holder available with channels on top and bottom that looks real secure, but not real low key.
Anyone have any suggestions for a good phone holder?
Love listening to Pink Floyd on my bike LOL. When I get a call, it mutes and I have to push the play button which now involves taking it out of my pocket.
FYI I use the Scala communicators which are awesome.
Thanks in advance for your input.
Ram Mounts
Go to ram-mounts.com. They will mount anything to anything. Car, boat, truck, airplane, motorcycle, bicycle. Makes do difference. Plus, their stuff will not shake loose. They probably even do saddles.

Thanks for the link! At $104.00, that's a bit pricey. Looks like a pretty good system though.
rokform rokbed has a case that doubles as a mount. also a little bit pricey but check it out, kinda cool

This is what I use on my bike:
RAM part number - RAM-B-149Z-UN4U
No problems at high speeds and works great with my Sena SMH-10. I have an Otterbox commuter and with the fingers adjusted all the way out, it's a tight fit.
I have been looking for comfortable and noise-isolating earbud replacement tips. I have tried a ton of them, but only found comply foam tips that work the best. Unfortunately, they are not very durable and I am once again looking for a good set. I have also tried sony hybrids, klipsh ovals, some amazon brands too.
Can anyone recommend a good set of silicone or gel ear bud tips? I listen to music while at work, so i need a durable set.
BTW, this is for LG tone ultra HBS-810.
Thanks.
